1. What is the STARTSYFE New User Promotion?

The STARTSYFE New User Promotion is a limited-time promotion where eligible clients can receive up to S$700 in cash credits and rewards if they meet the qualifying criteria.

2. Who is eligible for this promotion?

The campaign is open to legal residents of Singapore who:

  • Are at least 18 years old.
  • be a new-to-Syfe client, defined as either (i) an individual who has not yet registered for a Syfe account; or (ii) an individual who has registered for a Syfe account but has not yet funded any account with Syfe;
3. When is the promotion period?

The Promotion will commence on 1 May 2026 at 12:00 AM SGT and end on 31 May 2026 at 11:59 PM SGT (the “Promotion Period”).

4. How do I participate?
  • Activate the campaign in the Syfe app using promo code STARTSYFE or an eligible affiliate promo code you received.
  • Invest a single lump-sum fresh fund of at least S$2,000 in Syfe Managed Portfolios or Syfe Brokerage to qualify for the rewards. For avoidance of doubt, Qualifying Funding of S$2,000 is not cumulative across Syfe Managed Portfolio and Syfe Brokerage.
    • Clients have 5 days from the date the promo code is successfully applied to meet the funding requirements, after which the promo will no longer be valid.
    • The following will not qualify for this Promotion: any funding using SRS monies, any SRS portfolios, any balances held in Cash+ Flexi, any balances held in Cash+ Guaranteed, and any other product not expressly stated as eligible under this Promotion.
  • Maintain your funds for 30 days to receive your Syfe rewards.
5. Is there a limit to this promotion?
  • Participation in this Promotion is limited to the first 2,000 successful applications of the promotion code “STARTSYFE” and the first 100 successful applications of an eligible affiliate promo code, which meet the eligibility and qualifying criteria.
6. What are “Fresh Funds”?

Fresh Funds” means new monies funded into the client’s Syfe account from an external source during the Promotion Period. Only Fresh Funds will count towards the Qualifying Funding requirement.

7. Can I transfer money from another Syfe portfolio to qualify?

No. Internal transfers between Syfe portfolios or accounts are not considered fresh funds and will not qualify for the promotion.

8. Do I need to keep the funds invested?

Yes, all funds in managed portfolios or brokerage must remain invested for the required holding period of 30 days from the date the Qualifying Funding criteria are met and reflected in the relevant Eligible Product. If funds are withdrawn early or the balance drops below the required amount, the promotional benefits will be removed.

9. Am I required to trade using the S$2,000 Qualifying Funding in my Brokerage account?

No. To qualify for the Promotion, you need to fund your Managed Portfolio or Brokerage account with at least S$2,000 in fresh funds during the Promotion Period. You may use those funds to trade in Brokerage if you wish, but you are not required to do so. The key requirement is that you meet and maintain the Qualifying Funding amount in your Managed Portfolio or Brokerage account.

10. When will I receive my rewards?
  • Syfe Rewards: The Brokerage free US trades benefit commences from the participant’s sign-up date (or, where applicable, the date the participant’s Syfe Brokerage account is successfully opened)) and is not dependent on completion of the Holding Period. In contrast, the Managed Portfolios fee waiver and Brokerage cash credits will only be applied and commence within 30 business days (may be subjected to delays) after the participant has successfully completed the Holding Period requirements, as determined by Syfe’s records.
11. Can this promotion be combined with other promotions?

Unless otherwise stated, this Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, vouchers, campaigns, or giveaways.

12. Can Syfe change or cancel the promotion?

Yes. Syfe reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign Period

The STARTSYFE New User Promotion (the “Promotion”) is valid from 1 May 2026, 00:00 Singapore Time (SGT) to 31 May 2026, 23:59 SGT (the “Promotion Period”), both dates inclusive. Syfe Pte. Ltd. (“Syfe”) reserves the right to amend the Promotion Period, extend, suspend, terminate and/or cancel the Promotion (in whole or in part) at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”):

  • “Eligible Products” means the Syfe product categories that are included in this Promotion, namely (i) Managed Portfolios, and (ii) Brokerage, as may be determined by Syfe from time to time. The following will not qualify for this Promotion: any funding using SRS monies, any SRS portfolios, any balances held in Cash+ Flexi, any balances held in Cash+ Guaranteed, and any other product not expressly stated as eligible under this Promotion.
  • “Fresh Funds” means monies that are not previously held in any Syfe account and are newly deposited into Syfe during the Promotion Period. Fresh Funds exclude (a) transfers between Syfe portfolios/accounts (including internal transfers between products), (b) monies withdrawn from Syfe and re-deposited for the purpose of qualifying, and/or (c) any other funds Syfe reasonably determines are not incremental to Syfe.
  • “New User” means an individual who has not previously opened and/or funded any Syfe account prior to the Promotion Period and has not previously received a Syfe new-user promotion, as determined by Syfe in its sole discretion.
  • “Qualifying Funding” means the minimum amount of Fresh Funds successfully received and reflected in an Eligible Product within the Qualifying Funding Window, meeting one of the stated deposit tiers.
  • “Qualifying Funding Window” means five (5) calendar days from the date the participant’s Syfe account registration is successfully completed (including KYC).
  • “Holding Period” means a continuous period of thirty (30) days commencing from the date the Qualifying Funding criteria for the relevant tier is met and reflected in the relevant Eligible Product account, during which the participant must maintain at least the qualifying net funding amount for that tier.

