Eligibility
1. This promotion campaign is valid from 00:00 on 13 March 2023 to 23:59 on 30 September 2023 (both days inclusive, subject to system transaction time) (the “Promotion Period”).
2. The promotion campaign is only open to new users who open an account with Syfe Hong Kong Limited during the Promotion Period.
3. Criteria for this promotion campaign:
- Use the designated redemption code “SYFEHK500” to open an account.
- Crediting of HK$200 bonus: A HK$200 bonus will be credited into the new user’s portfolio within 5 working days after the user funds HK$25,000 as their first funds into the Cash+ portfolio or any of Syfe’s portfolios. An amount of HK$25,000 or above must be maintained in the user’s Syfe account for 90 days to be eligible for the promotion campaign.
- Crediting of HK$500 bonus: A HK$500 bonus will be credited to the new user’s portfolio within 5 working days after the user funds HK$100,000 as their first funds into the Cash+ or any of Syfe’s portfolios. An amount of HK$100,000 or above must be maintained in the user’s Syfe account for 90 days to be eligible for the promotion campaign.
Failure to meet the above criteria will result in clawback of the relevant account opening bonus.
4. Syfe Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to disqualify a user from participating and/or receiving rewards and to withdraw the awarded rewards without prior notice in the event of any violation of laws, regulations, platform rules and the rules of the Campaign or improper participation, including but not limited to the use of false accounts, cyber attacks, fraudulent claims, etc., and the user shall bear all related responsibilities.
5. The user shall be responsible for all taxes and fees, if any, incurred in connection with the receipt of the rewards
6. Syfe Hong Kong’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion campaign shall be final, binding and conclusive on all participants.
