How do I qualify for the Syfe x HeyMax promotion?

To qualify for the HeyMax x Syfe Promotion, simply follow these steps:

  1. Sign up for a Syfe account via HeyMax and complete the Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process.
  2. Apply the promo code “HEYMAX” during the Promotion Period, after completing KYC.
  3. Make a one-time fresh deposit of at least S$5,000 to any of the eligible portfolios listed below and complete the relevant product-specific actions within 30 days of applying the promo code.

Can I combine this promotion with other promotions from Syfe?

Unless otherwise specified, this promotion cannot be combined with other ongoing Syfe promotions.

Funding & Holding Requirements

How long do the funds I deposit have to stay in my account?

Funds must remain in your Syfe account for a minimum of 90 days to be eligible for the rewards.

Withdrawals or transfers made before the 90-day period may result in disqualification from receiving the Max Miles.

Do fresh deposits need to be made in one transaction?

To qualify for each reward tier per category (e.g. Managed Portfolios / Cash+ Flexi or Brokerage), the fresh deposit must be made in a single transaction.

Cumulative or multiple deposits will not be considered when calculating the qualifying deposit amount.

How do I earn up to 25,000 Max Miles?

You can combine both investment options to maximise your rewards:

  • Deposit S$50,000 in Managed Portfolio/Cash+ Flexi = 5,500 Max Miles
  • Deposit S$50,000 in Brokerage + complete 4 US buy trades = 7,500 Max Miles

When can I expect to receive my Max Miles?

Once all requirements are met, your Max Miles will be credited to your HeyMax account within 30 days after the 90-day holding period is completed.

What can I use HeyMax Max Miles for?

Max Miles can be redeemed for flights, hotel stays and everyday rewards such as dining and shopping vouchers.

What if I forgot to apply the promo code?

If you forgot to apply the promo code, you can still do so within 14 days from the date of your first deposit as a grace period. Simply enter the promo code in your Syfe account within this timeframe to ensure your deposits count toward the promotion.


Terms & Conditions

The Syfe x HeyMax Miles Promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by Syfe Pte. Ltd. (“Syfe”). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the terms outlined in your customer agreement, and to accept Syfe’s decisions regarding all matters related to the Promotion.

1. Promotion Period
The period to which individuals can register for the Promotion starts on 6 August 2025 at 12:00 PM SGT and ends on 21 December 2025 at 11:59 PM SGT (the “Promotion Period”).

2. Eligibility
To be eligible for the Promotion, the person must:

  • be a new-to-Syfe client, defined as either:
    (a) an individual who has not yet registered for a Syfe account, or
    (b) an individual who has registered but has not yet funded their account.
  • be a legal resident of Singapore;
  • be the age of 18, or older, at the time of participation; and
  • meet the requirements set out below.

3. Funding Period
The Funding Period begins upon successful application of the promo code and ends thirty (30) calendar days after that at 11:59 PM SGT. Only a single, one-time deposit of at least the qualifying amount will be considered for the Promotion. Cumulative deposits will not be eligible (the “Funding Period”).

4. Qualifying Action
To qualify for the Promotion, eligible clients must:
(i) Register for a Syfe account via HeyMax and complete the know-your-customer (KYC) process.
(ii) Apply the promo code “HEYMAX” during the Promotion Period after KYC completion.
(iii) Complete a one-time fresh deposit and relevant product-specific action(s), as outlined below in the Reward Tiers, during the Funding Period (“Qualifying Funding”).

C. Qualify for Both

Clients may qualify for both categories by meeting the respective criteria separately. For example: Deposit S$10,000 into Managed Portfolio and deposit S$10,000 into Brokerage + complete 1 US buy trade -> 2,500 + 3,500 = 6,000 Max miles.

For the avoidance of doubt, deposits into Cash+ Guaranteed SGD, Cash+ Guaranteed USD portfolios and Private Wealth offerings will not be considered as part of the Qualified Funding amount.

Only fresh deposit(s) successfully received by Syfe by the end of the Funding Period will be considered Qualifying Funding. Transfers between existing Syfe portfolios will not be eligible.

Please note that the ability to benefit from the promotion is contingent upon successful account opening and know-your-customer (KYC) process completion with Syfe. Clients must apply the promo code only after the know-your-customer (KYC) process has been completed. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, unless specified herein.

