To qualify, net new funds into Equity Alpha portfolio must be fresh funds<\/li>\n\n\n\n
The balance as of 1 April should remain, and any new funds must be an increase to existing assets under management (AUM) as of 1 April 23:59 SGT<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Fluctuations to your AUM due to market conditions will not impact your AUM holding value, only withdrawals will impact your holding AUM balance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
This promotion cannot be used while there any other active promotions on your account<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Only “net new funds” into Syfe Equity Alpha portfolio qualify. Internal transfers, switches, or rebalancing from existing Syfe Managed Portfolios, Brokerage and Cash Management portfolios are excluded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Holding Period<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the Promotion Period, the Holding Period of the total net new funding into Equity Alpha both dates inclusive, will follow<\/li>\n\n\n\n
The Holding Period is between 16 May 2026 to 14 August 2026 (both dates inclusive),\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
During the Holding Period period, balances in Equity Alpha must be higher or on par with the reward tier a user had qualified for during the Promotion Period<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Additional net new funding into Equity Alpha will not contribute to unlocking rewards of a higher tier during this period<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Net new funding\u2019s daily weighted average must be equal or higher than the tier of rewards (eg. if a user funds S$7,000 into Equity Alpha during the Promotion Period, the daily weighted average during the Holding Period must be higher than S$5,000)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Any withdrawals or redemptions made between 16 May 2026 to 14 August 2026(both dates inclusive) will reduce your average balance and would disqualify that portion of the funding from receiving rewards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Fee waivers apply to all qualifying eligible existing users, but cash rewards and free U.S. trades are exclusive to new-to-Syfe clients who fund Equity Alpha as their first portfolio using the promo code.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

Fee Waiver Structure<\/strong>\n

Fee waivers apply on and from September 2026 following the Holding Period of qualifying net new funding<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Fee waivers only apply to the minimum net new funding amounts that meet the holding period requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
\u2018SYFEALPHA\u2019 promo cannot be used in addition to other new-to-Syfe promotions and benefits<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Example: If you make a net new average funding of SGD 49,000 and the minimum qualifying amount for the tier is SGD 25,000, the fee waiver will only apply to SGD25,000.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Fee waivers apply to Syfe management fees only and do not include underlying fund fees, custody fees, or other third-party charges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Reward Calculation and Distribution<\/strong>\n

Promotional rewards will be calculated after the holding period is completed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Cash Rewards for eligible new-to-Syfe clients will be credited to your Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio in the month following the holding period. If you do not already have one, a Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio will be automatically created for you. By participating in this promotion, you consent to the creation of this portfolio for reward disbursement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
