3. What is the Holding Period?
The Holding Period runs from 1 April 2026, 00:00 SGT to 29 June 2026, 23:59 SGT. Maintaining your funds during this period is essential to remain eligible for rewards and the Lucky Draw.
4. Who is eligible to participate?
The campaign is open to legal residents of Singapore who:
- Are at least 18 years old.
- Have a successfully opened and active Syfe account.
- Have a valid Singapore bank account linked.
- Are not employees (or immediate family of employees) of Syfe or its affiliates.
5. What is the difference between a New User and an Existing User?
New User: An individual or corporate entity that has not previously made any successful funding transaction and/or carried out any successful funding action into any Syfe account or product at any time prior to 13 February 2026, regardless of whether such individual or entity has opened a Syfe account or completed identity verification (KYC), as determined by Syfe’s records.
Existing User: Any eligible individual or corporate entity that holds an active Syfe account and is not a New User.
6. How do I participate?
Participation is not automatic. You must:
- Activate the campaign in the Syfe app using promo code GOLD88.
- Fund at least one Eligible Product with Fresh Funds of at least S$3,888 during the Campaign Period.
- Maintain an average Per Day Qualifying Funding of at least S$3,888 throughout the Holding Period.
7. Which products are “Eligible Products”?
- Syfe Managed Portfolios (Invest)

Strict Exclusions: Equity Alpha portfolio, Cash+ Flexi, Cash+ Guaranteed, and all SRS portfolios. Funding into these products does not qualify.
8. What is “Qualifying Funding” and “Fresh Funds”?
Qualifying Funding: Each count of S$3,888 of Fresh Funds credited into one (1) Eligible Product during the Campaign Period and maintained throughout the Holding Period.
Fresh Funds: Funds originating from outside the Syfe platform. Internal transfers, re-allocations or transfers between Syfe accounts/products/portfolios, and/or funds originating from any prior withdrawal from Syfe, and any reversed, rejected or chargeback transactions, do not qualify.which a qualifying funding is made.
9. Can I combine funds across different products?
No. Funding actions made across different Eligible Products (e.g., S$2,000 in Brokerage and S$2,000 in Managed Portfolios) cannot be aggregated to meet the S$3,888 minimum or to increase entries. However, different portfolios within Managed Portfolios (excluding SRS/Equity Alpha) can be aggregated.
10. What Guaranteed Rewards can New Users receive?

12. Can I get both Guaranteed Rewards?
Yes. If you are a New User and achieve Qualifying Funding in both Managed Portfolios and Brokerage separately, you can receive both rewards.
13. How are Lucky Draw entries calculated?
Lucky Draw entries are calculated independently for each Eligible Product using the following formula:
- Cap: This count is capped at your Initial Funding Amount (your Fresh Funds balance as of 31 March 2026).
- New Users: 2 entries per count (rounded down).
- Existing Users: 1 entry per count (rounded down).

15. What is the Grand Prize?
One winner will be drawn and may choose one of the following:
- 200 grams of physical gold (minimum 99.5% purity). Syfe determines the form (bar/coin), mint, and packaging.

16. Is the gold prize real?
Yes. The gold prize is real, physical gold that meets industry purity standards.
17. What form will the gold take?
The exact form (e.g. bar or coin), mint/brand, certification, and packaging will be determined by Syfe in its sole discretion.
18. Will the gold come with certification?
Yes. The gold will be accompanied by appropriate documentation or certification confirming its purity and authenticity.
19. Can I sell or trade the gold?
Yes. Once delivered, the gold belongs to you. However, Syfe does not facilitate the resale of the gold.
20. Can I choose cash instead of gold?
Yes. The winner may choose either gold or the cash prize. Once selected and communicated to Syfe, the choice cannot be changed.
21. When will the Lucky Draw be conducted?
The Lucky Draw will take place in July 2026, upon the conclusion of the Holding Period. Syfe will publish the exact draw date, time, and method via the Syfe app and/or website.
22. How will the winner be selected and notified?
- Selection: The winner will be selected through a manual draw process (e.g., physical draw wheel or equivalent randomisation) overseen by an independent scrutineer/auditor appointed by Syfe.
