Eligibility
1. The promotion period for this promotion campaign is from 00:00 on 13 March 2023 to 23:59 on 30 April 2024 (both days inclusive, subject to system transaction time).
2. The promotion is only eligible for new users who open an account with Syfe Hong Kong Limited during the promotion period.
3. Criteria for this promotion campaign:
– Use the designated redemption code “SYFEHK500” to open an account.
– HK$200 bonus will be credited to your portfolio within 5 working days after a user funds HK$25,000 as their first fund invested in Cash+ or other investment portfolios. A cash flow of HK$25,000 or above must be maintained in your Syfe account for 90 days to be eligible for the offer.
– HK$500 bonus will be credited to your portfolio within 5 working days after a user funds HK$100,000 as their first fund invested in Cash+ or other investment portfolios. A cash flow of HK$100,000 or above must be maintained in your Syfe account for 90 days to be eligible for the offer.
– Failure to meet the above criteria will result in clawback of the relevant account opening bonus.
4. Syfe Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to disqualify a user from participating and/or receiving rewards and to withdraw the awarded rewards without prior notice in the event of any violation of laws, regulations, platform rules and the rules of the Campaign or improper participation including but not limited to the use of false accounts, cyber attacks, fraudulent claims, etc., and the user shall bear all related responsibilities.
5. The user shall be responsible for all taxes and fees, if any, incurred in connection with the receipt of the rewards
6. The right to interpret the Campaign is vested in Syfe Hong Kong Limited to the extent permitted by law.
