          1. Participation Period<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          The Syfe ‘Find The Meccha Chameleon’ Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw Contest<\/strong>“) is organised by Syfe Pte. Ltd. (“Syfe<\/strong>“).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          The Lucky Draw Contest will commence on Friday, 24 July 2026, 12:00 PM SGT<\/strong> to Thursday, 30 July 2026, 11:59 PM SGT<\/strong> (the “Participation Period<\/strong>“).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Syfe reserves the right to extend the Participation Period and\/or amend these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. Any such changes will take effect from the date of publication, unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          2. Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          To be eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw Contest, a person must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            \n
          • be a legal resident of Singapore;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • be at least 18 years old at the time of participation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • hold a valid, active account on the relevant social media platform (Instagram, TikTok, X, and\/or Facebook) on which they are submitting their entry; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • meet all other requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Syfe employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Participation in this Lucky Draw Contest constitutes an Entrant\u2019s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions and the Syfe’s decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Lucky Draw Contest. Syfe will use the social media account handles associated with the Entrant\u2019s submission at the time of entry. Entrants are not allowed to (i) change their social media account handle used for submitting their entry after submission or (ii) use more than one account per social media platform (e.g. utilisation of multiple fake Instagram accounts) to submit multiple entries, one person is allowed one entry only per social media platform. All information collected from the Entrants shall be used for this Lucky Draw Contest only. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Syfe reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to determine whether any person has met the eligibility requirements for this Lucky Draw Contest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            3. Qualifying Actions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            3.1 To submit a valid entry, a participant must, on a single social media platform (Instagram, TikTok, X, or Facebook), during the Participation Period:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            (a) follow Syfe’s official account on that platform;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            (b) comment on the designated campaign post stating the number of hidden Meccha Chameleons the participant found across 3 photos;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            (c) tag 2 friends in that same comment;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            (d) like the designated campaign post; and<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            (e) share or repost the designated campaign post,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            (collectively, the “Qualifying Actions<\/strong>“).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            3.2 A participant must complete all Qualifying Actions on the same platform for that entry to be valid. Completing only some of the Qualifying Actions on a platform will not constitute a valid entry on that platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            3.3 Only comments submitted with the correct number of hidden figurines, as determined by Syfe, will be treated as a correct answer for the purposes of Clause 4. The correct answer will not be published or disclosed by Syfe during the Participation Period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            3.4 Syfe will determine, in its sole discretion and based on its own records, whether a participant has satisfied the Qualifying Actions and submitted the correct answer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            3.5 Participants’ comments, posts, and profiles used to submit an entry must be set to public for the duration of the Participation Period and until winners have been announced, to allow Syfe to verify entries. Syfe will not be able to verify, and may disqualify, any entry that it cannot access due to privacy settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            3.6 By tagging any other individual in a comment, the participant represents and warrants that they have obtained that individual’s clear and unambiguous prior consent to be tagged in connection with this Lucky Draw Contest. The participant is solely responsible for obtaining such consent, and Syfe accepts no liability in connection with any failure to do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            3.7 Syfe reserves the right, without notice, to disqualify or hide any entry that it considers, in its sole discretion, to be incomplete, illegible, incomprehensible, misleading, deceptive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            4. Multiple Entries<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Participants may submit up to one (1) entry per platform<\/strong>. Each platform counts as a separate entry, so a participant who independently completes all Qualifying Actions on Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook may have up to 4 entries in total \u2014 one per platform<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Only one entry will be counted per platform per participant. Additional or repeated comments, likes, shares, or follows on the same platform by the same participant will not increase that participant’s number of entries on that platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            If any fraud or abuse by an Entrant is found or suspected by Syfe (including but not limited to the utilisation of multiple fake Instagram accounts), or if any entry does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or is deemed to be of poor quality, incomplete, illegible, incomprehensible, misleading, deceptive, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate in the opinion of Syfe, Syfe reserves the right to disqualify that participant’s entry without notice, through deleting or hiding such comments, and to take any necessary legal action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            5. Lucky Draw and Winner Selection<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            