1. 推廣期
1.1 本推廣活動(「比賽」)由[開始日期]起,直至收到100份合資格參賽表格為止(「推廣期」)。
1.2 Syfe保留隨時延長、縮短或提早結束推廣期之權利,並於本專頁刊登通知。
2. 參加資格
2.1 參加者須於推廣期內符合以下所有條件方可獲得參賽資格:
(a) 為Syfe香港新客戶,即符合以下其中一項: (i) 從未登記Syfe帳戶之人士;或 (ii) 已登記Syfe帳戶但從未存入任何資金(未曾出資)之人士;
(b) 於Syfe存入及維持最低淨投資金額港幣$50,000(「最低淨投資額」);
(c) 成功套用指定推廣碼 APPLE26;及
(d) 透過Google表格( https://forms.gle/LH636fe6v21XP2Dr9 )就以下問題提交不超過50字(英文)或100字(繁體中文)之書面答案:「為何數碼理財平台重要?」(「參賽作品」)。
2.2 每位合資格客戶只可提交一(1)份參賽作品。同一客戶提交多份參賽作品並不會增加中獎機會,並只有首份有效參賽作品會獲納入評選。
2.3 Syfe Hong Kong Limited之僱員、承辦商、供應商及其直系親屬不得參加本比賽。
2.4 Syfe保留權利,就任何不完整、於推廣期以外提交,或於評選時未能符合最低淨投資額要求之參賽作品,取消其參賽資格。
3. 評選程序
3.1 得獎者將根據其參賽作品之質素,按以下評選標準及Syfe之整體評核而選出。
3.2 參賽作品將按以下標準評分:

3.3 參賽作品將首先由Syfe市場推廣團隊按上述標準審閱及評分,入圍名單及評分理據將由Syfe記錄存檔。第一、第二及第三名得獎者之最終決定,由Syfe市場推廣團隊作出。Syfe之決定為最終決定,對所有參加者均具約束力。

4.1 獎品不可轉讓,亦不可兌換現金,惟第4.2條另有規定者除外。
4.2 若Syfe因任何原因(包括缺貨)未能購入上述指定型號之裝置,Syfe保留權利,自行酌情以上述價值之等值現金,或價值及規格相若之產品作替代。
4.3 得獎者須自行承擔因獲得獎品而產生之任何稅務、關稅或申報責任。
5. 鎖定期及發放
5.1 本比賽之鎖定期為120天,按Syfe標準計算方法計算:鎖定期由兌換推廣碼APPLE26後之「發放期」結束當日開始計算,並由該日起計為期120天。得獎者須於整個發放期及鎖定期內,持續維持其最低淨投資額,方可獲發獎品。(例如:若發放期為14天,得獎者須由申請推廣碼當日起計,共維持最低淨投資額134天或以上。)
5.2 若得獎者於鎖定期內任何時間之淨投資額低於最低淨投資額,該得獎者將不符合資格獲發獎品。由於屆時尚未發放任何獎品,Syfe將無責任提供該獎品。
5.3 得獎者將於推廣期結束後(即收到100份合資格參賽表格後)不久公布。獎品發放將只於得獎者成功完成第5.1條所述之120天鎖定期後方會進行。
5.4 若已確認之得獎者未能符合第5.2條之資格要求,Syfe保留權利,自行酌情將被沒收之獎品頒予評分次高之參賽作品,或就該名次不發放獎品。
5.5 得獎者將以電話或電郵方式獲通知,並以參賽時所提供之聯絡資料為準。
5.6 若得獎者於獲通知後14天內未有回覆,Syfe保留權利,自行酌情將該獎品視為未獲認領,並按第5.4條相同方式,將獎品頒予評分次高之參賽作品。
6. 一般條款
6.1 參加本比賽即表示接受本條款及細則。
6.2 Syfe保留權利,可於任何時間修訂本條款及細則,或取消、暫停或修改本比賽,而毋須事先通知,惟須受適用法律所限制。
6.3 本比賽只限持有香港身份之Syfe香港新客戶(定義見第2.1(a)條)並持有有效Syfe香港帳戶者參加。
6.4 本比賽為技巧型比賽,並非彩票、抽獎或任何博彩形式之遊戲。除開立或注資Syfe帳戶所需之最低淨投資額外,毋須任何購買、付款或費用即可參加;而該投資本身屬投資行為(並非參賽費用),仍為客戶本人之資產。
6.5 透過本比賽收集之個人資料,將按Syfe之私隱政策處理。參與本活動即表示，閣下同意 Syfe 使用閣下的個人資料，向閣下發送市場推廣通訊，包括產品更新、推廣活動及相關優惠。閣下可隨時透過聯絡我們或使用任何市場推廣通訊中的取消訂閱功能，撤回有關同意。
6.6 本條款及細則受香港特別行政區法律管轄。
6.7 如本條款及細則之英文版本與中文版本有任何歧義,概以英文版本為準。
6.8 本比賽並非投資建議。投資涉及風險,包括可能損失本金。過往表現並不代表將來表現。Syfe Hong Kong Limited為證券及期貨事務監察委員會持牌機構(中央編號:BRQ741)。
Syfe HK — Invest & Win an iPhone Q&A Contest
1. Promotion Period
1.1 The promotion (“Contest”) runs from [start date] until 100 qualifying entries have been received (“Promotion Period”).
1.2 Syfe reserves the right to extend, shorten, or close the Promotion Period early at its sole discretion, with notice published on this page.
2. Eligibility
2.1 To qualify as an entrant, a participant must, within the Promotion Period:
(a) be a new Syfe Hong Kong client, meaning either: (i) an individual who has not yet registered a Syfe account; or (ii) an individual who has registered a Syfe account but has not yet deposited any funds (never funded);
(b) deposit and maintain a minimum net investment of HK$50,000 (“Minimum Net Investment”) with Syfe;
(c) successfully apply the designated promo code APPLE26; and
(d) submit a written answer of no more than 50 words (English) or 100 characters (Traditional Chinese) via the Google Form (https://forms.gle/LH636fe6v21XP2Dr9) to the question: “Why is a digital wealth platform important?” (“Submission”).
2.2 Each eligible client may submit one (1) Submission only. Multiple Submissions from the same client will not increase their chances and only the first valid Submission will be considered.
2.3 Employees, contractors, vendors, and immediate family members of Syfe Hong Kong Limited are not eligible to participate.
2.4 Syfe reserves the right to disqualify any Submission that is incomplete, submitted outside the Promotion Period, or does not meet the Minimum Net Investment requirement at the time of judging.
3. Selection Process
3.1 Winners are selected based on the quality of their Submission, assessed against the criteria below and Syfe’s overall judgment.
3.2 Submissions will be scored against the following criteria:

