開戶獎勵推廣時間為 2026 年 04 月 15 日 00:00 – 2026 年 12 月 31 日 23:59（包括首尾兩日，具體以系統交易時間作準）。
參加資格
符合本推廣活動資格的參加者必須為 Syfe 新客戶，其定義為符合以下任一條件之個人：
- (a) 尚未註冊 Syfe 帳戶的個人；或
- (b) 已經註冊但尚未為其帳戶存入資金（未曾存入資金）的個人。
此外，參加者必須滿足以下所有要求：
- 在推廣期內於 Syfe Hong Kong Limited 成功開設帳戶；
- 在開戶或存入資金時輸入指定的推廣代碼；
- 符合下述「推廣條件及獎勵」中列出的具體要求；
新用戶需於任何合資格的投資組合進行首次存款，並在90天的鎖定期內維持指定最低淨投資額，方可獲得開戶獎勵。獎勵結構如下：

你的存款如何計算入獎勵層級
不論你只存款一次或分開多次存款，我們均會將指定期間內的存款加起來，以決定你符合哪一個獎勵層級。當你成功輸入推廣碼後，我們會：
- 向前查看 14 天（寬限期）
- 向後查看 14 天（達標期）
由推廣碼輸入日起計，前 14 天及後 14 天內存入的所有款項，均會計入你的合計存款金額，用以釐定你所屬的獎勵層級。
獎勵發放
獎勵將於達標期結束後30天內存入你的合資格投資組合。
鎖定期如何計算
鎖定期於達標期結束後開始計算，其鎖定期長短視乎你所符合之產品/層級而定，詳見上表。
舉例：如達標期為14天，而你所選產品之鎖定期為120天，你便需由輸入推廣碼起計，維持最低淨投資額合共134天，方可保留已發放之獎勵。
「最低淨投資額」的定義
「最低淨投資額」指你本人投資於投資組合的資金 —— 並非單純存放於現金餘額（Cash Balance）內、尚未投資之現金，亦不包括獎勵或任何投資回報（不論盈利或虧損）。這與 Syfe App 內顯示的「投資組合總值」不同，後者已包含獎勵金額在內。
你須於整個鎖定期內，維持此金額於所需水平或以上，方可保留獎勵。即使你的投資組合總值仍高於要求水平，但假如提款導致此金額跌穿所需水平，Syfe 仍有權收回已發放的獎勵。
補充條款
- 取消資格： 若參加者違反適用法律、法規、平台規則或推廣活動條款，包括但不限於使用虛假帳戶、網絡攻擊或欺詐性索賠，Syfe Hong Kong Limited 有權在不事先通知的情況下取消參加資格並收回已授予的獎勵。參加者需對任何此類違規行為承擔全部責任。
- 轉換推廣碼︰一旦成功套用並生效之後，不得隨意更改。
- 寬限期： 已進行首次存款但忘記使用推廣代碼的客戶，可在首次存入資金日起計的 14 個曆日內補回優惠碼。超過此寬限期的申請將根據個別情況進行審核，客戶必須聯絡我們的客戶支援團隊提出相關請求。
- 優惠疊加： 除另有說明外，此推廣代碼不可與其他進行中的推廣代碼同時使用。
- 最終解釋權： Syfe 保留在不事先通知的情況下隨時修改、撤回或限制本推廣活動的權利。Syfe 是本規則及推廣活動中出現的任何其他問題的唯一裁定者。若 Syfe 懷疑存在欺詐、濫用行為、操縱系統、使用不當、冒犯或貶低性語言，或違反本條款，Syfe 保留撤銷所有優惠並採取其認為適當的任何其他行動的權利（包括但不限於從客戶帳戶中扣除獎勵的對等零售價值或關閉客戶帳戶）。
- 稅費責任： 參加者需自行承擔因獲得推廣獎勵而產生的任何稅費（如適用）。
- 貨幣單位： 本條款及細則中所述的所有金額均以港幣 (HKD) 為單位。
- 修改權利： Syfe Hong Kong Limited 保留在不事先通知的情況下修改、暫停或終止本推廣活動的權利，惟須符合適用法律要求。

