Promotion Period<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Promotion will commence on 12 June 2026 at 12:00 AM SGT and end on 30 June 2026 at 11:59 PM SGT (the \u201cPromotion Period\u201d). Syfe Pte. Ltd. (\u201cSyfe\u201d) reserves the right to amend the Promotion Period, extend, suspend, terminate and\/or cancel the Promotion (in whole or in part) at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-definitions\"><strong>2. Definitions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For the purposes of these Terms &amp; Conditions (\u201cT&amp;Cs\u201d):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201cEligible Products\u201d means the Syfe product categories that are included in this Promotion, namely Brokerage, as may be determined by Syfe from time to time. The following will not qualify for this Promotion: any funding using SRS monies, any SRS portfolios, any balances held in Cash+ Flexi, any balances held in Cash+ Guaranteed, any balances held in Syfe Managed Portfolios, and any other product not expressly stated as eligible under this Promotion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cFresh Funds\u201d means monies that are not previously held in any Syfe account and are newly deposited into Syfe during the Promotion Period. Fresh Funds exclude (a) transfers between Syfe portfolios\/accounts (including internal transfers between products), (b) monies withdrawn from Syfe and re-deposited for the purpose of qualifying, and\/or (c) any other funds Syfe reasonably determines are not incremental to Syfe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cNew User\u201d means an individual who has not previously opened and\/or funded any Syfe account prior to the Promotion Period and has not previously received a Syfe new-user promotion, as determined by Syfe in its sole discretion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cQualifying Funding\u201d means the minimum amount of Fresh Funds successfully received and reflected in an Eligible Product within the Qualifying Funding Window, meeting one of the stated deposit tiers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cQualifying Funding Window\u201d means fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the participant\u2019s Syfe account registration is successfully completed (including KYC).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cHolding Period\u201d means a continuous period of thirty (30) days commencing from the date the Qualifying Funding criteria for the relevant tier is met and reflected in the relevant Eligible Product account, during which the participant must maintain at least the qualifying net funding amount for that tier.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-eligibility\"><strong><strong><strong>3. Eligibility<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Promotion is open to New Users who are legal residents of Singapore at the time of participation, and who satisfy all of the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>be a new-to-Syfe client, defined as either (i) an individual who has not yet registered for a Syfe account; or (ii) an individual who has registered for a Syfe account but has not yet funded any account with Syfe;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>for the purposes of this Promotion, have no active portfolio, where an active portfolio means any portfolio that holds funds in any of Syfe\u2019s three verticals: Managed Portfolios, Cash Management, or Brokerage;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>be a legal resident of Singapore;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>be at least 18 years old at the time of participation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>successfully apply the designated promotion code in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>complete the required Qualifying Funding during the Promotion Period using Fresh Funds; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>meet all other requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stackability:<\/strong><br>Unless otherwise stated, this Promotion is <strong>not valid in conjunction<\/strong> with any other promotions, offers, vouchers, campaigns, or giveaways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Grace Period:<br><\/strong>Clients who have funded their account but forgot to apply the promo code will have seven (7) calendar days from the initial funding date to do so. Requests submitted after this grace period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be sent to our customer support team at&nbsp;<a>support.sg@syfe.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Syfe reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to determine whether any person has met the eligibility requirements for this Promotion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-promotion-cap\"><strong>4. Promotion Cap<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participation in this Promotion is limited to the first 200 successful applications of the promotion code \u201c<strong>SYFESPACE<\/strong>\u201d which meet the eligibility and qualifying criteria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the limit of 200 applications has been reached, the promotion code will be deactivated and subsequent applications of the promotion code will no longer be possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Syfe reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether the cap has been reached and whether any application qualifies as one of the first 200 instances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-application-of-promotion-code\"><strong>5. Application of Promotion Code<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To participate in the Promotion, an eligible client must apply the designated promotion code before completing the Qualifying Funding.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Application of a promotion code does not by itself entitle a client to receive any reward. Clients must satisfy all eligibility requirements, Qualifying Funding requirements, and all other applicable conditions under these Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-6-qualifying-action\"><strong>6. Reward Mechanics<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Subject to full compliance with these T&amp;Cs, eligible clients will receive SpaceX fractional shares (\u201cReward\u201d) worth S$50 into their Syfe Brokerage account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Promotion applies only to the client\u2019s Brokerage acount. Any funds invested into any other Syfe Managed Portfolios or Syfe Cash Management solution, including but not limited to Cash+ Flexi USD and Cash+ Guaranteed, will not benefit from the promotion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The SpaceX fractional shares worth S$50 will be credited in lump-sum to the same Brokerage account within 30 business days after the 30-day holding period ends, but may be subjected to delays.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reward(s) are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash unless expressly stated otherwise in these T&amp;Cs. Syfe may substitute any Reward with an item of similar value, where necessary, at its sole discretion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-8-holding-period-and-maintenance-of-qualifying-funding\"><strong>8. Holding Period and Maintenance of Qualifying Funding<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A holding period of 30 days applies to the client\u2019s Qualifying Funding in Brokerage (the \u201cHolding Period\u201d). Clients must maintain their Qualifying Funding during the Holding Period in order to receive the reward of SpaceX fractional shares worth S$50. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For the avoidance of doubt, the 30-day holding period starts from the date the Qualifying Funding criteria are met.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any withdrawal, transfer, redemption, or other reduction that results in the client\u2019s average daily balance falling below the qualifying amount of S$5,000 during the Holding Period will result in forfeiture, withholding, revocation, adjustment, and\/or clawback of the reward, in whole or in part.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For the avoidance of doubt, market movements that change portfolio value will not, on their own, affect eligibility, provided that the participant does not withdraw or transfer funds such that the participant\u2019s average net funding falls below the qualifying amount, as assessed by Syfe in its sole discretion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Syfe reserves the right to disqualify clients or adjust rewards in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, abuse of the Promotion, or attempts to game the system, including but not limited to withdrawals and re-funding of monies for the purpose of artificially satisfying the Promotion criteria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-9-reward-fulfilment\"><strong>9. Reward Fulfilment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The SpaceX fractional shares worth S$50 will be credited to the client&#8217;s Brokerage account within 30 business days, after the 30-day holding period ends, but may be subjected to delays.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To ensure that the reward can be processed efficiently and credited accurately and on time, clients should keep their Brokerage account active until the reward has been credited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a client fails to satisfy any eligibility condition, Qualifying Funding requirement, Holding Period requirement, or any other applicable requirement under these Terms and Conditions, Syfe will withhold, adjust, revoke, or decline to credit the reward.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-10-communications\"><strong>10. Communications<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Failure to receive any communication, notification, or update will not by itself entitle any client to any reward if the client has not otherwise satisfied the requirements of this Promotion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clients must ensure that they remain subscribed to Syfe communications in order to receive notification emails relating to their participation in the Promotion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clients who have unsubscribed from Syfe communications may not receive updates regarding their participation. Syfe may use reasonable efforts to contact such clients through alternative methods where available, but delivery of notifications through such alternative methods is not guaranteed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-11-currency\"><strong>11.
