2024 Year End Promotion

Note:

1. Min. Deposit Amount = The initial lump-sum deposit made by a user into their account within the promotion’s stipulated qualifying period of 30 days upon the promo code application date. Subsequent deposits will not count toward the minimum deposit amount.

2. All portfolios funded with SRS, including Core Equity 100 SRS, Income+ SRS, and Cash+ Flexi SRS, are excluded from the rewards.

3. Note that cash credits rewards are subjected to daily FX fluctuations.

Promotion Period

This promotion runs from 16th December 2024, 09:00 SGT to 31st January 2025, 23:59 SGT.

Eligibility

YEAREND24: Applicable to all Syfe clients, both new and existing users.

FLEXI5: Applicable only to new Syfe clients who have never registered or funded an account with cash and/or srs funds on Syfe before.

How It Works

  1. For New Users:
    • Download the Syfe App and register for an account.
    • Navigate to the homepage and tap the menu icon in the bottom-right corner.
    • Select “Redeem Promo” and apply the promo code FLEXI5 and/or YEAREND24.
    • To enjoy both rewards, new users must apply each code to the relevant portfolio and meet the respective deposit requirements.
  2. For Existing Users:
    • Log in to your Syfe account.
    • Navigate to the homepage and tap the menu icon in the bottom-right corner.
    • Select “Redeem Promo”, apply the promo code YEAREND24 and make the required minimum deposit into Managed Portfolios and/or Brokerage.

Promotion Terms & Conditions

Managed Portfolios:

  • Clients must apply the promo code and deposit a minimum lump sum of S$5,000 in fresh funds into any Managed Portfolios (excluding SRS-funded portfolios) to qualify for the reward.
  • Fee waivers will begin 2–3 working days after the promo code is applied, provided the minimum funding requirement is met. Funds invested before this period will incur management fees.
  • Fee waivers are applicable only to the first S$5,000 deposited. Additional investments beyond this amount will be subject to Syfe’s standard management fees.
  • Fresh funds must remain invested throughout the fee waiver period. If a withdrawal reduces the portfolio balance below S$5,000, the fee waivers will no longer apply.
  • Transfers of funds from Managed Portfolios or Cash Management to Brokerage do not count towards the minimum deposit requirement.

Brokerage:

  • Clients must apply the promo code and deposit a minimum lump sum of S$5,000 in fresh funds to qualify for the reward.
  • Any cash credit reward is non-withdrawable and can only be used for purchasing US securities on the platform.
  • Cash credits are non-transferable to Syfe Managed Portfolios, and fee waivers from Managed Portfolios cannot be applied to Brokerage accounts.
  • Cash credits will be processed within 7 working days after the deposit requirements are met.
  • Take note that cash credits are credited in USD and will be subjected to FX fluctuations.

Cash+ Flexi SGD (For New Users Only):

  • New-to-Syfe clients must apply the promo code, create a new Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio, and make an initial deposit between 16 December 2024, 12:00 SGT, and 31 January 2025, 23:59 SGT to enjoy 5% p.a. for 30 days on their first S$10,000.
  • Multiple deposits are allowed during the promotion period, provided they are invested in the same first Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio. Deposits and withdrawals can be made at any time during the 30-day period, but the 5% p.a. return will be calculated based on the portfolio’s daily balance.
  • This promotion does not apply to Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolios funded with SRS. Clients who fund their first portfolio using SRS will not qualify for the 5% p.a. upsized returns.
  • The additional bonus (i.e. difference between 5% p.a. and Cash+ Flexi SGD projected return) will be credited in lump sum to the same Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio within seven business days after the 30-day promotion period ends.
  • The difference is to be made up by Syfe and will be calculated based on the amount held by a client every day. Daily Bonus = Amount Held * (5% p.a. – Cash+ Flexi SGD’s actual yield on the day) / 365).
  • During the promotion period, Syfe only tops up the difference between 5% p.a. and the actual return rate of Cash+ Flexi for the first S$10,000 for up to 30 days. Any additional funds above S$10,000 will earn the actual returns of Cash+ Flexi. Beyond S$10,000 for the first 30 days, the principal investment and return rate is not guaranteed and not covered by the top-up.
  • If the client withdraws all their funds in their Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio till it becomes S$0, the portfolio will become dormant and a new portfolio will be created by Syfe to credit the additional bonus.
  • While Syfe guarantees the 5% p.a. returns (during the positive returns period only), there is no assurance that we will be able to fulfill our obligations under such a guarantee should an unforeseen event affect the ongoing concern of the company.

General Terms & Conditions

  • These Terms and Conditions, promotions, and rewards are organized by Syfe Pte Ltd (“the Organiser”). By taking part in this promotion, you agree to be bound by these promotion Terms and Conditions, existing terms and conditions in the customer agreement, and the decisions of Syfe Pte. Ltd. concerning and in connection with this promotion.
  • By participating in this promotion, customers consent to Syfe’s collection and use of their personal data and any disclosures of customers’ personal data by/to third parties for the purpose of this promotion.

  • For new-to-Syfe clients, please note that the ability to benefit from the promotion is contingent upon successful account opening and know-your-customer (KYC) process completion with Syfe. Clients must apply the promo code only after the know-your-customer (KYC) process has been completed.
  • Syfe reserves the right to reject this promotion offer if a client were to not meet any of the requirements stated out under Promotion Mechanics.
  • In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
