Syfe collaborated with the Singapore Exchange (SGX) to launch a unique REIT+ portfolio that tracks the iEdge S-REIT 20 Index, offering new investment opportunities into Singapore’s property market.
Syfe closed its Series B funding round of US$30 million in July 2021. Backed by Valar Ventures, Unbound and partners from DST Global, we have raised a total of US$52.4 million to date.

Syfe announced that it has closed a USD 27 million funding round, increasing its valuation and bringing total funds raised to USD 79 million. The company also achieved profitability in its home market, driven by a focus on efficient growth.
In October 2024, Syfe achieved a new milestone of 250,000 active users across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia, signalling the growing support and trust in our products.