3. Eligibility

The Campaign is open to New Users who are legal residents of Singapore at the time of participation, and who satisfy all of the following:

  • be a new-to-Syfe client, defined as either (i) an individual who has not yet registered for a Syfe account; or (ii) an individual who has registered for a Syfe account but has not yet funded any account with Syfe;
  • for the purposes of this Promotion, have no active portfolio, where an active portfolio means any portfolio that holds funds in any of Syfe’s three verticals: Managed Portfolios, Cash Management, or Brokerage;
  • be a legal resident of Singapore;
  • be at least 18 years old at the time of participation;
  • successfully apply the designated promotion code in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
  • complete the required Qualifying Funding during the Promotion Period using Fresh Funds; and
  • meet all other requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.

Stackability:
Unless otherwise stated, this Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, vouchers, campaigns, or giveaways.

Grace Period:
Clients who have funded their account but forgot to apply the promo code will have seven (7) calendar days from the initial funding date to do so. Requests submitted after this grace period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be sent to our customer support team at [email protected].

Syfe reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to determine whether any person has met the eligibility requirements for this Promotion.

4. Promotion Cap

  • Participation in this Promotion is limited to the first 2,000 successful applications of the promotion code “STARTSYFE” and the first 100 successful applications of an eligible affiliate promo code, which meet the eligibility and qualifying criteria.
  • Once the limit of 2,000 applications (for “STARTSYFE” promo code) and 100 applications (for an eligible affiliate promo code) have been reached, the promotion code will be deactivated and subsequent applications of the promotion code will no longer be possible.
  • Syfe reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether the cap has been reached and whether any application qualifies as one of the first 2,000 (for “STARTSYFE” promo code) and 100 (for an eligible affiliate promo code) instances.

5. Qualifying Actions

5.1 To qualify for a Reward under this Promotion, a participant must, within the Qualifying Funding Window, successfully deposit a single lump-sum of Fresh Funds into one or more Eligible Products such that the net funding amount meets one of the applicable deposit tiers. Deposits must be successfully received by Syfe and reflected in the participant’s account. Syfe will determine the time of deposit based on Syfe’s records and systems, which shall be final and conclusive.

5.2 The minimum Qualifying Funding tiers are as follows (each assessed separately for each Eligible Product category): S$2,000; S$5,000; S$10,000; S$50,000; and S$100,000.

5.3 For the avoidance of doubt, the minimum single lump-sum deposit requirement applies separately to each Eligible Product category (Managed Portfolios and Brokerage). Accordingly, participants may qualify for multiple Rewards across product categories if they satisfy the eligibility criteria and qualifying actions for each category independently. 

5.4. The following will not qualify for this Promotion: any funding using SRS monies, any SRS portfolios, any balances held in Cash+ Flexi, any balances held in Cash+ Guaranteed, and any other product not expressly stated as eligible under this Promotion.

5.5. Clients have five (5) days from the date the promo code is successfully applied to meet the funding requirements, after which the promo will no longer be valid.

6. Rewards Structure

Subject to full compliance with these T&Cs, eligible participants will be entitled to the following rewards (each, a “Reward”) based on the Eligible Product funded and the Qualifying Funding tier achieved.

6.1 Reward(s) are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash unless expressly stated otherwise in these T&Cs. Syfe may substitute any Reward with an item of similar value, where necessary, at its sole discretion.

7. Reward Mechanics and Fulfilment

7.1 All rewards are: (a) awarded once per eligible New User; (b) non-transferable; (c) not exchangeable for cash; and (d) not valid in conjunction with any other Syfe promotion, referral programme, welcome offer, fee discount, rebate arrangement or ongoing promotional benefit, unless Syfe expressly states otherwise.

7.2 Managed Portfolios Fee Waiver: Upon the participant’s successful completion of the Holding Period and Syfe’s verification that the participant has achieved at least one Qualifying Deposit in the relevant Managed Portfolio product, Syfe shall apply a fee waiver to the participant’s account in accordance with the applicable Reward tier set out in Clause 6 (Rewards Structure) within thirty (30) working days. The fee waiver shall be capped as specified in the Rewards Structure for the relevant tier, and shall be effective for the corresponding number of consecutive calendar month(s) stated for the relevant tier, commencing upon completion of the Holding Period following Syfe’s final verification. For the avoidance of doubt, the fee waiver shall apply only to Syfe’s management fee(s) or product fee(s) (as applicable) and shall not apply to any third-party fees, transaction costs, taxes, duties or other charges.

