How It Works

1. Download and set up your Syfe account
Download the Syfe App, register for an account, and complete KYC verification.

2. Apply the promo code(s)
Apply the relevant promo code(s) before funding your selected product or portfolio by 31 December 2025.

3. Fund your account
Make a single deposit that meets the minimum funding amount shown in the table above for your selected product.

4. Receive your rewards

  • Managed Portfolio: Fee waivers will be activated within 2–5 business days after your funds are processed and reflected in your account. All waived fees will be reimbursed at the end of the month
  • Brokerage: Free trades will be activated once your funds are processed and reflected in your account.
  • Cash+ Flexi SGD: The bonus returns (the difference between 2.2% p.a. and the projected return) will be credited as a lump sum to your Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio by the end of March 2026.

If you missed the promo code field during sign-up, you have 14 days to enter the code. After 14 days, requests to tag the promo code to your account will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Are there any exclusions?

Yes. Deposits into SRS portfolios, Cash+ Flexi USD, Cash+ Guaranteed, or transfers between accounts do not qualify.

Terms & Conditions

The Syfe 2025 Year End Promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by Syfe Pte. Ltd. (“Syfe”). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the terms outlined in your customer agreement, and to accept Syfe’s decisions regarding all matters related to the Promotion.

1. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on 21st November 2025 and ends on 31 December 2025 at 11:59 PM SGT, or when all promotion rewards (as determined by Syfe) have been fully distributed, whichever is earlier.

2. Eligibility
To qualify for the Promotion, clients must:

  • Be a new-to-Syfe defined as an individual who has never funded their Syfe account before;
  • Be a legal resident of Singapore;
  • Be at least 18 years old at the time of participation; and
  • Meet all other requirements as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

Participation is limited to the first 1,000 instances of applications of promotion codes “MP25”, “BK25”, and/or “CASH25” which meet the eligibility and qualifying criteria, regardless of the number of participating clients. Specifically, this refers to successfully applying the promotion code and meeting the minimum deposit required for the specific product. Once the limit of 1,000 instances is reached, the promotion code will be deactivated and subsequent applications of the promotion code will not be possible.

3. Funding Period

a. Managed Portfolios
The Funding Period begins upon successful application of the promotion code within the Promotion Period and ends 30 days after the promo code application date. All funds must be fully processed into the client’s account within this period.

b. Brokerage
The Funding Period begins upon the successful application of the promotion code within the Promotion Period and ends on 30 June 2026, which is the same expiry date as the free trades. All funds must be fully processed into the client’s account within this period.

c. Cash+ Flexi SGD
Clients must initiate their first deposit by 31 December 2025, 11:59 PM SGT. All subsequent deposits must be made into the same Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio created with the initial deposit.

4. Grace Period
Clients who have funded their account but forgot to apply a promotion code may do so within 14 calendar days from their initial funding date. Any requests to apply the promotion code after the grace period must be submitted to [email protected] and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at Syfe’s sole discretion.

5. Qualifying Action
To participate, eligible clients must:
(i) Have a registered Syfe account and complete the know-your-customer (KYC) process;
(ii) Apply the promotion code “MP25”, “BK25” and/or “CASH25” during the Promotion Period after KYC is completed; and ensure that the code says ‘applied’
(iii) Initiate your first deposit as a single transaction of at least the minimum required amount (as stated in the table below) into the respective portfolio during the Funding Period (“Qualifying Funding”); and
(iv) Complete any applicable holding requirements if applicable.

Exclusions: Deposits into the following portfolios do not count toward the Qualifying Funding:

  • Core Equity100 SRS
  • Income+ Preserve SRS

  • Cash+ Guaranteed

Transfers between Managed Portfolios, Cash Management, and/or Brokerage do not count towards the Qualifying Funding.

Please note that the ability to benefit from the promotion is contingent upon successful account opening and KYC process completion with Syfe. Clients must apply the promo code only after the KYC process has been approved.

6. Promotion Stackability
Clients may redeem rewards under both the “MP25”, “BK25” and “CASH25” promotions only if all eligibility criteria for each respective promotion are fully met. These promotions may not be combined with any other ongoing or active promotions unless expressly stated otherwise by Syfe. Requests to amend, substitute, or retrospectively apply promo codes will not be accepted.

7. Rewards
7.1 Fee Waivers

  • Fee waivers will commence within 2 to 5 working days after the required Qualifying Funding has been processed and reflected in the client’s account, provided all eligibility conditions are satisfied.
  • Fee waivers apply only to the first S$25,000 across combined AUM in Managed Portfolios.
  • Amounts above S$25,000 are charged at standard management fees.
  • Fresh funds must remain invested throughout the waiver period; withdrawals that reduce the balance below S$1 will end the fee waiver.
  • Fee waivers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.

7.2 Free Trades 

  • Free trades are applicable only to US market buy and sell transactions and will expire on 30 June 2026, 11:59 SGT. The promotion code is deemed activated once the qualifying funding has been processed and reflected in the client’s Brokerage account. 
  • The promotion is not stackable with any other free trades offers. For new users, the default three (3) months of free trades will be overwritten once the promo code “BK25” is applied and activated.
  • Free trades refer to waivers of Syfe commission only. Regulatory and miscellaneous fees remain applicable and will be charged. Refer to https://help.syfe.com/hc/en-us/articles/4412181726489-What-are-the-charges-applicable-to-my-Brokerage-orders for information on applicable regulatory and miscellaneous fees.
  • Commission fees will appear on the order summary page at the point of trade execution; however, an equivalent rebate will be credited back to the client’s cash funds within the same day.
  • Unused free trades are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.

