1. Campaign and Organiser

1. The Syfe September Lucky Draw (“Campaign”) is organised by Syfe Pte. Ltd. (“Syfe”). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the terms outlined in your customer agreement, and to accept Syfe’s decisions regarding all matters related to the Promotion.
2. By participating in the Campaign, a Participant fully and unconditionally agrees to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and to Syfe’s decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Campaign, save for any rights a Participant may have under applicable law.

2. Campaign Period

The Campaign runs during the period from 9 September 2026 at 00:00 AM SGT to 30 September 2026 at 11:59 PM SGT (the “Campaign Period”), during which Qualifying funindgs must be made in order to be eligible to earn Entries.

Syfe reserves the right to extend the Campaign Period and/or amend these Terms at its sole discretion. Any such changes will take effect from the date of publication, unless otherwise stated.

3. Eligibility and Entry Paths

1. This Campaign is open to new Syfe users, who may participate through one of two Entry Paths:
   • (a) the “Standalone Path”, for a New User who applies promo code LUCKY9 directly, without a referral; or
   • (b) the “Referral Path”, for a New User who joins as a Referee under Syfe’s standard Referral Program, without needing a separate promo code.
2. In addition, an existing, funded Syfe client who successfully refers a New User under Syfe’s standard Referral Program (a “Referrer”) is separately eligible to earn Entries under Clause 4.3, notwithstanding that a Referrer is not themselves a New User.
3. A “New User” means an individual who funds a Syfe Account for the first time during the Campaign Period, whether under the Standalone Path or the Referral Path.
4. “Eligible Products” means the Syfe product categories that are included in this Promotion, namely (i) Managed Portfolios, (ii) Brokerage, and (iii) Cash Management as may be determined by Syfe from time to time. The following will not qualify for this Promotion: any funding using SRS monies, any SRS portfolios, any Private Wealth offerings, and any other product not expressly stated as eligible under this Promotion.
5. To be eligible under either Entry Path, a New User must, at all relevant times:
   • (a) be at least 18 years of age and the holder of a Syfe Account in good standing; and
   • (b) meet the applicable qualifying criteria set out in Clause 4.1 (Standalone Path) or Clause 4.2 (Referral Path).
6. To be eligible as a Referrer, an individual must, at all relevant times:
   • (a) hold an existing, funded Syfe Account in good standing at the time of the relevant referral;
   • (b) successfully refer at least one (1) New User under Syfe’s standard Referral Program using a valid referral code; and
   • (c) ensure that the referred New User (the “Referee”) satisfies Clause 4.2 in full.
7. A Participant may only earn Entries under one Entry Path per New User registration — a New User who applies promo code LUCKY9 under the Standalone Path may not also be counted as a Referee under the Referral Path, and vice versa.
8. Funding Period: The funding period begins at the time of the client’s successful application of the promo code during the Promotion Period and ends fourteen (14) days after at 11:59 PM SGT (the “Funding Period”).
9. Funds must be received by Syfe by the end of the Funding Period to be considered as a Qualifying Funding.
10. Please note that the ability to benefit from the promotion is contingent upon successful account opening and know-your-customer (KYC) process completion with Syfe. Clients must apply the promo code only after the know-your-customer (KYC) process has been completed. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, unless specified herein.
11. Grace Period: Clients who have already funded their account but forgot to apply the promo/referral code can apply it within 14 calendar days from their initial funding date. Any request to apply the promo code beyond the grace period must be submitted to the customer service team at [email protected] and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
12. Employees and directors of Syfe, the immediate family members (being spouses, parents, children, and siblings) of such employees and directors, and employees of Syfe’s appointed marketing or advertising agencies involved in the conduct of the Campaign, are not eligible to participate.
13. A “Syfe Account” means an account held with Syfe in respect of any Syfe product, including but not limited to Managed Portfolios, Cash Management, and Brokerage, or any other product Syfe designates as eligible for the purposes of the Campaign.
14. Syfe reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to verify the eligibility of any Participant at any time before, during, or after the Draw Date, in accordance with Clause 12.

4. Entry Mechanics

1. Standalone Path (New User with promo code LUCKY9): A New User earns an Entry where they:
   • (a) successfully apply promo code LUCKY9 to their Syfe Account on or before 30 September 2026, 23:59 SGT;
   • (b) make a Qualifying funding of not less than S$500 (the “Minimum Funding Amount”) into any eligible Syfe product as a single lump-sum amount; and
   • (c) maintain not less than the Minimum Funding Amount for the full Holding Period.

   For the avoidance of doubt, a New User under this Clause 4.1 earns one (1) Entry for every complete S$500 comprised within their lump-sum Qualifying Funding, provided such amount is held for the full Holding Period, with no maximum number of Entries. By way of illustration only:

   Multiple fundings made over time will not be aggregated to increase the number of Entries earned; only a single lump-sum funding qualifies.