7.3 Brokerage Free US trades: “Free US trades” refers to a waiver or rebate of Syfe’s commission for eligible buy and sell orders of US-listed securities placed via Syfe Brokerage, for three (3) consecutive months, starting from the participant’s sign-up date (or, where applicable, the date the participant’s Syfe Brokerage account is successfully opened, as determined by Syfe’s records). Regulatory, exchange, clearing, pass-through, miscellaneous and/or third-party fees (and any FX-related costs) will still apply, where applicable, and remain payable by the user.

7.4 Brokerage Cash Credit Rewards: Please note that cash credits are credited in SGD. The system will process the cash credits within thirty (30) working days after the 30-day holding period completion.

7.5 Timing of Guaranteed Rewards: For the avoidance of doubt, the Brokerage free US trades benefit commences in accordance with Clause 7.3 (i.e. from the participant’s sign-up date (or, where applicable, the date the participant’s Syfe Brokerage account is successfully opened)) and is not dependent on completion of the Holding Period. In contrast, the Managed Portfolios fee waiver and Brokerage cash credits will only be applied and commence after the participant has successfully completed the Holding Period requirements, as determined by Syfe’s records.

7.6 Syfe will use reasonable efforts to apply the applicable Guaranteed Reward in accordance with Clauses 7.2 to 7.4, provided the participant remains eligible. Syfe does not guarantee any specific application timeline.

8. Holding Period

A 30-day Holding Period applies from the date the Qualifying Funding criteria are met and reflected in the relevant Eligible Product. During the Holding Period, participants must maintain at least the qualifying net funding amount for the relevant tier. Any withdrawal, transfer, redemption, or other reduction that results in the net funding falling below the qualifying tier amount during the Holding Period may result in forfeiture, withholding, revocation and/or clawback of the Reward.

For the avoidance of doubt, market movements that change portfolio value will not, on their own, affect eligibility provided that the participant does not withdraw or transfer funds such that the net funding falls below the qualifying amount as assessed by Syfe.

9. Communications

Failure to receive any communication, notification, or update will not by itself entitle any client to any reward if the client has not otherwise satisfied the requirements of this Promotion.

Clients must ensure that they remain subscribed to Syfe communications in order to receive notification emails relating to their participation in the Promotion.

Clients who have unsubscribed from Syfe communications may not receive updates regarding their participation. Syfe may use reasonable efforts to contact such clients through alternative methods where available, but delivery of notifications through such alternative methods is not guaranteed.

10. Currency

All monetary values stated in these T&Cs are denominated in Singapore Dollars (SGD), unless expressly stated otherwise.

11. Collection of Information

By providing information for and/or participating in this Promotion, clients understand and agree that Syfe will collect, use, disclose and otherwise process their personal information for the purposes of administering this Promotion, communicating with clients in relation to their participation, and for other marketing communications, as well as in accordance with Syfe’s Privacy Policy (as may be updated from time to time). Clients may opt out of marketing communications at any time; however, if a client opts out, the client may not receive updates regarding their participation in this Promotion (including fulfillment notifications). Any questions regarding Syfe’s Privacy Policy or treatment of personal information should be directed to [email protected].

12. Release

By participating in the Promotion, the client agrees that Syfe shall not be liable for any loss or damage which may arise in connection with their participation in the Promotion, including (without limitation) any technical issues, system outages, deposit failures, delays, or any act or omission of any third party.

Without limiting the foregoing, the client hereby: (a) forever releases and discharges Syfe and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related and associated entities and their respective employees, directors, officers, suppliers, agents, sponsors and administrators (collectively, the “Releasees”) from and against any and all claims, actions, costs, liabilities, judgments, damages, obligations, losses, penalties and expenses of any kind or nature whatsoever (including legal fees) (collectively, the “Claims”) in any way arising directly or indirectly out of any loss or damage that the client may suffer as a result of, or in connection with, participation in the Promotion or any promotion-related activity, including the use of any Reward; and (b) indemnifies, defends and holds harmless the Releasees from and against any and all damages, losses and expenses (including legal fees) which may be suffered directly or indirectly by reason of the client’s own negligence or wilful misconduct during or in connection with participation in the Promotion.

13. Reservation of Rights

Syfe reserves the right to amend, withdraw, restrict, suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time without notice, and Syfe is the sole arbiter of these rules and any other issue arising under the Promotion. If Syfe suspects fraudulent or abusive behaviour, gaming of the system, inappropriate, offensive or derogatory language or information, or a violation of these T&Cs, Syfe reserves the right to remove all promotional benefits and take any other action it deems appropriate including, but not limited to, removing the Reward retail value from the client’s account (where applicable) and/or closing the client’s account.

14. General

In the event of any inconsistency between these T&Cs and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Promotion, these T&Cs shall prevail.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Promotion and/or these T&Cs shall be referred to and finally resolved by the Courts of Singapore, and both the client and Syfe hereby unconditionally and irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore. These T&Cs shall be governed by Singapore law.

These T&Cs are to be read in conjunction with Syfe’s prevailing account terms, product terms, promotional terms and any other applicable terms and conditions available on Syfe’s website and/or in the Syfe application. Participants remain bound by those terms at all times.