- Notification: Syfe will notify the winner via the registered email and/or phone number within seven (7) days after the draw.
- Unclaimed Prize: If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Syfe may select an alternative winner through the same draw process.
23. When will I know my Lucky Draw entry count?
- Provisional Eligibility: You will be notified within 10 Business Days after 31 March 2026.
Final Confirmation: Final verification and confirmation of your Lucky Draw entry count and entry numbers (if applicable) will be communicated within 10 Business Days after 29 June 2026.
24. Do I need to pay taxes or fees on the prize?
Any taxes, duties, insurance, or other charges arising from the receipt, ownership, or use of the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
25. What could void my eligibility?
Syfe may void your eligibility if you:
- Perform withdrawals or transfers that cause the failure to maintain the amount for each Qualifying Funding in an Eligible Product.
- Have reversed, rejected, or chargeback transactions involving the Qualifying Funding.
- Attempt to circumvent rules using multiple identities.
- Breach Syfe’s standard client agreement or the campaign T&Cs.
26. Is this campaign legitimate and regulated?
Syfe Pte. Ltd. is licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). Please note that this advertisement and campaign have not been reviewed by the MAS.
27. Can Syfe change or cancel the campaign?
Yes. Syfe reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign at its sole discretion, subject to applicable laws. Any changes will be communicated via official Syfe channels.
28. Privacy & Publicity
By participating and accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Syfe may use their name, likeness, and image for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation. Personal data will be handled in accordance with Syfe’s Privacy Policy.

Terms & Conditions
The Syfe “Golden Giveaway” Promotion is organised by Syfe Pte. Ltd. (“Syfe”). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the terms of your customer agreement with Syfe, and Syfe’s decisions regarding all matters relating to the Promotion, which shall be final and binding.
Capitalised terms used in these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) shall, unless the context otherwise requires, have the meanings given in the Schedule (Definitions).
1. Campaign Overview and Period
1.1 The Campaign is organised by Syfe Pte. Ltd. (the “Organiser”).
1.2 The Campaign is valid during the Campaign Period stated above. Syfe may, at its sole discretion, amend, suspend, shorten or extend the Campaign and/or Campaign Period, or vary these T&Cs, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
1.3 Any changes will be communicated via the Syfe app and/or Syfe website. Continued participation after such communication constitutes acceptance of the updated T&Cs.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Campaign is open to New Users and Existing Users who are legal residents of Singapore at the time of participation, and who satisfy all of the following:
- are at least 18 years old;
- have successfully opened and maintained an active Syfe account (including completion of any required identity verification and onboarding steps);
- have a valid Singapore bank account linked to their Syfe account for funding and/or withdrawals; and
- are not employees of Syfe or Syfe’s related corporations or affiliates, or immediate family members of such employees.
2.2 Syfe may disqualify any person who is ineligible, who does not satisfy these T&Cs, or who Syfe reasonably believes has acted in bad faith, manipulated funding actions and/or Qualifying Funding, abused the Campaign, or engaged in fraudulent or unlawful conduct.
3. How to Participate
3.1 To participate, an eligible user must, during the Campaign Period:
(a) activate the Campaign in the Syfe app by entering promo code “GOLD88”; and
(b) fund at least one (1) Eligible Product with Fresh Funds of at least S$3,888 and maintain average Per Day Qualifying Funding of at least S$3,888 for the same Eligible Product throughout the Holding Period.
3.2 Each user may carry out one or more funding actions during the Campaign Period. Multiple funding actions into the same Eligible Product will be counted cumulatively within that same Eligible Product for purposes of determining Lucky Draw entries (subject to these T&Cs).
For the avoidance of doubt, funding actions made across different Eligible Products cannot be aggregated or combined to meet the S$3,888 minimum amount and/or to increase Lucky Draw entries.