Activity Rules and Terms
The account opening reward promotion period is from April 15, 2026, 00:00 to Dec 31, 2026, 23:59 (inclusive of the start and end dates, subject to the system’s transaction time).
Eligibility
To be eligible for this Promotion, participants must be new Syfe customers, defined as individuals who meet either of the following criteria:
- (a) Individuals who have not yet registered a Syfe account; or
- (b) Individuals who have registered a Syfe account but have not yet deposited any funds (never funded).
In addition, participants must fulfill all of the following requirements:
- Successfully open an account with Syfe Hong Kong Limited during the Promotion Period;
- Enter the designated promotion code upon account opening or when making a deposit;
- Meet the specific requirements outlined under “Promotion Conditions and Rewards” below;
Promotion Conditions and Rewards
New users must make an initial deposit into any managed portfolio and maintain the Minimum Net Investment during a lock-up period.

How Your Deposits Are Counted Toward a Reward Tier
Whether you make a single deposit or several, we add up all deposits over a set window to work out which reward tier you qualify for. Once you successfully apply the promo code, we:
- Look back 14 days (grace period)
- Look forward 14 days (fulfilment period)
Any deposit made within the 14 days before, or the 14 days after, you apply the promo code counts toward your total, and this total determines your reward tier.
Reward Payment
The reward will be credited to your eligible portfolio within 30 days after the end of the fulfilment period.
How the Lock-in Period Is Calculated
The lock-in period starts once the fulfilment period ends. Its length depends on the product/tier you qualify for, as shown in the table above.
Example: if your fulfilment period is 14 days and your product’s lock-in period is 120 days, you need to maintain your Minimum Net Investment for 134 days in total, from the date you apply the promo code, to keep the reward already paid to you.
What Counts as “Minimum Net Investment”
Your “Minimum Net Investment” is the money you’ve personally invested into your portfolio — not simply money sitting in your Cash Balance, and not the reward or any investment gains or losses. This is different from the “total portfolio value” shown in the Syfe app, which includes the reward.
You need to keep this amount at or above the required threshold throughout the lock-in period. If a withdrawal drops it below that threshold — even if your total portfolio value still looks sufficient — Syfe reserves the right to reclaim the reward.
Supplementary Terms
- Disqualification: If a participant violates any applicable laws, regulations, platform rules, or promotion terms, including but not limited to using fake accounts, executing cyber-attacks, or making fraudulent claims, Syfe Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to disqualify the participant and revoke any granted rewards without prior notice. Participants shall bear full liability for any such violations.
- Changing Promotion Codes: Once a promotion code has been successfully applied and taken effect, it cannot be modified or changed.
- Grace Period: Customers who have made their initial deposit but forgot to apply the promotion code may retroactively apply it within 14 calendar days from the date of the initial deposit. Requests exceeding this grace period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and customers must contact our Customer Support team to submit such a request.
- Stacking of Offers: Unless otherwise stated, this promotion code cannot be used in conjunction with any other ongoing promotion codes.
- Right of Final Interpretation: Syfe reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or limit this promotion at any time without prior notice. Syfe is the sole arbiter of these rules and any other matters arising from the promotion. If Syfe suspects any fraud, abuse, system manipulation, improper use, offensive or derogatory language, or violation of these terms, Syfe reserves the right to revoke all offers and take any other actions it deems appropriate (including but not limited to deducting the equivalent retail value of the reward from the customer’s account or closing the customer’s account).
- Tax Liability: Participants are solely responsible for any taxes or fees arising from receiving the promotional reward (if applicable).
- Currency: All amounts stated in these Terms and Conditions are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
- Right to Modify: Syfe Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable legal requirements.
- General Terms: In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, publicity, promotional, or other materials, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. The contents of this document should not be regarded as an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell securities, futures, or any other investment products. All types of investments involve risks, and investors may suffer losses. All information and data on the website are for reference only, and past performance is no guarantee of future results.