5.1 At the close of the Participation Period, Syfe will compile a single consolidated pool (the “Draw Pool”<\/strong>) comprising all valid entries collected across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X, where a valid entry is one submitted by a participant who has (a) completed the Qualifying Actions in full on at least one platform, and (b) submitted the correct answer in accordance with Clause 3.3 (each, an “Eligible Entry”<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            5.2 Syfe will conduct a random lucky draw from the Draw Pool within fourteen (14) business days after the end of the Participation Period (the “Draw Date”<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            5.3 Ten (10) winners will be randomly selected from the Draw Pool. For the avoidance of doubt, all Eligible Entries across all platforms are consolidated into a single Draw Pool, and a participant who submits valid entries across multiple platforms shall not thereby increase their chances of selection. Each participant may win a maximum of one (1) prize under this Lucky Draw Contest, regardless of the number of Eligible Entries submitted by that participant across platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            5.4 If fewer than ten (10) Eligible Entries are received, Syfe reserves the right to award fewer than ten (10) prizes accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            5.5 Syfe’s decision on the selection of winners is final and binding, and no correspondence or appeal will be entertained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            6. Lucky Draw Prize<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Each of the 10 winners selected under Clause 5 will receive NVIDIA fractional shares worth S$70, credited into their Syfe Brokerage account (the “Lucky Draw Prize<\/strong>“), subject to these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, in whole or in part. Syfe may substitute the Prize with an item of equivalent value at its sole discretion, including where NVIDIA shares are unavailable or cannot be allocated for any reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Syfe reserves the right to publicise the social media handle(s) of winners across its own platforms, and to archive and reuse posts, stories, comments, or other content related to this Lucky Draw Contest (including mentions or features of winners) at its sole discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            7. Winner Notification<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Winners will be notified by Syfe via direct message on the platform on which they entered and\/or reply to their winning comment within fourteen (14) business days of the Draw Date. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Winners who do not respond to Syfe’s notification within fourteen (14) days of being notified may forfeit their Prize, and Syfe reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining Eligible Entries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            8. Currency and Prize Valuation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            All monetary values stated in these Terms and Conditions are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). The Reward consists of NVIDIA fractional shares with a reference value of up to S$70 per winner. At the point of allocation, the S$70 reference amount shall be converted to United States Dollars (USD) at the prevailing exchange rate as determined by Syfe at the time of conversion, and the equivalent USD amount shall be used to purchase the fractional shares. Participants acknowledge that the actual value of fractional shares received may vary depending on the USD equivalent of the Reward and the prevailing market price of NVIDIA shares at the time of allocation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            9. Prize Fulfilment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            9.1 To receive the Prize, a winner must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            (a) if the winner is a new Syfe client, successfully register for a Syfe account, complete the required Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification, and open a Syfe Brokerage account; or<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            (b) if the winner is an existing Syfe client, ensure they have an active Syfe Brokerage account, opening one if they do not already have one;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            and in either case,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            (c) sign the applicable Syfe Brokerage account contract,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            before the NVIDIA fractional shares comprising the Prize can be credited to the winner’s Syfe Brokerage account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            9.2 Winners must complete all steps in Clause 9.1 within fourteen (14) business days of winner notification under Clause 7, failing which the Prize will be forfeited and Syfe reserves the right, but is not obliged, to select an alternative winner from the remaining Eligible Entries. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

            9.3 The Prize will be credited to the winner’s Syfe Brokerage account within thirty (30) business days of the winner completing all steps in Clause 9.1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            9.4 The Prize will only be credited to the winner’s Syfe Brokerage account. Syfe will not entertain any request to transfer, credit, or otherwise deliver the Prize, in whole or in part, to any brokerage account, custodian, or platform other than the winner’s Syfe Brokerage account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            9.5 If a winner fails to satisfy any requirement under Clause 9.1 within the stipulated timeframe, Syfe will withhold, adjust, or decline to credit the Prize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            10. Multi-Platform Disclosure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            This Lucky Draw Contest is conducted across multiple third-party social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook). Participation requirements, including the specific comment, tag, like, and share\/repost functions, are governed by the respective terms of use of each platform, in addition to these Terms and Conditions. Participants are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with the terms of use of any platform on which they choose to participate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            11. Platform and Third-Party Disclaimers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Unless specifically identified, the use of third-party names and third-party