This promotion campaign is valid from 00:00 on 1 Jan, 2024 to 23:59 on 29 Feb, 2024 (both days inclusive, subject to system transaction time) (the \u201cPromotion Period\u201d).<br>2. The promotion campaign is only open to new users who open an account with Syfe Hong Kong Limited during the Promotion Period.<br>3. Criteria for this promotion campaign:<br>  \u2013 Use the designated redemption code \u201c<strong>SYFE50K<\/strong>\u201d or \u201c<strong>SYFE150K<\/strong>\u201d on the app <strong>after successfully opening an account.<br><\/strong>  \u2013 Only one redemption code may be used during the Promotion Period..<br>  \u2013 Funds must be transferred within 14 days of applying the redemption code.<br>  \u2013 <strong>The promotion is applicable only for fresh funds transferred in a single transaction. Transfers made over multiple tranches will NOT be eligible.<br>  \u2013 Any fee waiver arising out of this promotion shall not apply to amounts in excess of HK$ 300,000.<\/strong><br>  \u2013 This promotion shall only apply to the is capped at the first 1,000 eligible users for each redemption code.<br>  \u2013 After applying the promo code \u201cSYFE50K\u201d, users must transfer a minimum of HK$ 50,000 in any investment portfolio to enjoy the 1 month fee waiver promo.<br>  \u2013 After applying the promo code \u201cSYFE150K\u201d, users must transfer a minimum of HK$ 150,000 in any investment portfolio to enjoy the 3 months fee waiver promo.<br>4. Syfe Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to disqualify a user from participating and\/or receiving rewards and to withdraw the awarded rewards without prior notice in the event of any violation of laws, regulations, platform rules and the rules of the Campaign or improper participation, including but not limited to the use of false accounts, cyber attacks, fraudulent claims, etc., and the user shall bear all related responsibilities.<br>5. The user shall be responsible for all taxes and fees, if any, incurred in connection with the receipt of the rewards.<br>6.
