On the platform where you are viewing the post, ensure you:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Follow<\/strong> Syfe&#8217;s official account on that platform (a one-time action);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Like<\/strong> the post (a one-time action);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On <strong>each Contest Day<\/strong> you want to participate in \u2014 <strong>reshare or repost<\/strong> the post; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Comment<\/strong> on the post and <strong>tagging 2 friends<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Following and liking only need to be done once and are not repeated. Resharing\/reposting and commenting, however, need to be done again on each Contest Day to earn Entries into that day&#8217;s Daily Pool. You can comment as many times as you like on the same day \u2014 there is no cap on the number of comments, and each qualifying comment (with your reshare\/repost for that day, plus your one-time follow and like) earns you an additional Entry into that day&#8217;s Daily Pool. At that single draw event, the 5 Daily Pools are drawn one after another in order (Day 1 through Day 5), and Syfe will randomly select 3 winners from each Daily Pool, for up to 15 winners in total. If a participant would otherwise be drawn as a winner in more than one Daily Pool, they will be confirmed as the winner only for the earliest Contest Day on which they are drawn, and Syfe will draw an alternate (replacement) winner from that later Daily Pool&#8217;s remaining valid Entries instead. The S$50 cash credit must be used by 31 December 2026, failing which it will expire and be forfeited. Participation Period<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Syfe S$50 US Stock Lucky Draw (&#8220;Lucky Draw Contest&#8221;) is organised by Syfe Pte. Ltd. (&#8220;Syfe&#8221;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Lucky Draw Contest will run from Tuesday, 29 September 2026, 6:00 PM SGT to Saturday, 3 October 2026, 11:59 PM SGT (the &#8220;Contest Period&#8221;), comprising 5 individual days (each, a &#8220;Contest Day&#8221;). A single campaign post on each platform will be published on the first Contest Day and used throughout the Contest Period; it is not replaced with a new post on each Contest Day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Syfe reserves the right to extend the Contest Period and\/or amend these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. Any such changes will take effect from the date of publication, unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw Contest, a person must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>be a legal resident of Singapore;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>be at least 18 years old at the time of participation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>hold a valid, active account on the relevant social media platform (Instagram, TikTok, X, and\/or Facebook) on which they are submitting their entry; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>meet all other requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Syfe employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participation in this Lucky Draw Contest constitutes an Entrant&#8217;s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions and Syfe&#8217;s decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Lucky Draw Contest, save for any rights a Participant may have under applicable law. Syfe will use the social media account handles associated with the Entrant&#8217;s submissions. Entrants are not allowed to (i) change their social media account handle used for submitting entries after submission or (ii) use more than one account per social media platform to submit entries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Syfe reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to determine whether any person has met the eligibility requirements for this Lucky Draw Contest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Qualifying Actions and Entries<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1 There is a single campaign post on each platform (Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook), published on the first Contest Day and used throughout the Contest Period (the &#8220;Campaign Post&#8221;). For each Contest Day, on a single platform, a participant earns one (1) Entry into that Contest Day&#8217;s Daily Pool (as defined in Clause 5.1) for each distinct, valid comment they submit on the Campaign Post on that platform, provided that the participant has also:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(a) followed Syfe&#8217;s official account on that platform (a one-time action, not required to be repeated on each Contest Day, and assessed as at the time Syfe verifies the participant&#8217;s entries);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(b) liked the Campaign Post on that platform (a one-time action, not required to be repeated on each Contest Day); and<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(c) shared or reposted the Campaign Post on that platform on that same Contest Day (a per-Contest Day action, which must be repeated on each Contest Day the participant wishes to earn Entries),<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(collectively, the &#8220;Qualifying Actions&#8221;), and provided that the comment tags 2 friends in accordance with Clause 3.4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.2 There is no limit on the number of qualifying comments, and therefore Entries, a participant may earn on a single platform on a single Contest Day, subject to Clause 3.6 (disqualification of low-quality, spam, or fraudulent entries).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.3 A participant may earn further Entries by repeating the Qualifying Actions on subsequent Contest Days, and\/or across more than one platform. Entries earned on a given Contest Day count only towards that Contest Day&#8217;s Daily Pool, and do not carry over to any other Contest Day&#8217;s Daily Pool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4 Each qualifying comment must tag 2 friends. By tagging any other individual in a comment, the participant represents and warrants that they have obtained that individual&#8217;s clear and unambiguous prior consent to be tagged in connection with this Lucky Draw Contest. The participant is solely responsible for obtaining such consent, and Syfe accepts no liability in connection with any failure to do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.5 Participants&#8217; comments, posts, and profiles used to submit entries must be set to public for the duration of the Contest Period and until winners have been announced, to allow Syfe to verify entries. Syfe will not be able to verify, and may disqualify, any entry that it cannot access due to privacy settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.6 Syfe reserves the right, without notice, to disqualify or hide any entry, or to disregard any comment for the purposes of counting Entries, that it considers, in its sole