Promotion Period

Note: To qualify, the promo code must be used, and funds must be deposited or transferred during this period.
Promotion Eligibility
This promotion is exclusively for clients who have received an invitation email regarding this offer. Clients who have not received an invitation email are not eligible for this promotion.
How It Works
- Log in to your Syfe account
- Navigate to the homepage and tap the menu icon in the bottom-right corner
- Select “Redeem Promo” and apply the promo code: PREGOLD25.
- Deposit fresh funds and/or make an internal transfer from Cash Management of the required amount into any Managed Portfolios (excluding SRS-funded portfolios).
- Complete all deposits/transfers by 31st October 2025, 23:59 SGT.
- Hold the funds until 30th November 2025, 23:59 SGT to qualify for the cashback reward.
Reward Distribution
The cashback will be credited to your Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio by the first week of December. To ensure the cashback is processed accurately and on time, we recommend that clients have an active Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio. If no active portfolio exists, a new Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio will be automatically created for the deposit, which may result in processing delays.
Terms & Conditions
The Syfe Pre-Gold Cashback Privileges (“Promotion”) is organised by Syfe Pte. Ltd. (“Syfe”). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the terms outlined in the client’s customer agreement, and to accept Syfe’s decisions regarding all matters related to the Promotion.
Promotion Period:
The period to which individuals can register for the Promotion starts on 13 October 2025 at 09:00 SGT and ends on 31 October 2025 at 23:59 SGT (the “Promotion Period”).
Eligibility:
To be eligible for the Promotion, the person must receive an invitation email regarding this offer.
Funding Period:
The funding period begins on 13 October 2025 at 09:00 SGT and ends on 31 October 2025 at 23:59 SGT (the “Funding Period”).
Qualifying Action:
To participate in the Promotion, eligible clients must:
(i) register for the Promotion during the Promotion Period via applying the unique promo code “PREGOLD25”, then
(ii) deposit fresh funds and/or internal transfers from Cash Management totaling S$25,000 or more into Managed Portfolios (excluding SRS-funded portfolios) during the Funding Period (“Qualifying Funding”).
For the avoidance of doubt:
– Internal transfers from Brokerage to Managed Portfolios will not be considered part of the Qualified Funding amount.
– Deposits and/or internal transfers into Cash Management, Brokerage, or SRS Portfolios will not qualify.
Funds must be received and fully invested/settled by the end of the funding period to qualify
Reward:
The reward (“Reward”) is based on the total amount of cumulative deposits and/or internal transfers from Cash Management made into the client’s Syfe account during the Funding Period (“Net Funding Amount”) in accordance to the table below:

Holding Period:
Unless otherwise specified herein, funds must be held until 30th November 2025, 23:59 SGT to qualify for the cashback reward. Syfe reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take action if it suspects any fraudulent behavior or attempts to game the system, including but not limited to making withdrawals during the holding period and subsequently redepositing part or all of those funds to benefit from this promotion. Such actions may include disqualifying the client from participating in this promotion, removing the reward value from the client’s Syfe account, or closing the client’s Syfe account and issuing an invoice for the reward value.
Reward Distribution:
The Reward will be credited to the client’s Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio by the first week of December after the completion of the Holding Period. Clients must maintain an active Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio; if none exists, a new portfolio may be created, and Syfe shall not be liable for any resulting delays.
Grace Period:
Clients who have already funded their account but forgot to apply the promo code can apply it by 31st October 2025, 23:59 SGT. Any request to apply the promo code beyond the grace period must be submitted to the customer service team at [email protected] and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Stackability:
This promotion can only be used in conjunction with another ongoing/active promotion if that promotion also allows for stacking.
Currency:
All currencies shown in these terms and conditions are in Singapore dollars.
Collection of Information:
By providing your information for this Promotion, clients understand and agree that Syfe will collect and use their personal information for the purpose of this Promotion, other marketing communications, as well as in accordance with Syfe’s Privacy Policy, available here. Release:
By participating in the Promotion, client assumes all risk of injury, illness, disease, death, or any other damage which may arise in connection with their participation in the Promotion. Without limiting the foregoing, client hereby:(a) forever releases and discharges Syfe and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related and associated entities and employees, directors, officers, suppliers, agents, sponsors and administrators of each (collectively, the “Releasees”), from and against any and all claims, actions, costs, liabilities, judgments, damages, obligations, losses, penalties, and expenses of any kind or nature whatsoever (including legal fees) (collectively, the “Claims”) in any way arising directly or indirectly out of any injury, loss, or damage that Client may suffer as a result of, or in connection with the participation in the Promotion or any promotion-related activity, including the use of the Reward; and (b) indemnifies, defends and holds harmless the Releasees from and against any and all damages, loss and expenses, including legal fees, which may be suffered directly or indirectly by reason of the Client’s own negligence or willful misconduct during or in connection with the participation in the Promotion.
Reservation of Rights:
Syfe reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or restrict the promotion at any time without notice. Syfe is the sole arbiter of these rules and any other issue arising under the promotion. If Syfe suspects fraudulent or abusive behaviour, gaming of the system, inappropriate, offensive, or derogatory language or information, or a violation of these terms, Syfe reserves the right to remove all promotions and take any other action it deems appropriate including, but not limited to, removing the Reward retail value from the client(s) account) or closing the client(s) account.
General:
In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity, and other materials relating to or in connection with this promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
