Eligibility
- Referrer (You)
- Must be a Syfe client
- Must have a Syfe account to receive extra rewards/coupons
- Your account must hold at least HKD 30,000 at the time of invitation, and this amount must remain in the account until the referee fulfils all the eligibility criteria.
- Referee (Friend)
- Must be a new-to-Syfe client within the campaign period (never registered and held an account at Syfe previously)
- Referee must enter the invitation code and successfully deposit the required amount within the campaign period
- Reward has a lock-in period of 120 days. During this period the reward amount is non-withdrawable
How it Works
- Open the Syfe app and login. Menu > Invite friends. Copy your invitation code from your account settings.
- Send it to your friend. They should enter your invitation code when creating their Syfe account.
- Inviter’s reward will be credited to the first invested portfolio within 60 days after the campaign period.
- Invitee’s reward will be credited to the latest invested portfolio within 60 days after the campaign period.
- All newly deposited funds must remain invested for the entire promotion period. Any withdrawal or internal transfer of funds during this period, which results in the portfolio value falling below the initial deposit amount, will lead to an immediate suspension of the promotion. Additionally, any previously granted promo bonus will be revoked and clawed back.
Frequently Asked Questions
I invited a friend but don’t see any extra rewards/coupons credited to my portfolio
This could be because:
- Your friend/referee has yet to meet the minimum investment. Both you and your friend will receive the extra rewards/coupons only after the first funds transfer is invested.
- Your total portfolio value or invested amount across all Syfe portfolios does not meet the minimum value.
- Your friend/invitee did not use your invitation code code. Please note that if your friend has applied a different invitation code to create their account, we will not be able to change the code used to your invitation code.
I used my friend’s invitation code but did not receive the extra rewards/ coupons
This could be because:
- You entered an invitation code when creating your Syfe account but did not make any fund transfers within 14 days of account creation. E.g. you used an invitation code on 1 June to create your Syfe account but only made your first investment on 30 June.
- You used an invitation code outside of the grace period provided. If you did not enter an invitation code code at the account creation stage, you have 14 days to apply the invitation code from the day you make your first investment. E.g. you made your first investment on 1 December and did not use any invitation code. You can enter an invitation code anytime from 1 December to 14 December to be eligible for the extra rewards/coupon.
- The friend who invited the Programme with you had less than HKD 30,000 invested across Syfe portfolios. Please contact [email protected] with your inviter/sharer’s name and email address to check. Kindly note that Syfe is not responsible for any failures on the part of your inviter/sharer to meet the requirements of the Syfe Invitation Programme.

Syfe Ambassador Programme Terms & Conditions
- To participate in the Syfe Invitation Programme, all parties must agree to the terms stated above and herein, which become part of Syfe’s Terms & Conditions.
- Invitation should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, unless approved by Syfe. Invitation codes should not be published or distributed on commercial websites (such as coupon websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia) or on blogs, unless authorised by Syfe. Clients are prohibited from “spamming” anyone with invitations/shares. This includes mass emailing, texting or messaging people you do not know or using automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute your invitation code. Clients are prohibited from paying to advertise their invitation code.
- Syfe reserves the right to any remedy, including cancellation of your account or reservations, if fraud, tampering, violations of these terms or Syfe’s Terms & Conditions, or if technical errors are suspected.
- Syfe reserves the right to suspend accounts or remove the Incentives if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of Syfe’s Terms & Conditions. Syfe also has the right to review and investigate all invitation/sharing activities and to suspend accounts or modify invitation/sharing in our absolute sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
- In the event of the Invited Client/Friend having missed the invitation code field at signup, they have up to 14 days to enter the invitation code directly through the “Settings” section in the top right corner of their Syfe dashboard. Requests to tag any invitation code to a Syfe account 14 days after account creation will not be accepted.
- Once a Referee has successfully applied an invitation code, the selection is final and cannot be modified, replaced, or updated with an alternative promo code.
Other Terms and Conditions
- All promotions and offers by Syfe are subjected to a set of terms and conditions.
- Syfe reserves the right to amend terms and conditions including changing the reward benefits of the promotion or offer, terminating the offer before stated validity date, changing the details of the promotion or offer or any other changes in order to protect the interests of the company or under circumstances of abuse.
- Invitation codes codes issued by Syfe are not valid for use together with promotions or offers. The promotion codes are strictly unstackable.
- Eligible customers consent to Syfe’s collection and use of customer’s personal data and any disclosures of customer’s personal data by/to third parties for the purpose of this promotion. Eligible customers agree to the terms and conditions of Syfe’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.syfe.com/en-hk/legal/terms-of-use.
