The Maintenance segment focuses on retailers, distributors, and other businesses with maintenance, repair, and replacement services for lighting and related electrical components. The EV segment offers electric vehicle charging expertise and provides EV turnkey installation solutions with ongoing support to all commercial verticals. The Corporate and Other segment includes operating expenses. The company was founded by Neal R. Verfuerth and Patrick J. Trotter in April 1996 and is headquartered in Manitowoc, WI.
