ARKO Petroleum Corp. Class A
ARKO Petroleum Corp. engages in wholesale distribution of motor fuel to ARKO Retail Sites and to third-party dealers under long-term contracts, selling fuel at fleet fueling locations. It operates through three segments: Wholesale, Fleet Fueling and GPMP. The Wholesale segment supplies fuel to dealers, sub-wholesalers and bulk and spot purchasers, on either a cost plus or consignment basis. The Fleet Fueling segment includes the operation of proprietary and third-party cardlock locations that primarily sell fuel to commercial and municipal entity customers and generate revenue through commissions from the sale of fuel using proprietary fuel cards that provide customers access to a nationwide network of fueling sites. The GPMP segment sells and supplies fuel to substantially all of the ARKO Retail Sites at cost of fuel plus a fixed margin. The company was founded in July 2025 and is headquartered in Richmond, VA.
