The Syfe Lucky Draw to Enjoy a Versatile Staycation (“Lucky Draw”) will be governed by these standard terms and conditions, and any accompanying Lucky Draw Details (collectively the “Terms”).
Each entrant agrees that he/she has read and understood this document and by their participation in the Lucky Draw, each entrant agrees to be bound by the Terms.
The organiser of the Lucky Draw: Syfe Hong Kong Limited (the “Organiser”).
The Organiser shall be solely responsible for the execution and administration of this Lucky Draw.
Entrants may enter the Lucky Draw by completing all the Lucky Draw requirements correctly to the Organiser to enter the giveaway Lucky Draw.
Mobile phone or internet access charges or other third party connectivity charges may apply. In entering the Lucky Draw, all entrants are deemed to have the permission of the person paying such third party charges.
The Lucky Draw shall run strictly in accordance with the stipulated time-frame as stated in the Lucky Draw Details.
The Lucky Draw is only open to all legal residents of Hong Kong.
Entrants must be a minimum of eighteen (18) years of age or over at the date of entry.
Entrants must be Syfe Hong Kong new customers registered (who have never registered an account or have deactivated the account for 12 months in Syfe Hong Kong) and funded at least HKD10,000 during the event period 2022-11-04 00:00 to 2022-11-30 23:59.
The following categories of persons are not eligible to enter the Lucky Draw: employees of the Organiser and its respective divisions, affiliates, authorised dealers/distributors, agents; suppliers of the prize(s); and any other company professionally connected with the Lucky Draw.
All personal information submitted during account registration must be accurate and complete and are subject to proof upon request by the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entry not submitted in accordance with these Terms or which tampers with the entry process.
Incomplete, indecipherable, illegible, incorrect entries or any entry that violates the Terms or rules for entry, will automatically be disqualified.
Entries received after the Closing Date will be disqualified.
The Organiser will not accept any responsibility for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged or undelivered. The Organiser shall not be responsible for technical errors in telecommunications networks, Internet access or otherwise preventing entry to the Lucky Draw. Winners will be posted on the Organiser’s social media platforms.
Only entries from individuals will be accepted. Any entry that Organiser believes has been made (a) via participation in a syndicate or (b) via any form of machine-assisted intervention enabling computer generated multiple entries, will be disqualified.
The Organiser reserves the right to substitute an alternative Winner, where the Organiser has reasonable grounds for believing that the initially selected Winner has contravened any of these Terms. Any alternative Winner will be selected applying the same criteria as that used to select the original Winner. The list of reserved winners should be drawn along in the main draw as no second draw is allowed.
The Winners will also be notified by telephone call and email via the mobile phone number and email provided at registration within 09 December 2022 to 16 December 2022. In the event that the Organiser cannot for any reason obtain the Winner’s acknowledgement within 09 December 2022 to 16 December 2022 of first attempting to do so, the Organiser reserves the right to substitute an alternative Winner at the Organiser’s sole discretion. The alternative Winners will be notified by telephone call and email via the mobile phone number and email provided at registration within 19 December 2022 to 23 December 2022. The alternative Winners who cannot redeem the prize by designated date will forfeit the prize.
The prize is as stated and is non-transferable. The Winner must have created an account to enter the Lucky Draw.
More details on the collection of the prize will be given to the respective Winner(s) at a later stage.
Acceptance of any prize shall constitute a release and discharge of the Organiser by each Winner (and/or their companions) from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, and/or damages which the Winner (and/or their companions) may have, whether known or unknown at the present time, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or relating to: (i) the Lucky Draw, (ii) personal injury and/or property damage, theft or loss suffered by the Winner (and/or their companions) as a result of the use and/or enjoyment of the prize, and/or (iii) any tax liabilities in relation to the Lucky Draw, prize and/or use or enjoyment of the same.

Before redeeming the W Hong Kong Hotel Staycation Gift Voucher (hereinafter referred to as the “Staycation Gift Voucher”) sent by Syfe, the user should check with the hotel whether the hotel is affected by any force majeure events (including but not limited to the epidemic and other idiopathic public health emergency events) may result in closure with short notice or failure to notify (“Closed”) or service interruption (“Service Interruption”) for sanitization purposes. Users are required to contact the hotel directly to determine dine-in arrangements and whether dine-in has been affected by any public health measures announced by government authorities (“Other Arrangements”). The user’s participation in this activity means that you have hereby confirmed and agreed to the relevant terms, and Syfe shall not be liable for failure to notify you of closure, service interruption, or other arrangements. In response to the development of the epidemic, the government may adjust the anti-epidemic measures from time to time. Users must exchange and use Staycation vouchers in compliance with the laws and by-laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (including but not limited to the Prevention and Control of Disease Ordinance) to comply with relevant government regulations . Syfe will not make any compensation for the inability to redeem and use the Staycation vouchers due to failure to comply with relevant government regulations.
This Staycation Gift Voucher can only be redeemed once; it cannot be reproduced, copied or sold to other parties.
This Staycation Gift Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions and privileges of gift certificates.
This Staycation Gift Voucher is not replaceable if it is lost, stolen, or destroyed.
This Staycation Gift Voucher is valid before 2023-12-31.
Any unredeemed Staycation Gift Voucher after the redemption period is invalid and will not be accepted.
Winner will be awarded with a Staycation Gift Voucher within 3 month after the end of the event period for entrance.
The redeemable hotel stay period is limited by supply and availability and the Organiser is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances and the decision by W Hong Kong.
