Can I benefit from multiple rewards if I sign up for multiple products?

Yes, new-to-Syfe clients can benefit from multiple rewards as long as the respective funding criteria for each product is met during the promo validity period of 30 days.

Where can I apply the promo code?

From your Syfe app’s homepage, click on the hamburger icon on the top right to open up the menu. Scroll down to “Redeem promo code” and simply apply the promo code <SYFEPROMO>.

New Client Promotion Terms & Conditions:

  • All promotions and offers by Syfe are subjected to a set of terms and conditions. 
  • First Deposit refers to the initial lump sum deposit made by a client into their account. It solely encompasses the value of the first transaction and excludes any subsequent deposits made by the customer. 
  • Promo codes issued by Syfe are not valid for use together with other promotions or offers. Promotion codes are strictly unstackable.
  • Unless otherwise specified, new-to-Syfe clients have 30 days after the promo code application to meet the minimum funding criteria to be eligible for the reward(s).
  • In the event of the client missing the promo code field at signup, they have up to 14 days to enter the code directly through the dropdown menu of their Syfe dashboard, under “Promotions”. Requests to tag any codes to a Syfe account 14 days after account creation will not be accepted.
  • Syfe reserves the right to reject this promotion offer if a client were to not meet the minimum deposit amount required. 
  • By participating in this program, customers consent to Syfe’s collection and use of customers’ personal data and any disclosures of customers’ personal data by/to third parties for the purpose of this promotion.
  • Syfe reserves the right to amend terms and conditions including changing the reward benefits of the promotion or offer, terminating the offer before the stated validity date, changing the details of the promotion or offer, or any other changes in order to protect the interests of the company or under circumstances of abuse.
  • Eligible customers consent to Syfe’s collection and use of customer’s personal data and any disclosures of customer’s personal data by/to third parties for the purpose of this promotion. Managed Portfolios

  • Fee waivers will only kick in after 1 working day from the promo code application date. Any funds invested before then will incur management fees.
  • All funds invested during the fee waiver period will not incur any management fees, up to the specified investment cap amount.
  • Fee waivers are only applicable for the first S$20,000 invested. Subsequent sums invested will be subject to Syfe’s management fees.
  • In the event of full account withdrawals or partial withdrawals, till the Total Portfolio Value drops below S$500, past fee waivers will not be subjected to clawback. However, all future fee waivers you were previously eligible for will immediately be suspended.

Cash Management

  • The fee waiver rewarded does not apply to Cash+ Guaranteed as there are no management fees for that specific portfolio. To enjoy the fee waiver, the client will have to create and fund a Managed Portfolio or Cash+ Flexi (SGD or USD).

Brokerage

  • All cash credits are non-withdrawable and can only be used towards buying securities within the platform.
  • Cash credits cannot be transferred to other Syfe products. It is a credit reward exclusive to Syfe Brokerage.
  • The minimum deposit has to be held in the Trade account for a minimum of 7 working days (“Holding Period”) to qualify for the promotion reward.
  • Once the Holding Period is over, the cash bonus will be credited within 3 working days. 
  • The unlimited free trades are only available for US stocks and will expire 3 months from date of account creation. Commission fees will be charged on the buy or sell order summary page, however, the equivalent amount will be rebated and reflected in cash funds within the same day.
