Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on March 1, 2026, at 00:00 and ends on December 31, 2026, at 23:59 (inclusive of the start and end dates, based on system transaction time).
Eligibility
To be eligible for this Promotion, a participant must be a new-to-Syfe client, defined as an individual who meets either of the following criteria:
- (a) An individual who has not yet registered for a Syfe account; or
- (b) An individual who has registered for an account but has not yet funded it (never previously deposited).
In addition, participants must meet all of the following requirements:
- Successfully open an account with Syfe Hong Kong Limited within the Promotion Period;
- Apply the specified promo code at the time of account opening or funding;
- Meet the specific requirements set out in the “Promotion Conditions & Rewards” section below;
- Maintain Investment Status: All newly deposited funds must remain invested throughout the promotion period. During this time, any withdrawal or internal transfer that causes the portfolio value to fall below the initial deposit amount will result in the immediate termination of the offer.
Promotion Conditions & Rewards
New users must make an initial deposit into any eligible portfolio and maintain the specified minimum balance for a lock-up period of 90 days to receive the reward. The reward structure is as follows:

- The reward will be credited to the relevant portfolio within 30 days after the initial deposit, subject to the continuous maintenance of the minimum balance requirement.
- If the minimum balance or the 90-day lock-up period requirement is not met, Syfe Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to claw back the reward at the time of portfolio withdrawal.
Reward Distribution Details
- For non-Cash+ Fixed portfolios: The cash reward will be credited directly to the same portfolio in its base currency.
- For Cash+ Fixed portfolios: The cash reward will be credited in HKD or USD into a newly opened Cash+ Flexi portfolio.
Additional Terms
- Modification of Promo Code: Once a promo code has been successfully applied and is in effect, it cannot be changed arbitrarily.
- Grace Period: Clients who have made their initial deposit but forgot to apply the promo code will have 14 calendar days from the initial funding date to do so. Requests submitted after this grace period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be sent to our customer support team.
- Stackability: Unless stated otherwise, this promo code cannot be stacked with any other active promo codes.
- Reservation of Rights: Syfe reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or restrict the promotion at any time without notice. Syfe is the sole arbiter of these rules and any other issue arising under the promotion. If Syfe suspects fraudulent or abusive behavior, gaming of the system, inappropriate language, or a violation of these terms, Syfe reserves the right to remove all promotions and take appropriate action, including deducting the reward value from the account or closing the account.
- Currencies: All monetary values stated in these Terms and Conditions are denominated in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
General: In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising or promotional materials, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. No content herein shall be considered an offer, solicitation, or recommendation for the purchase or sale of securities or investment products.
