Ltd. (\u201c<strong>Syfe<\/strong>\u201d). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the terms outlined in the client agreement, and to accept Syfe\u2019s decisions regarding all matters related to the Promotion.<br><br><strong>1. Promotion Period<br><\/strong>The period to which individuals can register for the Promotion starts on 21 August 2025 at 18:30 PM SGT and ends on 26 August 2025 at 11:59 PM SGT (the \u201c<strong>Promotion Period<\/strong>\u201d).<br><br><strong>2. Eligibility<br><br><\/strong>To qualify for this Promotion, you must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be a new or existing user to Syfe;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be a legal resident of Singapore;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be at least 18 years old at the time of participation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete all the actions outlined in Section 3: Qualifying Actions for Participants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Qualifying Action for Participants<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To qualify&nbsp;for the Reward, you must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Apply the promo code \u201c<strong>SYFERWB25<\/strong>\u201d during the Promotion Period;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make a one-time deposit of S$5,000 or more in fresh funds into REIT+;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Funding Period<br><\/strong>The Funding Period begins when the participant successfully applies the promo code \u201cSYFERWB25\u201d during the Promotion Period and ends 5 calendar days later at 23:59 SGT. To be considered \u201cQualifying Funding\u201d, the funds must be received by Syfe within this Funding Period.<strong><br><\/strong><br><strong>5. Fee Waivers<br><\/strong>Participants who meet all eligibility and qualifying conditions will receive 3 months (90 days) of fee waivers, applicable to investments of up to S$50,000 in fresh inflows (i.e. new funds deposited) across Managed Portfolios. Fee waivers will be reimbursed to the participant\u2019s REIT+ portfolio within 30 days after the completion of the 90-day waiver period. Any funds invested before the waiver activation date will incur standard management fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To receive the fee waiver reimbursement, participants must keep their REIT+ portfolio active when the reimbursement is credited. Any withdrawal or internal transfer that reduces the portfolio below the initial funded amount of S$5,000 during the waiver period will result in immediate suspension of the fee waiver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Promotion Stackability<br><\/strong>Unless expressly stated in the terms of other ongoing promotions, this Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or promo codes. Clients who have already registered for a non-combinable promotion and wish to participate in this Promotion must submit a change request ticket to Syfe\u2019s customer service team at support.sg@syfe.com. All such requests will be reviewed and approved at Syfe\u2019s sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Currency<br><\/strong>All amounts stated are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).<br><br><strong>8. Collection of Personal Information<br><\/strong>By participating, clients consent to Syfe collecting and using their personal information for this Promotion and marketing purposes, in accordance with<a href=\"https:\/\/www.syfe.com\/legal\"> Syfe\u2019s Privacy Policy<\/a>. You may opt out of marketing communication at any time. Any questions regarding Syfe\u2019s Privacy Policy or treatment of your personal information should be directed to <a href=\"mailto:support.sg@syfe.com\">support.sg@syfe.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9. Limitation of Liability &amp; Release<br><\/strong>By participating, clients assume all risk of loss or any other damages that may arise in connection with their participation in the Promotion. Without limiting the foregoing, client hereby:(a) forever releases and discharges Syfe and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related and associated entities and employees, directors, officers, suppliers, agents, sponsors and administrators of each (collectively, the \u201c<strong>Releasees<\/strong>\u201d), from and against any and all claims, actions, costs, liabilities, judgments, damages, obligations, losses, penalties, and expenses of any kind or nature whatsoever (including legal fees) (collectively, the \u201c<strong>Claims<\/strong>\u201d) in any way arising directly or indirectly out of any injury, loss, or damage that Client may suffer as a result of, or in connection with the participation in the Promotion or any promotion-related activity, including the use of the Reward; and (b) indemnifies, defends and holds harmless the Releasees from and against any and all damages, loss and expenses, including legal fees, which may be suffered directly or indirectly by reason of the Client\u2019s own negligence or wilful misconduct during or in connection with the participation in the Promotion.<br><br><strong>10. Reservation of Rights<br><\/strong>Syfe reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or restrict the promotion at any time without notice, including in cases of suspected fraudulent or abusive behaviour, gaming of the system, inappropriate, offensive, or derogatory language or information, or a violation of these terms.&nbsp; Syfe is the sole arbiter of these rules and any related issues, and may take any action it deems appropriate, including removing promotions.<br><br><strong>11.
