Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period

The Syfe New User Offer (the “Promotion”) is valid from 23 Feb 2026, 00:00 Singapore Time (SGT) to 20 April 2026, 23:59 SGT (the “Promotion Period”), both dates inclusive. Syfe Pte. Ltd. (“Syfe”) reserves the right to amend the Promotion Period, extend, suspend, terminate and/or cancel the Promotion (in whole or in part) at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”):

  • “Eligible Products” means the Syfe product categories included in this Promotion, namely (i) Managed Portfolios, (ii) Brokerage, and (iii) Cash Management.
  • “Fresh Funds” means monies not previously held in any Syfe account and newly funded during the Promotion Period, excluding internal transfers, re-deposited withdrawals, or any amounts Syfe determines are not incremental.
  • “New User” means an individual who has not previously opened and/or funded any Syfe account prior to the Promotion Period and has not previously received a Syfe new-user promotion, as determined by Syfe.
  • “Qualifying Funding” means Fresh Funds funded into an Eligible Product within the Qualifying Funding Window that meet the applicable funding tier set out in Clause 4.
  • “Qualifying Funding Window” means fifteen (15) calendar days from successful completion of account registration (including KYC).
  • “Holding Period” means the thirty (30) calendar day period described in Clause 8.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to New Users who:

  • are at least 18 years old;
  • are legal residents of Singapore;
  • have successfully opened and maintained an active Syfe account (including completion of onboarding and identity verification);
  • have a valid Singapore bank account linked to their Syfe account; and

Syfe may disqualify any person who fails to meet these requirements or who Syfe reasonably believes has acted in bad faith or abused the Promotion.

4. Qualifying Actions

4.1 To qualify for a Reward, a participant must, within the Qualifying Funding Window, fund Fresh Funds into one or more Eligible Products such that the net funding meets one of the funding tiers set out in Clause 4.2.

4.2 The funding tiers (per Eligible Product category) are: S$2,000; S$5,000; S$10,000; and S$50,000.

4.3 Each Eligible Product category is assessed independently. Funding across different product categories cannot be aggregated for the purpose of meeting a funding tier. Participants may qualify for multiple rewards across product categories if they satisfy the eligibility criteria and qualifying actions for each category independently. 

5. Rewards Structure

Subject to full compliance with these T&Cs, eligible participants will be entitled to the following rewards (each, a “Reward”) based on the Eligible Product funded and the Qualifying Funding tier achieved.

5.1 Reward(s) are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash unless expressly stated otherwise in these T&Cs. Syfe may substitute any Reward with an item of similar value, where necessary, at its sole discretion.

5.2 Reward(s) are subject to Clause 6 (Reward Mechanics and Fulfilment) and Clause 8 (Holding Period).

6. Reward Mechanics and Fulfilment

6.1 Rewards are granted once per Eligible Product for each New User and are non-transferable and not valid in conjunction with any other Syfe promotion unless expressly stated otherwise.

6.2 Managed Portfolios / Cash Management Fee Waiver: The applicable fee waiver shall be applied in accordance with the tier achieved under Clause 5 and subject to successful completion of the Holding Period under Clause 8. The fee waiver applies only to Syfe’s management or product fees and excludes third-party fees, transaction costs, taxes, or other charges. The fee waiver for Managed Portfolios and for Cash Management will each be capped at the first S$50,000 of eligible funding made under this Promotion. It will apply for the corresponding number of consecutive calendar month(s) for the relevant tier, starting after the Holding Period has been completed and Syfe has completed its final verification.

6.3 Brokerage free US trades: The free US trades benefit shall commence from the participant’s sign-up date (or the date the Brokerage account is successfully opened, as determined by Syfe’s records) and is not dependent on completion of the Holding Period. Regulatory, exchange, clearing, FX-related and other third-party fees remain payable.

6.4 Cash Credits (Brokerage): Cash credits under Clause 5 will only be credited upon successful completion of the Holding Period under Clause 8 and verification of eligibility by Syfe. Cash credits will be credited into the participant’s eligible Syfe account within fifteen (15) business days following completion of the Holding Period.

6.5 Syfe will use reasonable efforts to apply Rewards in accordance with this Clause 6 but does not guarantee any specific processing timeline beyond what is expressly stated.