5. Reward:
The reward (“Reward”) is based on the qualifying one-time fresh deposit(s) amount made into the client’s Syfe account and the corresponding qualifying action completed (if applicable) during the Funding Period. Please refer to the relevant reward structure above for Managed Portfolios / Cash+ Flexi and Brokerage products.

Each qualifying deposit tier corresponds to a fixed number of Max Miles, which will be credited to the client’s HeyMax account after verification.

Requests relating to other specifications of the Reward not referred to above are subject to availability, and Syfe is under no obligation to fulfill such requests. Syfe reserves the right to substitute or modify the Reward if the stated miles or delivery method becomes unavailable, or for any other reason at its sole discretion.

Max Miles will be credited to the client’s HeyMax account and are subject to HeyMax’s own terms and conditions. While the miles themselves can be redeemed or converted within the HeyMax ecosystem, they are not exchangeable for cash, refundable, or transferable to other individuals outside of the HeyMax platform.

Unless specified in the terms of other promotions, this Promotion cannot be combined with other offers or promo codes.

6. Holding Period:
Unless otherwise stated, clients must retain the minimum one-time fresh deposit(s) required to qualify for their respective Reward in their Syfe account for a period of 90 days following the end of the Funding Period. Any withdrawal of funds during this 90-day holding period may result in forfeiture of the Max Miles reward.

If Syfe, at its sole discretion, suspects fraudulent behaviour or attempts to game the system — including, but not limited to, withdrawing during the holding period — Syfe reserves the right to disqualify the client from this Promotion and take appropriate action. This may include denying the issuance of Max Miles and barring participation in future promotions.

7. Reward Distribution:
After the 90-day holding period ends, eligible clients will receive their HeyMax Miles credited to their HeyMax account within 30 business days. Syfe is not responsible for any unclaimed or undelivered HeyMax Miles resulting from a client’s failure to create or access a HeyMax account. 8. Grace Period for Promo Code Application:
Clients who have already funded their account but forgot to apply the promo code may still do so within 14 calendar days from their initial funding date. Any request to apply the promo code beyond the grace period must be submitted to the customer service team at [email protected] and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

9. Currency:
All currencies shown in these terms and conditions are in Singapore dollars.

10. Collection of Information:
By providing your information for this Promotion, clients understand and agree that Syfe will collect and use their personal information for the purposes of administering this Promotion, sending relevant marketing communications, and in accordance with Syfe’s Privacy Policy. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

To fulfil the Reward, Syfe may share relevant client information (such as your name and email address) with HeyMax or its authorised partners. By participating, you consent to this data sharing and acknowledge that the handling of your information by HeyMax will be governed by their own privacy policy.

11. Release:
By participating in the Promotion, client assumes all risk of injury, illness, disease, death, or any other damage which may arise in connection with their participation in the Promotion. Without limiting the foregoing, client hereby:(a) forever releases and discharges Syfe and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related and associated entities and employees, directors, officers, suppliers, agents, sponsors and administrators of each (collectively, the “Releasees”), from and against any and all claims, actions, costs, liabilities, judgments, damages, obligations, losses, penalties, and expenses of any kind or nature whatsoever (including legal fees) (collectively, the “Claims”) in any way arising directly or indirectly out of any injury, loss, or damage that Client may suffer as a result of, or in connection with the participation in the Promotion or any promotion-related activity, including the use of the Reward; and (b) indemnifies, defends and holds harmless the Releasees from and against any and all damages, loss and expenses, including legal fees, which may be suffered directly or indirectly by reason of the Client’s own negligence or willful misconduct during or in connection with the participation in the Promotion.

12. Reservation of Rights:
Syfe reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or restrict the promotion at any time without notice. Syfe is the sole arbiter of these rules and any other issue arising under the promotion. If Syfe suspects fraudulent or abusive behaviour, gaming of the system, inappropriate, offensive, or derogatory language or information, or a violation of these terms, Syfe reserves the right to remove all promotions and take any other action it deems appropriate including, but not limited to, removing the Reward retail value from the client(s) account) or closing the client(s) account.

13. General:
In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity, and other materials relating to or in connection with this promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