discretion, to be duplicative, spam, incomplete, illegible, incomprehensible, misleading, deceptive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate, or to have been submitted for the purpose of artificially inflating a participant&#8217;s number of Entries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.7 Syfe will determine, in its sole discretion and based on its own records, whether a participant has satisfied the Qualifying Actions and how many valid Entries a participant has earned for a given Contest Day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Fraud and Abuse<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If any fraud or abuse by an Entrant is found or suspected by Syfe (including but not limited to the use of multiple fake accounts, or the submission of comments in a manner designed to artificially inflate the number of Entries beyond genuine engagement), or if any entry does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, Syfe reserves the right to disqualify that participant&#8217;s entries without notice, through deleting or hiding such comments, and to take any necessary legal action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Lucky Draw and Winner Selection<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.1 For each Contest Day, Syfe will compile a separate pool comprising all valid Entries earned on that Contest Day across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X (each, a &#8220;Daily Pool&#8221;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.2 Notwithstanding that there are 5 separate Daily Pools, Syfe will conduct all draws together in a single draw event within 14 business days after the end of the Contest Period (the &#8220;Draw Date&#8221;) \u2014 not separately after the close of each Contest Day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.3 At the Draw Date, the draws for the 5 Daily Pools will be conducted in sequential order, starting with the Daily Pool for Contest Day 1 and ending with the Daily Pool for Contest Day 5. For each Daily Pool, in that sequence, 3 winners will be randomly selected from that Daily Pool&#8217;s valid Entries, for up to 15 winners in total across the 5 Contest Days, subject to Clauses 5.4 and 5.5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.4 Each participant may win a maximum of one (1) Prize across the entire Lucky Draw Contest, regardless of the number of Daily Pools in which that participant has valid Entries, or the number of Entries earned in any Daily Pool. Accordingly:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(a) a participant who has already been selected as a winner in an earlier Daily Pool&#8217;s draw (per the sequence in Clause 5.3) will be excluded from selection in any subsequent Daily Pool&#8217;s draw; and<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(b) if a participant who has already won would otherwise be selected again in a later Daily Pool&#8217;s draw, that selection will be disregarded and Syfe will instead randomly select an alternate winner from that Daily Pool&#8217;s remaining valid Entries, in accordance with this Clause 5.4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the avoidance of doubt, within a single Daily Pool, each participant may in any event win a maximum of one (1) prize, regardless of the number of Entries that participant earned in that Daily Pool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.5 If, after applying Clause 5.4, fewer than 3 eligible winners remain to be selected for a given Daily Pool, Syfe reserves the right to award fewer than 3 prizes for that Daily Pool accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.6 Syfe&#8217;s decision on the selection of winners is final and binding, save for any rights a Participant may have under applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Lucky Draw Prize<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.1 Each of the 15 winners selected under Clause 5 will receive S$50 in cash credits (the &#8220;Prize&#8221;), credited into the winner&#8217;s Syfe Brokerage account, subject to these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.2 The Prize is non-withdrawable. It may only be used to purchase US-listed stocks and\/or exchange-traded funds (&#8220;ETFs&#8221;) available for trading on Syfe Brokerage, and may not be used to purchase any other securities or asset class, nor redeemed, exchanged, or converted to cash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.3 The Prize must be used by 31 December 2026 (the &#8220;Prize Usage Deadline&#8221;), failing which the Prize, or any unused portion thereof, will expire and be forfeited. Where a winner uses only part of the Prize on a purchase, the remaining balance shall continue to be usable until the Prize Usage Deadline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.4 The Prize is not transferable to any other person or account. Syfe may substitute the Prize with an item or credit of equivalent value at its sole discretion, including where crediting the Prize as described is not possible for any reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.5 Syfe reserves the right to publicise the social media handle(s) of winners across its own platforms, and to archive and reuse posts, stories, comments, or other content related to this Lucky Draw Contest (including mentions or features of winners) at its sole discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. Winner Notification<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.1 Winners will be notified by Syfe via the same platform and channel through which they participated in the Lucky Draw Contest, being direct message on that platform and\/or reply to their winning comment, within 14 business days of the Draw Date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.2 Winners who do not respond to Syfe&#8217;s notification within 14 days of being notified may forfeit their Prize, and Syfe reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining valid Entries in the relevant Daily Pool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8. Prize Fulfilment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.1 To receive the Prize, a winner must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(a) if the winner is a new Syfe client, successfully register for a Syfe account, complete the required Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification, and open a Syfe Brokerage account; or<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(b) if the winner is an existing Syfe client, ensure they have an active Syfe Brokerage account, opening one if they do not already have one;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">and in either case,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(c) sign the applicable Syfe Brokerage account contract\/terms,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">before the Prize can be credited to the winner&#8217;s Syfe Brokerage account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.2 Winners must complete all steps in Clause 8.1 within 14 days of winner notification under Clause 7, failing which the Prize