How It Works

1. Download and set up your Syfe account
Download the Syfe App, register for an account, and complete KYC verification.

2. Apply the promo code(s)
Apply the relevant promo code(s) before funding your selected product or portfolio by 31 May 2026.

3. Fund your account
Make a single lump-sum deposit that meets the minimum funding amount shown in the tables above for your selected product.

4. Receive your rewards

• Managed Portfolio: Fee waivers will be activated within 30 business days after you have successfully completed the 30-day holding period requirement, as determined by Syfe’s records.
• Brokerage: The Brokerage free US trades benefit commences from your sign-up date (or, where applicable, the date your Brokerage account is successfully opened) and is not dependent on completion of the 30-day holding period. In contrast, the Brokerage cash credits will only be applied and commence within 30 business days after you have successfully completed the 30-day holding period requirement, as determined by Syfe’s records.
• Cash+ Flexi SGD: The bonus returns (the difference between the 3.0% / 3.6% / 4.0.% and the projected return) will be credited as a lump sum to your Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio within 30 business days after you have successfully completed the 30-day holding period requirement, as determined by Syfe’s records.

Terms & Conditions

The Syfe Summer Supercharge Promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by Syfe Pte. Ltd. (“Syfe”). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the terms outlined in your customer agreement, and to accept Syfe’s decisions regarding all matters related to the Promotion.

1. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on 1 May 2026 and ends on 31 May 2026 at 11:59 PM SGT, or when all promotion rewards (as determined by Syfe) have been fully distributed, whichever is earlier.

2. Eligibility
To qualify for the Promotion, clients must:

• Be a new-to-Syfe defined as an individual who has never funded their Syfe account before;
• Be a legal resident of Singapore;
• Be at least 18 years old at the time of participation; and
• Meet all other requirements as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

Participation is limited to the first 1,000 instances of applications of promotion codes “SYFEMP”, “SYFEBK”, and/or “SYFECM” which meet the eligibility and qualifying criteria, regardless of the number of participating clients. Specifically, this refers to successfully applying the promotion code and meeting the minimum deposit required for the specific product. Once the limit of 1,000 instances is reached, the promotion code will be deactivated and subsequent applications of the promotion code will not be possible. Syfe reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether the cap has been reached and whether any application qualifies as one of the first 1,000 instances.

3. Funding Period
The Funding Period begins upon successful application of the promotion code (“SYFEMP”, “SYFEBK”, and/or “SYFECM”) within the Promotion Period and ends seven (7) days after the initial promotion code application date. All funds must be fully processed into the client’s account within this period.

4. Grace Period
Clients who have funded their account but forgot to apply a promotion code may do so within 14 calendar days from their initial funding date. Any requests to apply the promotion code after the grace period must be submitted to [email protected] and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at Syfe’s sole discretion.

5. Qualifying Action
To participate, eligible clients must:
(i) Have a registered Syfe account and complete the know-your-customer (KYC) process;
(ii) Apply the promotion code “SYFEMP”, “SYFEBK” and/or “SYFECM” during the Promotion Period after KYC is completed; and ensure that the code says ‘applied’
(iii) Initiate your first deposit as a single transaction of at least the minimum required amount (as stated in the tables below) into the respective portfolio during the Funding Period (“Qualifying Funding”); and
(iv) Complete the 30-day holding period requirement.

Transfers between Managed Portfolios, Cash Management, and/or Brokerage do not count towards the Qualifying Funding.

Please note that the ability to benefit from the promotion is contingent upon successful account opening and KYC process completion with Syfe. Clients must apply the promo code only after the KYC process has been approved.

6. Promotion Stackability
Clients may redeem rewards under both the “SYFEMP”, “SYFEBK” and “SYFECM” promotions only if all eligibility criteria for each respective promotion are fully met. These promotions may not be combined with any other ongoing or active promotions unless expressly stated otherwise by Syfe. Requests to amend, substitute, or retrospectively apply promo codes will not be accepted.

