There is no minimum funding amount required for the client\u2019s Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio itself. However, the client must satisfy the Qualifying Funding requirement in Brokerage or Managed Portfolio in order to be eligible for the Promotion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Promotion applies only to the client\u2019s Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio. Holding Period and Maintenance of Qualifying Funding<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A holding period of 90 days applies to the client\u2019s Qualifying Funding in Brokerage or Managed Portfolio (the \u201cHolding Period\u201d). Clients must maintain their Qualifying Funding during the Holding Period in order to receive the full rewards for Brokerage or Managed Portfolio, as well as for the 2.0% p.a. bonus yield on their Cash+ Flexi (SGD) portfolio .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any withdrawal, transfer, redemption, or other reduction that results in the client\u2019s average daily balance falling below the qualifying amount of S$25,000 during the Holding Period will result in forfeiture, withholding, revocation, adjustment, and\/or clawback of the reward, in whole or in part.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For the avoidance of doubt, market movements that change portfolio value will not, on their own, affect eligibility, provided that the participant does not withdraw or transfer funds such that the participant\u2019s average net funding falls below the qualifying amount, as assessed by Syfe in its sole discretion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Syfe reserves the right to disqualify clients or adjust rewards in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, abuse of the Promotion, or attempts to game the system, including but not limited to withdrawals and re-funding of monies for the purpose of artificially satisfying the Promotion criteria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-9-reward-crediting\"><strong>9. Reward Crediting<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Managed Portfolios Fee Waiver: Upon the participant\u2019s successful completion of the Holding Period and Syfe\u2019s verification that the participant has achieved at least one Qualifying Deposit in the relevant Managed Portfolio product, Syfe shall apply a fee waiver to the participant\u2019s account in accordance with the applicable Reward tier set out in Clause 6 (Rewards Structure) within thirty (30) working days. The fee waiver shall be capped as specified in the Rewards Structure for the relevant tier, and shall be effective for the corresponding number of consecutive calendar month(s) stated for the relevant tier, commencing upon completion of the Holding Period following Syfe\u2019s final verification.
