Monthly payout ranges are computed based on the weighted average of the annualised historical distribution amount or dividend/distribution yield of the constituent funds from the latest three months. The upper and lower bounds of the range are rounded up to the higher 0.5% and down to the lower 0.5% respectively. The dividend amount or dividend yield of the constituent funds is not guaranteed. Past distributions are not necessarily indicative of future trends, which may be lower. A positive monthly payout or distribution yield does not imply a positive return

Estimated Yield to Maturity (YTM) of a bond is the total return that an investor stands to receive if all scheduled payments are made on time and the bond is held until maturity. Estimated YTM of the portfolio is the weighted average of the YTM of the bonds held in the constituent funds in the portfolio. Estimated YTM is reported gross of fees, the deduction of which will reduce the yield. It does not represent the portfolio's return. For instruments such as SSBs, T-Bills and FDs, the yields are fixed at the onset and represent the total return if held to maturity.

FAQs
Who is Syfe?
Syfe is a digital wealth manager licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore under a Capital Markets Services License (License No: CMS100837) for conducting retail fund management activities. We offer fully-managed investment portfolios for everyone, making it easier for all to reach their financial goals.
How does Syfe Income+ work?
Syfe Income+ portfolios are non-discretionary in nature and we have built them in partnership with PIMCO, whose role is to provide insights and non-binding asset allocation guidance to Syfe in the portfolio construction process. Syfe manages and provides these portfolios to you and we take care of all your servicing and advisory needs.
Informed by PIMCO's model portfolio investment approach, Syfe has constructed the Income+ portfolios based on a multi-step process, which includes defining the investment opportunity set and model guardrails and optimising allocations based on key macro themes, opportunities and risks.
Is there a minimum investment amount to get started?
There is a minimum amount of S$5,000 to start investing, to ensure that investors can take full advantage of the portfolios' features such as monthly payout of dividends to their bank account. Investors in Income+ portfolios always receive dividends, but the payout to bank feature can be enabled only if you have a min invested amount or current portfolio value of at least S$5,000.
How is monthly payout handled?
There is a minimum funding threshold of S$5,000 for clients to start investing and also enable payouts for their Income+ portfolios. This is to ensure that the monthly dividend amounts are not too small for us to process. For fundings below S$5,000, the portfolios will default to automatic dividend reinvestments.
Clients will also have an option to switch between monthly payout and auto dividend reinvestments depending on their immediate income needs. For those on payout, the portfolios will accumulate the dividends from the constituent funds on a monthly basis and payout the proceeds to your bank account within the first 10 days of the following month.
Is there any lock-in period for my investments?
There is no lock-in period for any Syfe Wealth portfolios, you can withdraw your funds at any time with no withdrawal fees charged.
How does Syfe Income+ compare with Singapore Savings Bonds or Fixed Deposit?
Income+ invests in a diversified portfolio of fixed income bonds spread across different maturities and credit sectors. While Income+ is not capital guaranteed, the two portfolio options of Preserve and Enhance are classified as low and moderately low risk respectively.
While Fixed Deposits (FDs) are SDIC-insured up to S$75k and Singapore Savings Bonds (SSBs) are fully backed by the Singapore Government, they usually offer lower yields. In comparison, Income+ offers much higher yields than traditional fixed income products and is also much more flexible with no lock-in terms and withdrawal penalties.
