Eligibility
- All newly deposited funds must remain invested throughout the 120-day lock-in period. During this period, any withdrawals or internal fund transfers that cause the portfolio value to fall below the initial deposit amount will result in the immediate termination of the offer.

- Must be a Syfe client
- Must have a valid Syfe account to receive rewards
- Must have at least HKD 10,000 invested across your Syfe portfolios at the time of invitation to be eligible for rewards
- Your Friend (Referee)
- Must be new to Syfe (has never registered or held a Syfe account)
- Must use a valid invitation code at sign-up
- The reward has a lock-in period of 120 days. The minimum net investment amount must be maintained throughout the lock-in period to qualify for the reward.
- The reward will be credited into an eligible portfolio after the lock-in period.
How it Works
- Log in to the Syfe app and go to Menu > Invite friends to copy your invitation code.
- Send it to your friend. They should enter your invitation code when creating their Syfe account.
- Grace period: if your friend did not enter an invitation code at sign-up, they have 14 days from their first investment to apply it. E.g. if your friend made their first investment on 1 June without a code, they can enter your code any time from 1 June to 14 June.
- Once your friend fulfils the criteria, rewards will be credited to your account after lock-in period.
- Your reward will be credited to your first invested portfolio.
- Your friend’s reward will be credited to their most recently funded portfolio.
Frequently Asked Questions
I invited a friend but don’t see any rewards credited to my portfolio
This could be because:
- Your friend has yet to meet the minimum investment. Both you and your friend will receive rewards only after the first funds transfer is invested.
- Your total invested amount across all Syfe portfolios was below HKD 10,000 at the time of invitation.
- Your friend did not use your invitation code. Please note that if your friend applied a different invitation code when creating their account, we will not be able to change it to your invitation code.
I used my friend’s invitation code but did not receive the extra rewards/ coupons
This could be because:
- You entered an invitation code when creating your Syfe account but did not make any fund transfers within 14 days of account creation. E.g. you used an invitation code on 1 June to create your Syfe account but only made your first investment on 30 June.
- You entered an invitation code outside the grace period. If you did not enter an invitation code at sign-up, you have 14 days from the day of your first investment to apply one. E.g. you made your first investment on 1 December without an invitation code. You can enter an invitation code any time from 1 December to 14 December to be eligible for the rewards.
- Your inviter had less than HKD 10,000 invested across Syfe portfolios at the time of invitation. Please contact [email protected] with your inviter’s name and email address to check. Kindly note that Syfe is not responsible for any failure on the part of your inviter to meet the requirements of the programme.

Syfe Refer-a-Friend Programme Terms & Conditions
- To participate in the Syfe Refer-a-Friend Programme, all parties must agree to the terms stated above and herein, which form part of Syfe’s Terms & Conditions.
- Invitation codes should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, unless approved by Syfe. Invitation codes should not be published or distributed on commercial websites (such as coupon websites), forums (such as Reddit), Wikipedia or blogs, unless authorised by Syfe. Clients are prohibited from “spamming” anyone with invitations. This includes mass emailing, texting or messaging people you do not know, or using automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute your invitation code. Clients are prohibited from paying to advertise their invitation code.
- Syfe reserves the right to any remedy, including cancellation of your account or rewards, if fraud, tampering, violations of these terms or Syfe’s Terms & Conditions, or technical errors are suspected.
- Syfe reserves the right to suspend accounts or remove rewards if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of Syfe’s Terms & Conditions. Syfe also has the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify the programme at its sole and absolute discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
- If your friend did not enter an invitation code at sign-up, they have 14 days from their first investment to enter it via “Settings” at the top right of their Syfe dashboard. Requests made after this 14-day grace period will not be accepted.
Other Terms and Conditions
- All promotions and offers by Syfe are subject to a set of terms and conditions.
- Syfe reserves the right to amend terms and conditions, including changing the rewards of the promotion or offer, terminating the offer before the stated validity date, changing the details of the promotion or offer, or making any other changes in order to protect the interests of the company or in circumstances of abuse.
- Invitation codes cannot be used together with other Syfe promotions or offers, and cannot be combined with other invitation codes.
- Eligible customers consent to Syfe’s collection and use of customers’ personal data and any disclosures of customers’ personal data by/to third parties for the purpose of this promotion. Eligible customers agree to the terms and conditions of Syfe’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.syfe.com/en-hk/legal/privacy-policy.