7. Lucky Draw – Apple AirPods

7.1 New Users who satisfy the Qualifying Funding and Holding Period requirements will receive one (1) Lucky Draw entry to win one (1) pair of Apple AirPods (the “Lucky Draw”). Entries are awarded once per client and are not transferable.

7.2 Following the end of the Promotion Period and after verification that eligible participants have successfully completed the Holding Period and satisfied all applicable criteria, Syfe will conduct the Lucky Draw on or around early June 2026 via a livestream, where a winner will be selected at random using an electronic random generator process. Syfe’s records and determination of eligibility and the draw results shall be final and binding.

7.3 Winner(s) will be notified via the email address and/or WhatsApp number registered with Syfe within ten (10) business days after completion of the verification process (or such other timeframe as Syfe may reasonably determine).

7.4 If a winner does not respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification, Syfe reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same random selection process.

7.5 The Lucky Draw prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Syfe makes no warranty as to the quality, merchantability or fitness for purpose of the prize.

8. Holding Period

8.1 A thirty (30) day Holding Period applies from the date the Qualifying Funding is met and reflected in the relevant Eligible Product. During the Holding Period, participants must maintain at least the qualifying net funding amount for the relevant tier. Any withdrawal, transfer, redemption, or other reduction that results in the net funding falling below the qualifying tier amount during the Holding Period may result in forfeiture, withholding, revocation and/or clawback of the Reward and/or disqualification from the Lucky Draw.

For the avoidance of doubt, market movements that change portfolio value will not, on their own, affect eligibility provided that the participant does not withdraw or transfer funds such that the net funding falls below the qualifying amount as assessed by Syfe.

9. Currency

All monetary values stated in these T&Cs are denominated in Singapore Dollars (SGD), unless expressly stated otherwise.

10. Collection of Information

By providing information for and/or participating in this Promotion, clients understand and agree that Syfe will collect, use, disclose and otherwise process their personal information for the purposes of administering this Promotion, communicating with clients in relation to their participation, and for other marketing communications, as well as in accordance with Syfe’s Privacy Policy (as may be updated from time to time). Clients may opt out of marketing communications at any time; however, if a client opts out, the client may not receive updates regarding their participation in this Promotion (including fulfillment notifications). 11. Release

By participating in the Promotion, the client agrees that Syfe shall not be liable for any loss or damage which may arise in connection with their participation in the Promotion, including (without limitation) any technical issues, system outages, funding failures, delays, or any act or omission of any third party.

Without limiting the foregoing, the client hereby: (a) forever releases and discharges Syfe and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related and associated entities and their respective employees, directors, officers, suppliers, agents, sponsors and administrators (collectively, the “Releasees”) from and against any and all claims, actions, costs, liabilities, judgments, damages, obligations, losses, penalties and expenses of any kind or nature whatsoever (including legal fees) (collectively, the “Claims”) in any way arising directly or indirectly out of any loss or damage that the client may suffer as a result of, or in connection with, participation in the Promotion or any promotion-related activity, including the use of any Reward; and (b) indemnifies, defends and holds harmless the Releasees from and against any and all damages, losses and expenses (including legal fees) which may be suffered directly or indirectly by reason of the client’s own negligence or wilful misconduct during or in connection with participation in the Promotion.

12. Reservation of Rights

Syfe reserves the right to amend, withdraw, restrict, suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time without notice, and Syfe is the sole arbiter of these rules and any other issue arising under the Promotion. If Syfe suspects fraudulent or abusive behaviour, gaming of the system, inappropriate, offensive or derogatory language or information, or a violation of these T&Cs, Syfe reserves the right to remove all promotional benefits and take any other action it deems appropriate including, but not limited to, removing the Reward retail value from the client’s account (where applicable) and/or closing the client’s account.

13. General

In the event of any inconsistency between these T&Cs and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Promotion, these T&Cs shall prevail.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Promotion and/or these T&Cs shall be referred to and finally resolved by the Courts of Singapore, and both the client and Syfe hereby unconditionally and irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore. These T&Cs shall be governed by Singapore law.

These T&Cs are to be read in conjunction with Syfe’s prevailing account terms, product terms, promotional terms and any other applicable terms and conditions available on Syfe’s website and/or in the Syfe application. Participants remain bound by those terms at all times.