3.3 Provisional Eligibility Notification: Syfe will notify participants who have satisfied the Campaign Period requirements (including activation of the promo code and completion of at least one (1) Qualifying Funding during the Campaign Period) of their provisional eligibility within ten (10) Business Days after the Campaign Period has ended (i.e. after 31 March 2026), via email/eDMs and/or WhatsApp to the contact details registered with Syfe. This notification is subject to the participant subsequently meeting the Holding Period requirements and does not constitute final confirmation of eligibility for any reward and/or prize.
3.4 Final Verification & Lucky Draw Entry Confirmation: Final eligibility verification and confirmation of the number of Lucky Draw entries allocated, including the corresponding Lucky Draw entry number(s) (where applicable), will be communicated within ten (10) Business Days after the Holding Period ends (i.e. after 29 June 2026), via email/eDMs and/or WhatsApp to the contact details registered with Syfe. Such communication constitutes confirmation of the participant’s final Lucky Draw entry allocation, subject to Syfe’s records being final and conclusive.
3.5 Participants should ensure that (a) their registered email address and contact details are accurate and accessible, and (b) they do not unsubscribe from Syfe communications during the Campaign Period and until Syfe has completed all Campaign communications and reward/prize fulfilment (which may take place after the Holding Period), as unsubscribing may prevent receipt of eligibility notifications and/or fulfilment-related communications. Syfe is not responsible for non-receipt of communications due to unsubscribing, spam/junk filters, blocked addresses, or incorrect/incomplete contact details.
3.6 Syfe’s records are final and conclusive for all Campaign-related determinations (including eligibility, funding transactions, Lucky Draw entries, reward fulfilment and timelines).
4. Rewards Overview
There are two (2) types of rewards under this Campaign: (a) Guaranteed Rewards (New Users only), and (b) Lucky Draw entries (New Users and Existing Users).
5. Guaranteed Rewards (New Users Only)
5.1 Upon a New User first achieving at least one Qualifying Funding in an Eligible Product (after successful activation of the promo code in accordance with Clause 3.1), the New User will receive one (1) Guaranteed Reward based on the Eligible Product as set out below.
For the avoidance of doubt, eligibility for Guaranteed Rewards is determined by reference to the participant’s Qualifying Funding per Eligible Product. Additional funding actions after the Campaign Period (including during the Holding Period) will not increase eligibility for any Guaranteed Reward.

5.2 Guaranteed Rewards are: (a) awarded once per eligible New User; (b) non-transferable; (c) not exchangeable for cash; and (d) not valid in conjunction with any other Syfe promotion, referral programme, welcome offer, fee discount, rebate arrangement or ongoing promotional benefit, unless Syfe expressly states otherwise.
5.3 Managed Portfolios fee waiver: Upon the participant’s successful completion of the Holding Period and verification of at least one Qualifying Funding in the relevant Managed Portfolio, Syfe shall apply a management fee waiver on the first S$3,888 of invested assets. This waiver shall be effective for eight (8) consecutive calendar months, commencing upon completion of the Holding Period following final verification
5.4 Brokerage free US trades: “Free US trades” refers to a waiver or rebate of Syfe’s commission for eligible buy and sell orders of US-listed securities placed via Syfe Brokerage, for three (3) consecutive months, starting from the participant’s sign-up date (or, where applicable, the date the participant’s Syfe Brokerage account is successfully opened, as determined by Syfe’s records). Regulatory, exchange, clearing, pass-through, miscellaneous and/or third-party fees (and any FX-related costs) will still apply, where applicable, and remain payable by the user.
5.5 Timing of Guaranteed Rewards: For the avoidance of doubt, the Brokerage free US trades benefit commences in accordance with Clause 5.4 (i.e. from the participant’s sign-up date (or, where applicable, the date the participant’s Syfe Brokerage account is successfully opened)) and is not dependent on completion of the Holding Period. In contrast, the Managed Portfolios fee waiver will only be applied and commence after the participant has successfully completed the Holding Period requirements, as determined by Syfe’s records.
5.6 Syfe will use reasonable efforts to apply the applicable Guaranteed Reward in accordance with Clauses 5.3 to 5.5, provided the participant remains eligible. Syfe does not guarantee any specific application timeline.
