Analysts estimate the cloud unit to be worth $41 billion to $60 billion, but its extensive data oversight could attract regulatory attention at home and abroad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This unexpected reshuffle follows a challenging period for Alibaba, marked by increased regulatory scrutiny. In March, the company announced its restructuring into six units with separate boards and CEOs.