7. Rewards
7.1 Managed Portfolios – Fee Waivers

• Upon the participant’s successful completion of the Holding Period and Syfe’s verification that the participant has achieved at least one Qualifying Deposit in the relevant Managed Portfolio product, Syfe shall apply a fee waiver to the participant’s account in accordance with the applicable Reward tier within thirty (30) working days.
• The fee waiver shall be capped as specified in the Rewards Structure for the relevant tier, and shall be effective for the corresponding number of consecutive calendar month(s) stated for the relevant tier, commencing upon completion of the Holding Period following Syfe’s final verification.
• For the avoidance of doubt, the fee waiver shall apply only to Syfe’s management fee(s) or product fee(s) (as applicable) and shall not apply to any third-party fees, transaction costs, taxes, duties or other charges.
• Fee waivers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.

7.2 Brokerage – Cash Credits

• Upon the participant’s successful completion of the Holding Period and Syfe’s verification that the participant has achieved at least one Qualifying Deposit in Brokergae, Syfe shall process a cash credit waiver to the participant’s account in accordance with the applicable Reward tier within thirty (30) working days.
• Cash credits are credited in SGD.
• The system will process the cash credits within thirty (30) working days after the 30-day holding period completion.

7.3 Brokerage – Free US Trades 

• “Free US trades” refers to a waiver or rebate of Syfe’s commission for eligible buy and sell orders of US-listed securities placed via Syfe Brokerage, for three (3) consecutive months, starting from the participant’s sign-up date (or, where applicable, the date the participant’s Syfe Brokerage account is successfully opened, as determined by Syfe’s records).
• Regulatory, exchange, clearing, pass-through, miscellaneous and/or third-party fees (and any FX-related costs) will still apply, where applicable, and remain payable by the user.
• Unused free trades are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.

7.4 Cash Management – Boosted Returns

• Eligible clients will earn up to 4.0% p.a. for 30 days on the first S$10,000 invested into a Cash+ Flexi SGD cash-funded portfolio.
• Where the Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio’s projected return is higher than 4.0% p.a. at any time during the 30-day holding period, no bonus return will be given.
• Please note the promotion only applies to the client’s first funded Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio. Any funds invested into other portfolios and/or other Cash Management solutions such as Cash+ Flexi USD or Cash+ Guaranteed SGD/USD will not benefit from the bonus returns.
• Funds must be maintained in the Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio throughout the 30-day period, to qualify for the boosted returns of up to 4.0% p.a.
• The additional bonus (i.e., the difference between the boosted 3.0% / 3.6% / 4.0.% and the projected return) will be credited as a lump sum to the same Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio, estimated to be completed within thirty (30) business days after the 30-day holding period completion.
• During the promotion period, Syfe only tops up the difference between the boosted returns of up to 4.0% p.a. and the actual return rate of Cash+ Flexi SGD for the first S$10,000 for up to 30 days. Any additional funds above S$10,000 will earn the actual returns of Cash+ Flexi SGD. Beyond S$10,000 for the first 30 days, the principal investment and return rate is not guaranteed and not covered by the top-up.
• To ensure the cashback is processed efficiently and credited accurately and on time, we recommend that clients keep their Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio active by maintaining a minimum balance of at least S$0.10 until the cashback has been credited. Once the cashback has been successfully credited, clients may choose to withdraw their funds at any time.
• If there is no active Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio at the time of crediting, a new Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio will be automatically created for the deposit; however, this may result in delays.

8. Distribution of Rewards
Rewards will be credited according to the timelines specified in the Rewards section (i.e. Clauses 7.1 to 7.4). The reward distribution timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual crediting may vary depending on processing and verification requirements. Any delays in crediting will not affect eligibility.

Clients must ensure they are subscribed to Syfe communications to receive notification emails. Clients who have unsubscribed may not receive updates regarding their participation, although Syfe will use reasonable efforts to contact them via alternative methods. Delivery of notifications via alternative methods cannot be guaranteed.