7.3 Bonus Returns

  • Eligible clients will earn 2.2% p.a. for 60 days on the first S$25,000 invested into a Cash+ Flexi SGD cash-funded portfolio.
  • Where the Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio’s projected return is higher than 2.2% p.a. at any time during the 60-day period, no bonus return will be given.
  • Please note the promotion only applies to the client’s first funded Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio. Any funds invested into other portfolios and/or other Cash Management solutions such as Cash+ Flexi USD or Cash+ Guaranteed SGD/USD will not benefit from the bonus returns.
  • Syfe accepts multiple deposits throughout the promotion period as long as the funds are invested in the same first Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio. Clients can deposit and withdraw anytime during the 60-day period. 
  • The additional bonus (i.e., the difference between the 2.2% p.a. rate and the Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio’s projected return) will be credited as a lump sum to the same Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio, estimated to be completed by the end of March 2026.
  • During the promotion period, Syfe only tops up the difference between 2.2% p.a. and the actual return rate of Cash+ Flexi SGD for the first S$25,000 for up to 60 days. Any additional funds above S$25,000 will earn the actual returns of Cash+ Flexi SGD. Beyond S$25,000 for the first 60 days, the principal investment and return rate is not guaranteed and not covered by the top-up.
  • To ensure the cashback is processed efficiently and credited accurately and on time, we recommend that clients keep their Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio active by maintaining a minimum balance of at least S$0.10 until the cashback has been credited. Once the cashback has been successfully credited, clients may choose to withdraw their funds at any time.
  • If there is no active Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio at the time of crediting, a new Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio will be automatically created for the deposit; however, this may result in delays.

8. Distribution of Rewards
Rewards will be credited according to the timelines specified in the Rewards section (e.g., bonus returns, fee waivers, cash credits). The reward distribution timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual crediting may vary depending on processing and verification requirements. Any delays in crediting will not affect eligibility.

Clients must ensure they are subscribed to Syfe communications to receive notification emails. Clients who have unsubscribed may not receive updates regarding their participation, although Syfe will use reasonable efforts to contact them via alternative methods. Delivery of notifications via alternative methods cannot be guaranteed.

9. Holding Period
The holding period requirements differ depending on the product or portfolio type:

  • Managed Portfolios: Clients must maintain their Qualifying Funding throughout the entire fee waiver period of six (6) months. Any withdrawal or reduction of the balance below the minimum required amount during this period will result in suspension of the fee waiver, and any fees previously waived may be clawed back.
  • Cash Management (Cash+ Flexi SGD): There is no mandatory holding period for Cash+ Flexi SGD. Clients are, however, recommended to maintain an active portfolio with a minimum balance of S$0.10 until any bonus returns have been credited to ensure smooth processing.
  • Brokerage: There is no mandatory holding period for Brokerage accounts.

Clients must maintain their Qualifying Funding as specified above to receive the full rewards. Syfe reserves the right to disqualify clients or adjust rewards in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, including attempts to game the system through withdrawal and re-deposit of funds.

10. Currency
All monetary values stated are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

11. Collection of Information
By providing your information for this Promotion, clients understand and agree that Syfe will collect and use their personal information for the purpose of this Promotion, other marketing communications, as well as in accordance with Syfe’s Privacy Policy, available here. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Should you choose to opt out, you may not receive updates regarding your participation in this promotion (see clause 8 above). 12. Release
By participating in the Promotion, the client agrees that Syfe shall not be liable for any loss or damage which may arise in connection with their participation in the Promotion. Without limiting the foregoing, client hereby:(a) forever releases and discharges Syfe and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related and associated entities and employees, directors, officers, suppliers, agents, sponsors and administrators of each (collectively, the “Releasees”), from and against any and all claims, actions, costs, liabilities, judgments, damages, obligations, losses, penalties, and expenses of any kind or nature whatsoever (including legal fees) (collectively, the “Claims”) in any way arising directly or indirectly out of any loss or damage that Client may suffer as a result of, or in connection with the participation in the Promotion or any promotion-related activity, including the use of the Reward; and (b) indemnifies, defends and holds harmless the Releasees from and against any and all damages, loss and expenses, including legal fees, which may be suffered directly or indirectly by reason of the Client’s own negligence or willful misconduct during or in connection with the participation in the Promotion.

13. Reservation of Rights:
Syfe reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or restrict the promotion at any time without notice. Syfe is the sole arbiter of these rules and any other issue arising under the promotion. If Syfe suspects fraudulent or abusive behaviour, gaming of the system, inappropriate, offensive, or derogatory language or information, or a violation of these terms, Syfe reserves the right to remove all promotions and take any other action it deems appropriate including, but not limited to, removing the Reward retail value from the client(s) account) or closing the client(s) account.

14. General
In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity, and other materials relating to or in connection with this promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions shall be referred to and finally resolved by the Courts of Singapore and both the client and Syfe hereby unconditionally and irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Singapore law.