intellectual property by Syfe and\/or its affiliates does not indicate any relationship, sponsorship, or endorsement between Syfe and\/or its affiliates and the owners of such names or intellectual property and\/or their respective affiliates. Any references by Syfe to third-party names or intellectual property (including “NVIDIA” and related marks, which are trademarks and\/or registered trademarks of NVIDIA Corporation) are intended to identify the corresponding third-party goods, services, and\/or entities for informational and identification purposes only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            For the avoidance of doubt, this Lucky Draw Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (including Instagram and Facebook), TikTok Pte. Ltd., X Corp., or NVIDIA Corporation. Participants acknowledge that they are providing information to Syfe and not to any of these platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            12. Communications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Winners must ensure that the contact details or platform account through which they are notified remain active and accessible, in order to receive notification of their win and fulfilment instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Syfe will use the social media account handles associated with the participant’s submission at the time of entry. Participants are not allowed to change their social media account handle used for submitting their entry after submission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Syfe may use reasonable efforts to contact winners through alternative methods where available, but delivery of notifications through such alternative methods is not guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Syfe is not responsible for any undelivered direct messages, comment replies, or other notifications, including where such notifications are diverted to a spam, junk, or requests folder as a result of a winner’s own privacy or spam filter settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Failure to receive any communication, notification, or update will not by itself entitle any participant to any Prize if the participant has not otherwise satisfied the requirements of this Lucky Draw Contest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            13. Collection of Information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            By participating in this Lucky Draw Contest, participants understand and agree that Syfe will collect, use, disclose and otherwise process their personal information (including information visible on their public social media profile and comments) for the purposes of administering this Lucky Draw Contest, verifying entries, contacting winners, and for other marketing communications, as well as in accordance with Syfe’s Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time; however, if a participant opts out, they may not receive updates regarding their participation in this Lucky Draw Contest, including winner notifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Any questions regarding Syfe’s Privacy Policy or treatment of personal information should be directed to support.sg@syfe.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            14. Release and Indemnity<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            By participating in the Lucky Draw Contest, the client agrees that Syfe shall not be liable for any loss or damage which may arise in connection with their participation in the Lucky Draw Contest, including (without limitation) any technical issues, system outages, deposit failures, delays, or any act or omission of any third party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Without limiting the foregoing, the client hereby: (a) forever releases and discharges Syfe and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related and associated entities and their respective employees, directors, officers, suppliers, agents, sponsors and administrators (collectively, the \u201cReleasees\u201d) from and against any and all claims, actions, costs, liabilities, judgments, damages, obligations, losses, penalties and expenses of any kind or nature whatsoever (including legal fees) (collectively, the \u201cClaims\u201d) in any way arising directly or indirectly out of any loss or damage that the client may suffer as a result of, or in connection with, participation in the Lucky Draw Contest or any Luck Draw Contest related activity, including the use of any Reward; and (b) indemnifies, defends and holds harmless the Releasees from and against any and all damages, losses and expenses (including legal fees) which may be suffered directly or indirectly by reason of the client\u2019s own negligence or wilful misconduct during or in connection with participation in the Lucky Draw Contest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            15. Reservation of Rights<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Syfe reserves the right to amend, withdraw, restrict, suspend or terminate the Lucky Draw Contest at any time without notice, and Syfe is the sole arbiter of these rules and any other issue arising under the Lucky Draw Contest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            If Syfe suspects fraudulent or abusive behaviour, gaming of the system (including the use of multiple accounts by the same individual to submit multiple entries per platform), inappropriate, offensive, or derogatory language or information, or any violation of these Terms and Conditions, Syfe reserves the right to disqualify the relevant participant, remove them from the Lucky Draw Contest, and take any other action it deems appropriate, including but not limited to withholding or reclaiming the value of any Prize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            16. General<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            In the event of any inconsistency between these T&Cs and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Lucky Draw Contest, these T&Cs shall prevail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Lucky Draw Contest and\/or these T&Cs shall be referred to and finally resolved by the Courts of Singapore, and both the client and Syfe hereby unconditionally and irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore. These T&Cs shall be governed by Singapore law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            These T&Cs are to be read in conjunction with Syfe\u2019s prevailing account terms, product terms, promotional terms and any other applicable terms and conditions available on Syfe\u2019s website and\/or in the Syfe application. Participants remain bound by those terms at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            17. Disclaimers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
