Terms and Conditions
The account opening promotion period is from 00:00 on June 1, 2025 to 23:59 on December 31, 2025 (both days inclusive, subject to system transaction time).
This promotion is only open to new users who open an account with Syfe Hong Kong Limited during the promotion period.
Eligibility
- This promotion is available only to new users who open a new account with Syfe Hong Kong Limited during the promotion period.
- Participants must use the designated promotion code when opening the account in order to qualify.
Promotion Conditions and Rewards New users must make their first deposit into any eligible portfolio and maintain the specified minimum balance for a 90-day lock-in period in order to receive the account-opening reward. The reward structure is as follows:

The reward will be credited to the relevant portfolio within 30 days after the first deposit, provided the minimum balance requirement continues to be met. If the minimum balance or the 90-day lock-in requirement is not satisfied, Syfe Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to claw back the reward upon any withdrawal from the portfolio.
Cash Bonus Fulfilment:
- For newly funded accounts with non Cash+ Fixed portfolios, the cash bonus will be rewarded directly into the same portfolio, in the same currency as the portfolio.
- For newly funded accounts with Cash+ Fixed portfolio, the cash bonus will be rewarded in USD into a newly created Cash+ Flexi Portfolio.
Syfe Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to disqualify a user from participating and/or receiving rewards and to withdraw the awarded rewards without prior notice in the event of any violation of laws, regulations, platform rules and the rules of the Campaign or improper participation, including but not limited to the use of false accounts, cyber attacks, fraudulent claims, etc., and the user shall bear all related responsibilities.
Users shall be responsible for any taxes and fees (if any) incurred in connection with receiving the rewards.
Syfe Hong Kong Limited reserves the right of final interpretation of this promotion campaign to the extent permitted by law.
