活動規則及條款
開戶獎勵推廣時間為 2025 年 11 月 1 日 00:00 – 2025 年 12 月 31 日 23:59（包括首尾兩日，具體以系統交易時間作準）。
活動對象為於 Syfe Hong Kong Limited 有效用戶，須於推廣期開戶才可參與本次活動。
新用戶需於任何合資格的投資組合進行首次存款，並在90天的鎖定期內維持指定最低餘額，方可獲得開戶獎勵。獎勵結構如下：

獎勵將於首次存款後30天內存入相關投資組合，惟須維持最低餘額要求。
若未能滿足最低餘額或90天鎖定期要求，Syfe Hong Kong Limited有權在投資組合提款時收回獎勵。
獎勵發放細則：
- 活動中若出現違反法律法規、平台規則及本活動規則的行為或以不正當手段參與包括但不限於使用虛假賬戶、實施網路攻擊、作弊領取等，Syfe Hong Kong Limited 有權取消該用戶的參加及／或得獎資格及回收已發放的獎勵而毋須另行通知，並由該用戶承擔一切相關責任。
用戶應自行負擔因參加活動領取獎勵而產生的稅費事項（如有）。
活動解釋權在法律允許範圍內歸 Syfe Hong Kong Limited 解釋。
Activity Rules and Terms
The account opening reward promotion period is from November 1, 2025, 00:00 to December 31, 2025, 23:59 (inclusive of the start and end dates, subject to the system’s transaction time).
The promotion is open to valid users who open an account with Syfe Hong Kong Limited for the first time. Users must open their account during the promotion period to participate in this event.
New users must make their first deposit into any eligible portfolio and maintain the specified minimum balance during the 90-day lock-in period to receive the account opening reward. The reward structure is as follows:

The reward will be credited to the relevant portfolio within 30 days after the first deposit, provided the minimum balance requirement is maintained.
If the minimum balance or 90-day lock-in period requirements are not met, Syfe Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to reclaim the reward upon withdrawal from the portfolio.
Reward Distribution Details:
- If any behavior during the event violates laws and regulations, platform rules, or these event rules, or if improper means are used to participate (including but not limited to using fake accounts, conducting cyber attacks, or cheating to claim rewards), Syfe Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to disqualify the user from participation and/or winning, and to recover any rewards already distributed without prior notice. The user shall bear all related responsibilities.
Users are responsible for any tax obligations arising from participating in the event and receiving rewards (if applicable).
The right to interpret these rules, to the extent permitted by law, resides with Syfe Hong Kong Limited.
