Effective: 21 June 2026 – 4 July 2026, 23:59 SGT (“Lucky Draw Promotion Period”)
This addendum supplements the Syfe Referral Program Terms & Conditions and governs the limited-time Referral lucky draw during the Lucky Draw Promotion Period. All other terms and conditions of the Syfe Referral Program remain in full force and effect.

A1. Lucky Draw Referrer Reward
During the Lucky Draw Promotion Period, eligible Referrers can stand a chance to win a 4-Course Set Lunch for two (2) at two Michelin-starred restaurant, JAAN by Kirk Westaway (the “Lucky draw”), in addition to the standard S$20 cash bonus set out in Section 7 of the Syfe Referral Program Terms & Conditions.

A2. How to Enter The Lucky Draw
In order for a Referrer to be entitled to one (1) entry into the lucky draw, the following conditions must be met:

1. The Referee must have successfully applied the Referrer’s unique referral code on or before 4 July 2026, 23:59 SGT;
2. The Referee must have made their qualifying first one-time funding that meets the minimum threshold as set out in Section 4 of the main Terms & Conditions; and
3. The Referee needs to satisfy a 30-day Holding Period from the date the Qualifying Funding criteria are met and reflected in the relevant eligible product. Any withdrawal, transfer, redemption, or other reduction by the Referee that results in the net funding falling below the qualifying tier amount during the Holding Period may result in ineligbility in the Lucky Draw.

All other eligibility criteria, qualifying actions, funding requirements, and holding period conditions as set out in the main Terms & Conditions apply in full to both the Referrer and Referee.

Referrers may accumulate multiple entry tickets based on their total number of successful referrals. For the avoidance of doubt, entries are awarded on a per-client basis and are not transferable.

Scenario	Number of Lucky Draw Entries
Scenario A: Referrer Alex refers Friend 1, who applies Alex’s unique referral code on or before 27 June 2026, 23:59 SGT, makes the qualifying first one-time funding meeting the minimum threshold, and satisfies the 30-day Holding Period.	As Friend 1 has successfully qualified, Alex receives 1 lucky draw entry ticket.
Scenario B: Referrer Alex refers Friend 1 and Friend 2. Both friends apply Alex’s unique referral code on or before 27 June 2026, 23:59 SGT, make the qualifying first one-time funding meeting the minimum threshold, and each satisfies the 30-day Holding Period.	As both friends have successfully qualified, Alex receives 2 lucky draw entry tickets.
Scenario C: Referrer Alex refers Friend 1 and Friend 2. Friend 1 applies Alex’s unique referral code on or before 27 June 2026, 23:59 SGT, makes the qualifying first one-time funding meeting the minimum threshold, and satisfies the 30-day Holding Period. Friend 2 similarly applies Alex’s unique referral code on or before 27 June 2026, 23:59 SGT, makes the qualifying first one-time funding meeting the minimum threshold. However, Friend 2 withdraws funds before the 30-day Holding Period completion, and therefore fails to meet the qaulifying criteria.	As only Friend 1 has successfully qualified, Alex receives 1 lucky draw entry ticket.

A3. Lucky Draw Details

• One (1) winner will be selected at random through a draw process conducted by Syfe (the “Draw”). The Draw will be conducted in August 2026 and after Syfe has verified that eligible participants and their referrals have satisfied the Holding Period and all other qualifying criteria. Syfe’s records and determination of eligibility and the draw outcome shall be final and binding.

• Syfe will publish the exact draw date, time, and method via the Syfe app and/or website no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the Draw to participants who have qualified for the Lucky Draw, via the email address and/or WhatsApp number registered with Syfe. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their registered contact details are accurate and accessible and that Syfe communications are not blocked or filtered.

• Syfe will use reasonable efforts to notify the winner via the email address and/or phone number registered with Syfe within seven (7) days after the draw (or such other timeframe as Syfe may determine, acting reasonably). If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, Syfe reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

• The Lucky Draw prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Syfe makes no warranty as to the quality, merchantability or fitness for purpose of the prize, and any warranty claims (if any) shall be directed to the prize manufacturer, where applicable.

• Minimum Participation Threshold: The Lucky Draw Prize will only be awarded if a minimum of twenty-five (25) eligible referrers qualify for the Luck Draw Promotion (the “Minimum Participation Threshold”). If the Minimum Participation Threshold is not met, no Lucky Draw will be formed for the promotion Period and no prizes will be awarded. Syfe’s decision in this regard shall be final and binding.

• Syfe reserves the right to amend, substitute, or discontinue any of the prizes at any time at its sole discretion, including changing the prize tier structure, without prior notice. Any such changes will be reflected on Syfe’s website and will apply to Monthly Periods commencing after the date of the change.

• Winning is by chance. Lucky Draw entries do not guarantee winning.

A4. Lucky Draw Prize

• The Lucky Draw Prize constitutes a 4-Course Set Lunch for two (2) at two Michelin-starred restaurant, JAAN by Kirk Westaway, with a total value of S$396 (“Luck Draw Prize”).
• The Lucky Draw Prize will be awarded in the form of a voucher to the winner.
• The voucher is subject to the original issuer’s own terms and conditions and redemption procedures. The winner is advised to refer to this link for the full terms and conditions and redemption steps.
• Syfe has no control over the voucher’s availability, validity, or redemption process, and shall not be responsible for any issues arising from the use or redemption of the voucher.
• Syfe reserves the right to substitute the Lucky Draw Prize with an alternative of equal or higher value at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where the prize is unavailable, withdrawn, or otherwise cannot be fulfilled by the issuer. The winner will be notified of any such substitution.

A5. General

• The Lucky Draw applies only to referrals where both qualifying conditions in A2 are fulfilled within the Lucky Draw Promotion Period. Referrals completed outside this window will be governed solely by the standard Syfe Referral Program Terms & Conditions.
• The Lucky Draw Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
• Syfe reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Lucky Draw Promotion at any time in accordance with Section 14 of the main Terms & Conditions.
• In the event of any inconsistency between this addendum and the main Terms & Conditions, this addendum shall prevail with respect to matters specific to the Lucky Draw Promotion Period.
• Syfe’s decisions in relation to this Lucky Draw (including eligibility, entries, rewards and fulfilment) are final and binding.