2. Referral Path (Referee, no promo code required): A New User joining as a Referee earns an Entry where:
   • (a) the Referee has successfully applied the Referrer’s unique referral code to their Syfe Account on or before 30 September 2026, 23:59 SGT;
   • (b) the Referee has made their qualifying first funding of not less than S$500 (the “Minimum Funding Amount”) into any eligible Syfe product as a single lump-sum funding; and
   • (c) the Referee satisfies the full 30-day Holding Period from the date the Minimum Funding Amount is met and reflected in the relevant eligible product.

   The S$500 qualifying first funding under Clause 4.2(b) is the minimum bar for a New User to become a valid, eligible Referee. For the avoidance of doubt, once this minimum bar is met, a Referee earns one (1) Entry for every complete S$500 comprised within their lump-sum qualifying funding (including the initial S$500 and any further increments within the same lump sum), provided such amount is held for the full Holding Period, with no maximum number of Entries — the same mechanic, including the lump-sum requirement and the illustrative table, applicable to a New User under Clause 4.1. Multiple fundings made over time will not be aggregated to increase the number of Entries earned; only a single lump-sum funding qualifies.

3. Referrer Entries: An existing, funded Syfe client acting as a Referrer earns one (1) Entry for each successful referral, where the corresponding Referee satisfies Clause 4.2(a) to (c) in full. A Referrer’s Entry is capped at exactly one (1) Entry per successful referral, regardless of the amount the Referee ultimately funds beyond the Minimum Funding Amount. There is no limit to the number of successful referrals, and therefore Entries, a Referrer may accumulate.
4. “Qualifying Funding” means funds credited to a Syfe Account as a single lump-sum amount that count towards the Minimum Funding Amount, calculated on a net basis (funding less withdrawals) during the Campaign Period. Multiple fundings made at different times will not be aggregated to form a Qualifying Funding, and will not be combined for the purpose of determining the number of Entries earned.
5. “Holding Period” means the period of 30 consecutive days commencing on the date the relevant Syfe Account first reaches the Minimum Funding Amount. Since the Qualifying Funding under Clause 4.4 must be made as a single lump sum, all S$500 increments comprised within that lump sum, and the Entries associated with them, share the same Holding Period start date.
6. Any withdrawal, transfer, redemption, or other reduction that causes the relevant net funding to fall below the Minimum Funding Amount, or below a S$500 increment already counted towards an Entry, at any time during the Holding Period, shall render the affected New User, Referee, and/or (where applicable) the corresponding Referrer’s Entry ineligible.
7. Entries are confirmed only upon successful completion of the applicable Holding Period and Syfe’s verification of eligibility under Clause 3.

5. Relationship to the Standard Referral Program

1. This Campaign is offered as an add-on to, and does not replace, Syfe’s standard Referral Program. A Referrer’s and Referee’s entitlement to the standard Referral Program’s own cash bonus and other rewards continues to apply separately, and is governed entirely by the standard Referral Program’s own terms and conditions, available at [link to standard referral program terms].
2. The Minimum Funding Amount of S$500 that applies for the purposes of earning Entries into this Lucky Draw is specific to this Campaign, and may be lower than the minimum qualifying tier amount required to earn rewards under the standard Referral Program. Satisfying the Minimum Funding Amount under this Campaign does not, by itself, entitle a Referrer or Referee to any reward under the standard Referral Program; the standard Referral Program’s own qualifying tier requirements must be separately satisfied.
3. For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms do not restate, and are not intended to modify, the reward structure of the standard Referral Program.

6. Multiple Entries and Entry Validity

1. There is no cap on the total number of Entries a New User or Referee may earn under Clause 4.1 or 4.2 respectively. A Referrer’s Entries are capped at one (1) per successful referral under Clause 4.3, with no limit on the number of successful referrals.
2. Entries are personal to the Participant and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or exchanged for cash or any other consideration.
3. Syfe reserves the right, without notice, to disqualify or void any Entry that it considers, in its sole discretion, to involve fraud, abuse, or circumvention of these Terms, in accordance with Clause 12.

7. Prize

1. One (1) winner shall be selected in the Draw to receive one (1) pair of Apple AirPods Max (Stralight), retail value approximately S$749, or an item of comparable specification and value (the “Prize”).
2. The Prize is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable, in whole or in part, for cash or any other item, save at the sole discretion of Syfe.
3. Syfe reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an item of equal or greater value at any time, including where the Prize as originally advertised becomes unavailable.
4. The Prize will not be delivered to the winner. The winner must personally collect the Prize from Syfe’s office at 8 Cross St, #21-01/02 Manulife Tower, Singapore 048424, within the collection window notified to the winner under Clause 11. Any costs the winner incurs in travelling to collect the Prize are the winner’s own responsibility.

8. Draw and Winner Selection

1. The Draw shall be conducted in early November 2026 (the “Draw Date”), following completion of the Holding Period applicable to all Qualifying Fundings made within the Campaign Period, and Syfe’s verification of eligible Entries.
2. The winner shall be selected at random from a single consolidated pool of all confirmed and eligible Entries — comprising Entries earned under the Standalone Path, the Referral Path, and by Referrers — using a nominated random number generator or draw system. For the avoidance of doubt, a Participant who earns Entries under more than one applicable category (e.g. a Referrer who is also separately eligible as a New User) does not thereby increase their chances of selection beyond the number of Entries validly earned.
3. The result of the Draw shall be recorded and retained in accordance with Clause 17.
4. If fewer than one (1) eligible Entry is received, Syfe reserves the right not to award the Prize, or to extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion.
5. Syfe’s decision on the selection of the winner is final and binding, save for any rights a Participant may have under applicable law.