3.3 Submissions will be reviewed and scored by the Syfe Marketing team against the criteria above, with the shortlist and scoring rationale recorded by Syfe. The final decision on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners rests with the Syfe Marketing team. Syfe’s decision is final and binding.
4. Prizes

4.1 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as set out in Clause 4.2.
4.2 If Syfe is unable to procure the stated device(s) for any reason (including stock unavailability), Syfe reserves the right to substitute the prize with a cash equivalent of the value stated above, or a product of comparable value and specification, at its sole discretion.
4.3 Winners are solely responsible for any tax liability, duty, or reporting obligation arising from receipt of the prize.
5. Lock-up and Fulfilment
5.1 The Lock-up Period for this Contest is 120 days, calculated in accordance with Syfe’s standard methodology: the Lock-up Period begins once the fulfilment period (following redemption of promo code APPLE26) ends, and runs for 120 days from that date. Winners must maintain their Minimum Net Investment continuously throughout the fulfilment period and the Lock-up Period before the prize is released. (Example: if the fulfilment period is 14 days, a winner must maintain their Minimum Net Investment for at least 134 days in total from the date the promo code is applied.)
5.2 If a winner’s net investment falls below the Minimum Net Investment at any point during the Lock-up Period, that winner does not qualify to receive the prize. No prize will have been paid or delivered at that point, and Syfe will have no obligation to provide it.
5.3 Winners will be announced shortly after the close of the Promotion Period (upon 100 qualifying entries being reached). Prize delivery will only take place once the winner has successfully completed the 120-day Lock-up Period described in Clause 5.1.
5.4 In the event a confirmed winner does not qualify under Clause 5.2, Syfe reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award the forfeited prize to the next-highest-scored Submission, or to withhold the prize for that placement entirely.
5.5 Winners will be notified by phone call or email, using the contact details provided at the time of entry.
5.6 If a winner does not respond to notification within 14 days, Syfe reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to treat the prize as unclaimed and award it to the next-highest-scored Submission, in the same manner as Clause 5.4.
6. General Terms
6.1 Participation in this Contest constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
6.2 Syfe reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, or to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest, at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
6.3 This Contest is open only to Hong Kong residents who are new Syfe Hong Kong clients, as defined in Clause 2.1(a), and hold a valid Syfe Hong Kong account.
6.4 This Contest is a skill-based competition and is not a lottery, prize draw, or game of chance. No purchase, payment, or fee is required beyond the Minimum Net Investment necessary to open or fund a Syfe account, which is itself an investment (not an entry fee) and remains the client’s own asset.
6.5 Personal data collected through this Contest will be handled in accordance with Syfe’s Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to Syfe using your personal data to send you marketing communications, including product updates, promotions, and related offers. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe function in any marketing communication.
6.6 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
6.7 In case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. [Chinese translation to be prepared once English version is finalised.]