6. Lucky Draw – Grand Prize (All Users)
6.1 Eligibility: All eligible users (New and Existing) who fulfill the requirements at clause 3.1 above shall be entitled to Lucky Draw entries.
6.2 Entry Calculation Logic: Lucky Draw entries are calculated independently for each Eligible Product. For the avoidance of doubt, funding actions made across different Eligible Products shall not be aggregated, combined, or transferred to satisfy the S$3,888 minimum threshold or to increase Lucky Draw entries. Different portfolios under Syfe Managed Portfolios shall be considered as the same Eligible Product and funding into such different portfolios may be aggregated.
For the avoidance of doubt, Equity Alpha portfolio, Cash+ Flexi, Cash+ Guaranteed and all SRS portfolios are excluded. Funding into non-eligible products does not qualify.

Market Movements: Fluctuations in market value (gains/losses) do not impact the calculation of Qualifying Funding and number of Lucky Draw entries.
6.3 Grand Prize (one winner): The winner may choose either:
- Physical gold of 200 grams with minimum purity of 99.5% (exact form, mint/brand and packaging determined by Syfe); OR
- Cash of S$38,888 credited into the winner’s Syfe Cash+ Flexi SGD account. If the winner does not have a Cash+ Flexi account, one may be created for the winner, subject to the winner meeting applicable onboarding/KYC requirements and agreeing to the relevant product terms.
6.4 Prize value, logistics, and fulfilment method will be determined by Syfe in its sole discretion, subject to applicable laws. The Grand Prize is non-transferable and is not exchangeable or substitutable, except as expressly provided in Clause 6.5. Where the winner elects the cash option in accordance with Clause 6.5, the cash credits will be credited into the winner’s Cash+ Flexi SGD account (or such other Syfe account as Syfe may determine), and will thereafter be treated as account funds subject to Syfe’s prevailing account terms and processes (including any applicable withdrawal processes).
6.5 Winning is by chance. Lucky Draw entries do not guarantee winning.
7. Disqualification, Recalculation and Clawback
7.1 Voiding of Eligibility: The following actions or events shall, at Syfe’s sole discretion, void a participant’s eligibility and may result in the forfeiture of any rewards or entries:
(a) Any withdrawal, transfer-out, transfer, switch, reallocation, or account closure that causes the participant’s failure to maintain the amount for each Qualifying Funding in an Eligible Product;
(b) Any reversal, rejected transaction, or chargeback transaction involving the Qualifying Funding;
(c) Any attempt to create multiple accounts, use multiple identities, or otherwise circumvent these T&Cs;
(d) Any breach of these T&Cs or Syfe’s prevailing client/customer agreement; and/or
(e) Any conduct which Syfe reasonably determines to be fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, manipulative, or carried out in bad faith in connection with the Campaign.
7.2 Syfe’s Right to Recalculate and Claw Back: Where Syfe determines that a participant has failed to satisfy any requirement of these T&Cs at any time, Syfe shall, at its sole discretion:
(a) Recalculate the participant’s eligibility and/or the number of Lucky Draw entries;
(b) Disqualify the participant from any Guaranteed Reward and/or the Lucky Draw;
(c) Withhold, revoke, reverse, cancel and/or claw back any benefit already applied; and/or
(d) Recover the value of any benefit granted, where permitted by applicable laws and regulations, including by set-off against amounts held in any of the participant’s Syfe account(s).
7.3 Finality of Records: Syfe’s system records and determinations shall be final and conclusive for all purposes of this Campaign, including but not limited to the determination of the Campaign Period, Qualifying Funding, and the calculation and allocation of Lucky Draw entries.
8. Lucky Draw Details
8.1 The Lucky Draw will be conducted in July 2026 upon the conclusion of the Holding Period. Syfe will publish the draw date, time and method via the Syfe app and/or Syfe website prior to the draw.
8.2 Winner selection: Winners will be selected through a manual draw process (e.g., physical draw wheel or an equivalent randomisation method) overseen by an independent scrutineer/auditor appointed by Syfe. Syfe’s records and the scrutineer/auditor’s verification (where applicable) shall be final and conclusive.