9. Winner Notification

1. Syfe shall notify the winner via the email address or mobile number registered to the winner’s Syfe Account, within 14 business days of the Draw Date.
2. If the winner cannot be contacted, or does not respond to Syfe’s notification within 14 business days of the notification being sent, Syfe reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible Entries, by the same process described in Clause 8.
3. Syfe may publish the winner’s name (or a partially redacted form thereof) and general location on its website, application, or social media channels, for the purpose of announcing the result of the Draw, subject to the winner’s consent where required under Clause 14.

10. Currency and Prize Valuation

All monetary values stated in these Terms are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). The Prize is a physical item and is not subject to foreign exchange or share-price fluctuation; where Syfe substitutes the Prize under Clause 7.3, the substitute item shall be of equal or greater value as reasonably determined by Syfe at the time of substitution.

11. Prize Fulfilment

1. The winner may be required to provide additional documentation for identity verification before collecting the Prize. Syfe will notify the winner of the collection address, available collection window, and any documents (such as identification) required to be presented at collection.
2. The winner must personally collect the Prize from Syfe’s office within the collection window notified by Syfe. Syfe will not be responsible for any failure to collect the Prize arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated contact information provided by the winner.
3. If the winner fails to provide the required verification information, or fails to collect the Prize within the notified collection window, within 14 business days of notification, the Prize will be deemed forfeited, and Syfe reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible Entries under Clause 9.2.

12. Verification and Disqualification

1. Syfe reserves the right, at any time, to request such documentation or information as it reasonably considers necessary to verify a Participant’s identity, eligibility, or compliance with these Terms.
2. Syfe may disqualify any Participant, Entry, or Qualifying Funding that it reasonably determines to involve:
   • (a) fraudulent, false, or misleading information;
   • (b) duplicate, fictitious, or self-referred accounts;
   • (c) circumvention, or attempted circumvention, of the Minimum Funding Amount, the Holding Period, or any other condition of these Terms; or
   • (d) any other conduct that Syfe reasonably determines to be inconsistent with the intent of the Campaign.
3. Where a Participant is disqualified after the Prize has been awarded, Syfe reserves the right to require the return of the Prize (or its equivalent cash value) and/or to select an alternate winner in accordance with Clause 9.2.

13. Communications

1. Syfe will use the Syfe Account contact details (email address and/or mobile number) on record for a Participant at the time of the Draw for the purpose of winner notification. Participants are responsible for ensuring their Syfe Account contact details remain accurate and up to date.
2. Syfe may use reasonable efforts to contact the winner through alternative methods where available, but delivery of notifications through such alternative methods is not guaranteed.
3. Failure to receive any communication, notification, or update will not by itself entitle any Participant to the Prize if the Participant has not otherwise satisfied the requirements of this Campaign.

14. Collection of Information

By providing your information for this Promotion, clients understand and agree that Syfe will collect and use their personal information for the purpose of this Promotion, other marketing communications, as well as in accordance with Syfe’s Privacy Policy, available here. You may opt out of marketing communication at any time. Any questions regarding Syfe’s Privacy Policy or treatment of your personal information should be directed to [email protected].

15. Release

By participating in the Promotion, client assumes all risk of injury, illness, disease, death, or any other damage which may arise in connection with their participation in the Promotion. Without limiting the foregoing, client hereby:(a) forever releases and discharges Syfe and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related and associated entities and employees, directors, officers, suppliers, agents, sponsors and administrators of each (collectively, the “Releasees”), from and against any and all claims, actions, costs, liabilities, judgments, damages, obligations, losses, penalties, and expenses of any kind or nature whatsoever (including legal fees) (collectively, the “Claims”) in any way arising directly or indirectly out of any injury, loss, or damage that Client may suffer as a result of, or in connection with the participation in the Promotion or any promotion-related activity, including the use of the Reward; and (b) indemnifies, defends and holds harmless the Releasees from and against any and all damages, loss and expenses, including legal fees, which may be suffered directly or indirectly by reason of the Client’s own negligence or willful misconduct during or in connection with the participation in the Promotion.

16. Reservation of Rights

Syfe reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or restrict the promotion at any time without notice. Syfe is the sole arbiter of these rules and any other issue arising under the promotion. If Syfe suspects fraudulent or abusive behaviour, gaming of the system, inappropriate, offensive, or derogatory language or information, or a violation of these terms, Syfe reserves the right to remove all promotions and take any other action it deems appropriate including, but not limited to, removing the Reward retail value from the client(s) account) or closing the client(s) account.

17. Record-Keeping

Syfe shall maintain records relating to Entries, the Draw, and the Prize for a period of not less than five (5) years from the end of the Campaign Period, consistent with Syfe’s standard record-keeping practices and applicable regulatory requirements.

18. General

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity, and other materials relating to or in connection with this promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
