Register for an account and complete the Know-Your-Customer (KYC) steps.
Create a new portfolio.
On the Homepage, tap the menu icon in the bottom-right corner.
Select “Redeem Promo” and and enter the promo code: SYFEPROMO
Tap “Apply” to confirm.
Make the minimum lump-sum deposit.
Your rewards will be processed within 2-3 working days.

Terms & Conditions

The Syfe Welcome Promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by Syfe Pte. Ltd. (“Syfe”). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the terms outlined in the client’s customer agreement, and to accept Syfe’s decisions regarding all matters related to the Promotion.

1. Promotion Period

The Promotion is valid till 31st December 2025, 23:59 SGT SGT (the “Promotion Period”).

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Promotion, the person must:

be a new-to-Syfe client, defined as either:
(a) an individual who has not yet registered for a Syfe account, or
(b) an individual who has registered but has not yet funded their account.
applied the promo code “SYFEPROMO”; and
meet the requirements set out below.

Grace Period:
Clients who have funded their account but forgot to apply the promo code will have 14 calendar days from the initial funding date to do so. Requests submitted after this grace period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be sent to our customer support team at [email protected].

Stackability:
Unless stated otherwise, this promo code cannot be stacked with another active promo code.

3. Managed Portfolios / Cash Management

To qualify for the fee waivers, clients must make a minimum lump-sum deposit of S$5,000 to any portfolio of their choice on Managed Portfolios or Cash Management.
Clients have 30 days from the date the promo code is successfully applied to meet the funding requirements, after which the promo will no longer be valid.
Fee waivers will only kick in after 2-3 business days from the promo code application date. Any funds invested before then will incur management fees.
All funds invested anytime during the fee waiver period will not incur any management fees, up to the specified investment cap amount of S$50,000. Subsequent sums invested will be subject to Syfe’s management fees.
All newly deposited funds must remain invested for the entire waiver period. Any withdrawal or internal transfer of funds during this period, which results in the portfolio value falling below the initial deposit amount, will lead to an immediate suspension of the fee waiver. Additionally, any previously granted fee waivers will be revoked and clawed back.

4. Brokerage

To qualify for the cash credits, clients must make a minimum lump-sum deposit of S$5,000 to their Brokerage account.
Clients have 30 days from the date the promo code is successfully applied to meet the funding requirements, after which the promo will no longer be valid.
Cash credit rewards are non-withdrawable and can only be used towards buying US securities within the platform. Cash credits are not transferable to Syfe Managed Portfolios, nor can ‘fees waived’ from Managed Portfolios be transferred into Brokerage. The system will process the cash credits within 7 working days post-requirement completion. Please note that cash credits are credited in USD and will be subject to FX fluctuations.
All newly deposited funds must remain invested for 30 calendar days. Any withdrawal or internal transfer of funds during this period that causes the value to fall below the minimum deposit amount will result in the clawback of cash credits.
Free trades are only available on US buy/sell trades and will expire 3 months from the date of account creation. Commission fee will be charged on the buy or sell order summary page, however, the equivalent amount will be rebated and reflected in cash funds within the same day.

5. Others

Collection of Information: By providing your information for this Promotion, clients understand and agree that Syfe will collect and use their personal information for the purpose of this Promotion, other marketing communications, as well as in accordance with Syfe’s Privacy Policy, available here. You may opt out of marketing communication at any time. Any questions regarding Syfe’s Privacy Policy or treatment of your personal information should be directed to [email protected].
Release: By participating in the Promotion, clients assumes all risk of injury, illness, disease, death, or any other damage which may arise in connection with their participation in the Promotion. Without limiting the foregoing, Client hereby:(a) forever releases and discharges Syfe and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related and associated entities and employees, directors, officers, suppliers, agents, sponsors and administrators of each, from and against any and all claims, actions, costs, liabilities, judgments, damages, obligations, losses, penalties, and expenses of any kind or nature whatsoever (including legal fees) in any way arising directly or indirectly out of any injury, loss, or damage that Client may suffer as a result of, or in connection with the participation in the Promotion or any promotion-related activity, including the use of the Reward; and (b) indemnifies, defends and holds harmless the Releasees from and against any and all damages, loss and expenses, including legal fees, which may be suffered directly or indirectly by reason of the Client’s own negligence or willful misconduct during or in connection with the participation in the Promotion.
Reservation of Rights: Syfe reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or restrict the promotion at any time without notice. Syfe is the sole arbiter of these rules and any other issue arising under the promotion. If Syfe suspects fraudulent or abusive behaviour, gaming of the system, inappropriate, offensive, or derogatory language or information, or a violation of these terms, Syfe reserves the right to remove all promotions and take any other action it deems appropriate including, but not limited to, removing the Reward retail value from the client(s) account) or closing the client(s) account.
Currencies: All monetary values stated in these Terms and Conditions are denominated in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Syfe shall not be liable for any discrepancies arising from currency conversion rates.
General: In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity, and other materials relating to or in connection with this promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. No content herein shall be considered an offer, solicitation, or recommendation for the purchase or sale of securities, futures, or other investment products.