9. Holding Period
A 30-day Holding Period applies from the date the Qualifying Funding criteria are met and reflected in the relevant Eligible Product. During the Holding Period, participants must maintain at least the qualifying net funding amount for the relevant tier and product. Any withdrawal, transfer, redemption, or other reduction that results in the net funding falling below the qualifying tier amount during the Holding Period may result in forfeiture, withholding, revocation and/or clawback of the Reward.

For the avoidance of doubt, market movements that change portfolio value will not, on their own, affect eligibility provided that the participant does not withdraw or transfer funds such that the net funding falls below the qualifying amount as assessed by Syfe.

Syfe reserves the right to disqualify clients or adjust rewards in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, including attempts to game the system through withdrawal and re-deposit of funds.

10. Communications

Failure to receive any communication, notification, or update will not by itself entitle any client to any reward if the client has not otherwise satisfied the requirements of this Promotion.

Clients must ensure that they remain subscribed to Syfe communications in order to receive notification emails relating to their participation in the Promotion.

Clients who have unsubscribed from Syfe communications may not receive updates regarding their participation. Syfe may use reasonable efforts to contact such clients through alternative methods where available, but delivery of notifications through such alternative methods is not guaranteed.

11. Currency

All monetary values stated in these T&Cs are denominated in Singapore Dollars (SGD), unless expressly stated otherwise.

12. Collection of Information

By providing information for and/or participating in this Promotion, clients understand and agree that Syfe will collect, use, disclose and otherwise process their personal information for the purposes of administering this Promotion, communicating with clients in relation to their participation, and for other marketing communications, as well as in accordance with Syfe’s Privacy Policy (as may be updated from time to time). Clients may opt out of marketing communications at any time; however, if a client opts out, the client may not receive updates regarding their participation in this Promotion (including fulfillment notifications). Any questions regarding Syfe’s Privacy Policy or treatment of personal information should be directed to [email protected].

13. Release

By participating in the Promotion, the client agrees that Syfe shall not be liable for any loss or damage which may arise in connection with their participation in the Promotion, including (without limitation) any technical issues, system outages, deposit failures, delays, or any act or omission of any third party.

Without limiting the foregoing, the client hereby: (a) forever releases and discharges Syfe and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related and associated entities and their respective employees, directors, officers, suppliers, agents, sponsors and administrators (collectively, the “Releasees”) from and against any and all claims, actions, costs, liabilities, judgments, damages, obligations, losses, penalties and expenses of any kind or nature whatsoever (including legal fees) (collectively, the “Claims”) in any way arising directly or indirectly out of any loss or damage that the client may suffer as a result of, or in connection with, participation in the Promotion or any promotion-related activity, including the use of any Reward; and (b) indemnifies, defends and holds harmless the Releasees from and against any and all damages, losses and expenses (including legal fees) which may be suffered directly or indirectly by reason of the client’s own negligence or wilful misconduct during or in connection with participation in the Promotion.

14. Reservation of Rights

Syfe reserves the right to amend, withdraw, restrict, suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time without notice, and Syfe is the sole arbiter of these rules and any other issue arising under the Promotion. If Syfe suspects fraudulent or abusive behaviour, gaming of the system, inappropriate, offensive or derogatory language or information, or a violation of these T&Cs, Syfe reserves the right to remove all promotional benefits and take any other action it deems appropriate including, but not limited to, removing the Reward retail value from the client’s account (where applicable) and/or closing the client’s account.

15. General

In the event of any inconsistency between these T&Cs and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Promotion, these T&Cs shall prevail.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Promotion and/or these T&Cs shall be referred to and finally resolved by the Courts of Singapore, and both the client and Syfe hereby unconditionally and irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore. These T&Cs shall be governed by Singapore law.

These T&Cs are to be read in conjunction with Syfe’s prevailing account terms, product terms, promotional terms and any other applicable terms and conditions available on Syfe’s website and/or in the Syfe application. Participants remain bound by those terms at all times.
