1.) Open the Syfe application and select “Add Portfolio” in the top right corner of the home page. Users can choose their own portfolios to fund on the screen. Take the “Income+ Pure” portfolio as an example.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.) Users can choose the currency of the transfer according to their own needs, then enter the investment amount in the desired portfolio and click on “Save and proceed to transfer”. In the next step, the Syfe application will display the details of the transfer, including your preferred transfer amount, the recipient’s bank is HSBC, and the recipient’s name is SYFE HK LTD-WEALTH CLIENT HKD, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.) In the next step, the user needs to open the online banking application in his\/her mobile phone. Take HSBC app as an example, after login, the user can select “Pay and Transfer”, and then click on “Other Local Payees \/ FPS”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.) Select “Pay someone new” and select “Account Number” as the transfer method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.) On the Payee details page, enter the Account Number, which is the unique “Recipient Account Number” for each user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note: Transfers to new payees may be subject to a daily transfer limit. For example, the default maximum daily transfer limit for this payee is HKD50,000. You can change the transfer limit or delete this payee via HSBC Online Banking after the instruction is effective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