8.3 Notification: Syfe will use reasonable efforts to notify the winner via the email address and/or phone number registered with Syfe within seven (7) days after the draw. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure their contact details are accurate and up to date.
8.4 Unreachable/Unclaimed prize: If the winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days from the first notification attempt, or fails to accept and/or claim the prize within the timeframe specified by Syfe, Syfe may select an alternative winner through the same draw process (including oversight by the independent scrutineer/auditor) and/or deal with the unclaimed prize in a manner Syfe deems appropriate, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
8.5 The gold prize may fluctuate in market value. Any taxes, duties, insurance (if any), or other charges arising from receipt, ownership, or use of the Grand Prize are the responsibility of the winner.
8.6 Syfe will maintain records relating to the Lucky Draw and prize distribution in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
9. Media & Publicity
9.1 By participating in the Campaign, the winner(s) agree that Syfe may use their name, likeness, image, voice and/or statements in connection with the Campaign (including for marketing, advertising, social media and other promotional purposes) without additional compensation, to the extent permitted by law.
9.2 The winner(s) may be asked, and they agree by accepting the prize, to participate in publicity activities, such as photographs or recordings for prize fulfilment or announcement purposes.
10. General Terms
- Syfe reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Campaign at its sole discretion, subject to applicable laws.
- Syfe may verify eligibility and may require supporting documentation.
- Syfe’s decisions in relation to the Campaign (including eligibility, entries, rewards and fulfilment) are final and binding.
- These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Singapore.
11. Privacy
11.1 Personal data collected for this Campaign will be used to administer the Campaign, provide rewards, conduct the Lucky Draw and contact winners, in accordance with Syfe’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Schedule (Definitions)
Schedule 1 – Definitions
“Business Day” means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in Singapore.
“Campaign” means the Syfe “Golden Giveaway” campaign described in these T&Cs.
“Campaign Period” means 13 February 2026, 00:00 hours (SGT) to 31 March 2026, 23:59 hours (SGT), both dates inclusive, unless Syfe determines otherwise in accordance with these T&Cs. Syfe’s system records and system time are conclusive for determining the Campaign Period and whether any action is taken within the Campaign Period.
“eDM” means an electronic direct mail or other electronic marketing message sent by Syfe to a user’s registered email address and/or via the Syfe app (as applicable).
“Eligible Products” means (a) Syfe Managed Portfolios (Invest), and (b) Syfe Brokerage (Trade), in each case as made available by Syfe to eligible clients on the Syfe app (as determined by Syfe in its sole discretion). For the avoidance of doubt, Eligible Products do not include Equity Alpha managed portfolio, SRS portfolios, Cash+ Flexi and Cash+ Guaranteed portfolios.
“Existing User” means any eligible individual or corporate entity that holds an active Syfe account and is not a New User.
“Fresh Funds” means funds originating from outside the Syfe platform. Internal transfers, re-allocations or transfers between Syfe accounts/products/portfolios, and/or funds originating from any prior withdrawal from Syfe, and any reversed, rejected or chargeback transactions, do not constitute Fresh Funds.
“Holding Period” means 1 April 2026, 00:00 hours (SGT) to 29 June 2026, 23:59 hours (SGT), both dates inclusive.
“Initial Funding Amount” means the amount of Fresh Funds in the relevant Eligible Product as at end of Campaign Period.
“New User” means an individual or corporate entity that has not previously made any successful funding transaction and/or carried out any successful funding action into any Syfe account or product at any time prior to the start of the Campaign Period, regardless of whether such individual or entity has opened a Syfe account or completed identity verification (KYC), as determined by Syfe’s records.
“Per Day Qualifying Funding” means Fresh Funds credited into one (1) Eligible Product during the Campaign Period after promo code activation on each given day of the Holding Period. For avoidance of doubt, Qualifying Funding is not cumulative across different products and cannot be aggregated. Internal transfers and reversed/rejected transactions are strictly excluded.
“Qualifying Funding” means each count of S$3,888 of Fresh Funds credited into one (1) Eligible Product during the Campaign Period and maintained throughout the Holding Period.
“Syfe” means Syfe Pte. Ltd.