will be forfeited, and Syfe reserves the right, but is not obliged, to select an alternate winner from the remaining valid Entries in the relevant Daily Pool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.3 The Prize will only be credited to the winner&#8217;s Syfe Brokerage account. Syfe will not entertain any request to transfer, credit, or otherwise deliver the Prize, in whole or in part, to any brokerage account, custodian, or platform other than the winner&#8217;s Syfe Brokerage account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.4 If a winner fails to satisfy any requirement under Clause 8.1 within the stipulated timeframe, Syfe will withhold, adjust, or decline to credit the Prize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>9. Currency<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"9\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All monetary values stated in these Terms and Conditions are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Please note that the Prize is credited in SGD cash credits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>10. Multi-Platform Disclosure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This Lucky Draw Contest is conducted across multiple third-party social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook). Participation requirements, including the specific comment, tag, like, and share\/repost functions, are governed by the respective terms of use of each platform, in addition to these Terms and Conditions. Participants are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with the terms of use of any platform on which they choose to participate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>11. Platform Disclaimers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This Lucky Draw Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (including Instagram and Facebook), TikTok Pte. Ltd., or X Corp. Participants acknowledge that they are providing information to Syfe and not to any of these platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>12. Communications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Winners must ensure that the contact details or platform account through which they are notified remain active and accessible, in order to receive notification of their win and collection instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Syfe will use the social media account handles associated with the participant&#8217;s submission at the time of entry. Participants are not allowed to change their social media account handle used for submitting their entry after submission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Syfe may use reasonable efforts to contact winners through alternative methods where available, but delivery of notifications through such alternative methods is not guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Syfe is not responsible for any undelivered direct messages, comment replies, or other notifications, including where such notifications are diverted to a spam, junk, or requests folder as a result of a winner&#8217;s own privacy or spam filter settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Failure to receive any communication, notification, or update will not by itself entitle any participant to any Prize if the participant has not otherwise satisfied the requirements of this Lucky Draw Contest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>13. Collection of Information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By participating in this Lucky Draw Contest, participants understand and agree that Syfe will collect, use, disclose and otherwise process their personal information (including information visible on their public social media profile and comments) for the purposes of administering this Lucky Draw Contest, verifying entries, contacting winners, and for other marketing communications, as well as in accordance with Syfe&#8217;s Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time; however, if a participant opts out, they may not receive updates regarding their participation in this Lucky Draw Contest, including winner notifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any questions regarding Syfe&#8217;s Privacy Policy or treatment of personal information should be directed to <a href=\"mailto:support.sg@syfe.com\">support.sg@syfe.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>14. Release and Indemnity<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By participating in the Lucky Draw Contest, the participant agrees that Syfe shall not be liable for any loss or damage which may arise in connection with their participation in the Lucky Draw Contest, including (without limitation) any technical issues, system outages, delays, or any act or omission of any third party (including any courier or delivery service arranged by the winner under Clause 7.3).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Without limiting the foregoing, the participant hereby: (a) forever releases and discharges Syfe and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related and associated entities and their respective employees, directors, officers, suppliers, agents, sponsors and administrators (collectively, the &#8220;Releasees&#8221;) from and against any and all claims, actions, costs, liabilities, judgments, damages, obligations, losses, penalties and expenses of any kind or nature whatsoever (including legal fees) in any way arising directly or indirectly out of any loss or damage that the participant may suffer as a result of, or in connection with, participation in the Lucky Draw Contest or any related activity, including the collection, delivery, or consumption of the Prize; and (b) indemnifies, defends and holds harmless the Releasees from and against any and all damages, losses and expenses (including legal fees) which may be suffered directly or indirectly by reason of the participant&#8217;s own negligence or wilful misconduct during or in connection with participation in the Lucky Draw Contest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>15. Reservation of Rights<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Syfe reserves the right to amend, withdraw, restrict, suspend or terminate the Lucky Draw Contest at any time where reasonably necessary (including for legal or regulatory reasons), with notice to Participants where required under applicable law. Syfe is the sole arbiter of these Terms and Conditions and any other issue arising under the Lucky Draw Contest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If Syfe suspects fraudulent or abusive behaviour, gaming of the system (including the use of multiple accounts by the same individual to submit multiple entries per platform), inappropriate, offensive, or derogatory language or information, or any violation of these Terms and Conditions, Syfe reserves the right to disqualify the relevant participant, remove them from the Lucky Draw Contest, and take any other action it deems appropriate, including but not limited to withholding or reclaiming the Prize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>16.
