Limited-Time Referral Bonus Uplift — Addendum to Syfe Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Effective: 24 April 2026 – 30 April 2026, 23:59 SGT (“Flash Promotion Period”)
This addendum supplements the Syfe Referral Program Terms & Conditions and governs the temporary uplift of the Referrer cash bonus during the Flash Promotion Period. All other terms and conditions of the Syfe Referral Program remain in full force and effect.

A1. Upsized Referrer Reward
During the Flash Promotion Period, eligible Referrers will receive a total cash bonus of S$50 per qualifying referral (the “Upsized Reward”), in lieu of the standard S$20 cash bonus set out in Section 7 of the Syfe Referral Program Terms & Conditions.
The Upsized Reward comprises:

  • The standard referrer cash bonus (S$20), credited in accordance with the timelines set out in Section 9 of the main Terms & Conditions; and
  • An additional top-up bonus of S$30, credited separately following the close of the Referee’s holding period (see A3 below).

Note: For referrals that would ordinarily qualify for the S$40 cash bonus tier (i.e. where the Referee’s first one-time funding is S$100,000 or more), the total Upsized Reward will be S$50, with the additional top-up adjusted accordingly.

A2. Qualifying Conditions for the Upsized Reward
To be eligible for the Upsized Reward, both of the following conditions must be met on or before 30 April 2026, 23:59 SGT:

  1. The Referee must have successfully applied the Referrer’s unique referral code; and
  2. The Referee must have made their qualifying first one-time funding that meets the minimum threshold as set out in Section 4 of the main Terms & Conditions.

All other eligibility criteria, qualifying actions, funding requirements, and holding period conditions as set out in the main Terms & Conditions apply in full to both the Referrer and Referee.

A3. Distribution of the Additional Top-Up Bonus
The additional S$30 top-up bonus will be processed and credited separately from the standard referrer cash bonus, as follows:

  • The top-up bonus is contingent on the Referee successfully completing the applicable the full 30-day holding period. Referees who fund on or before 30 April 2026 will complete their holding period by 30 May 2026 at the latest.
  • Syfe will assess all qualifying referrals following 30 May 2026. Eligible Referrers can expect their top-up bonus to be credited within 15 business days of 30 May 2026.
  • Upon crediting, Referrers will be notified via email.
  • The top-up bonus will be credited to the Referrer’s account in the same manner as the standard cash bonus, as described in Section 9 of the main Terms & Conditions.

A4. General

  • The Upsized Reward applies only to referrals where both qualifying conditions in A2 are fulfilled within the Flash Promotion Period. Referrals completed outside this window will be governed solely by the standard Syfe Referral Program Terms & Conditions.
  • The top-up bonus is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
  • Syfe reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Flash Promotion at any time in accordance with Section 14 of the main Terms & Conditions.
  • In the event of any inconsistency between this addendum and the main Terms & Conditions, this addendum shall prevail with respect to matters specific to the Flash Promotion Period.
