Terms and Conditions
- The topup reward promotion period is from 00:00 on December 23, 2024 to 23:59 on December 31, 2024 (both days inclusive, subject to system transaction time) (“Promotion Period”).
- This promotion is open to existing users of Syfe Hong Kong Limited who make topup during the promotion period.
- Promotion criteria:
- Use the designated promotion code “HOLIDAY” to register in the Syfe app.
- HK$500 bonus: Existing users who deposit new funds of HK$200,000 or above into any portfolio will receive a HK$500 bonus credited to their portfolio.
- A minimum balance of HK$200,000 must be maintained in the user’s Syfe account for 90 days to qualify for the reward.
- Failure to meet the above criteria will result in clawback of the reward.
- Syfe Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to disqualify a user from participating and/or receiving rewards and to withdraw the awarded rewards without prior notice in the event of any violation of laws, regulations, platform rules and the rules of the Campaign or improper participation, including but not limited to the use of false accounts, cyber attacks, fraudulent claims, etc., and the user shall bear all related responsibilities.
- Users shall be responsible for any taxes and fees (if any) incurred in connection with receiving the rewards.
- Syfe Hong Kong has the final decision on all matters relating to the promotion campaign, which is binding and conclusive for all participants.
