Shell plc engages in the exploration, production, and marketing of oil, natural gas, petrochemicals, and electricity. It operates through the following segments: Integrated Gas, Upstream, Chemicals and Products, Marketing, Renewables and Energy Solutions, and Corporate. The Integrated Gas segment includes LNG production, liquefaction, shipping, trading, regasification, and gas-to-liquids operations. The Upstream segment includes exploration and production of crude oil, natural gas, and natural gas liquids from conventional and deep water fields. The Chemicals and Products segment includes crude oil refining, base chemicals and intermediates manufacturing, and trading and supply operations. The Marketing segment includes retail service stations, lubricants including Shell Helix and Shell Rimula, business-to-business fuels, marine and aviation fuels, bitumen, and hydrogen fueling. The Renewables and Energy Solutions segment includes onshore and offshore wind, solar, carbon capture and storage, nature-based solutions, EV charging through Shell recharge, and power trading.
