1. What is the Syfe SFBJOIN Promo?

The Syfe SFBJOIN Promo is a limited-time promotion where eligible Syfe For Business clients can receive up to S$2,000 in cash credits and rewards if they meet the qualifying criteria.

2. Who is eligible for this promotion?

The campaign is open to legal residents of Singapore who:

  • New Syfe for Business clients who have never opened an account and/or deposited funds before.
  • Existing Syfe for Business clients who have never funded into Managed Portfolio or Brokerage.
3. When is the promotion period?

The Promotion will commence on 17 Jun 2026 at 12:00 AM SGT until further notice by Syfe (the “Promotion Period”).

4. How do I participate?
  • Activate the campaign in the Syfe app using promo code SFBJOIN.
  • Invest a single lump-sum fresh fund of at least S$25,000 in Syfe Managed Portfolios or Syfe Brokerage to qualify for the fee waivers (applicable to Managed Portfolios) and cash rewards (applicable to Brokerage). For avoidance of doubt, Qualifying Funding of S$25,000 is not cumulative across Syfe Managed Portfolio and Syfe Brokerage.
    • Clients have 30 days from the date the promo code is successfully applied to meet the funding requirements, after which the promo will no longer be valid.
    • The following will not qualify for this Promotion: any funding using SRS monies, any SRS portfolios, and any other product not expressly stated as eligible under this Promotion.
  • Maintain your funds for 90 days to receive your Syfe rewards.
5. Is there a limit to this promotion?

Participation in this Promotion is limited to the first 1,000 successful applications of the promotion code “SFBJOIN” which meet the eligibility and qualifying criteria.

6. What are “Fresh Funds”?

Fresh Funds” means new monies funded into the client’s Syfe account from an external source during the Promotion Period. Only Fresh Funds will count towards the Qualifying Funding requirement.

7. Can I transfer money from another Syfe portfolio to qualify?

No. Internal transfers between Syfe portfolios or accounts are not considered fresh funds and will not qualify for the promotion.

8. Do I need to keep the funds invested?

Yes, all funds in managed portfolios, cash management or brokerage must remain invested for the required holding period of 90 days which starts from the date the Qualifying Funding criteria are met. If funds are withdrawn early or the balance drops below the required amount, the promotional benefits will be removed.

9. Am I required to trade using the Qualifying Funding in my Brokerage account?

No. To qualify for the Promotion, you need to fund your Brokerage or Managed Portfolio account with at least S$25,000 in fresh funds during the Promotion Period. You may use those funds to trade in Brokerage if you wish, but you are not required to do so. The key requirement is that you meet and maintain the Qualifying Funding amount in your Brokerage or Managed Portfolio account.

10. When will I receive my rewards?

The Brokerage free US trades benefit commences from the participant’s sign-up date (or, where applicable, the date the participant’s Syfe Brokerage account is successfully opened)) and is not dependent on completion of the Holding Period. In contrast, the Managed Portfolios/Cash Management fee waiver and Brokerage cash credits will only be applied and commence within 30 business days (may be subjected to delays) after the participant has successfully completed the Holding Period requirements, as determined by Syfe’s records

11. Can this promotion be combined with other promotions?

Unless otherwise stated, this Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, vouchers, campaigns, or giveaways.

12. Can Syfe change or cancel the promotion?

Yes. Syfe reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period

  • The Syfe SFBJOIN Promo (“Promotion”) is organised by Syfe Pte. Ltd. (“Syfe”).
  • The Promotion will commence on 17 June 2026 at 12:00 AM SGT until further notice by Syfe (the “Promotion Period”).
  • Eligible clients who satisfy all Promotion requirements will receive up to 6 months of fee waiver for eligible Managed Portfolios/Cash Management, and up to S$800 cash credits and free trades for Brokerage.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Promotion, a person must:

  • New Syfe for Business clients who have never opened an account and/or deposited funds before.
    • successfully apply the designated promotion code in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
    • complete the required Qualifying Funding during the Promotion Period using Fresh Funds; and
    • meet all other requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, this Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, vouchers, campaigns, or giveaways.

Grace Period: Clients who have funded their account but forgot to apply the promo code will have fourteen (14) calendar days from the initial funding date to do so. Requests submitted after this grace period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be sent to our customer support team at [email protected].

Stackability: Unless otherwise stated, this Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, vouchers, campaigns, or giveaways.

Syfe reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to determine whether any person has met the eligibility requirements for this Promotion.

3. Promotion Cap

  • Participation in this Promotion is limited to the first 1,000 successful applications of the promotion code “SFBJOIN” which meet the eligibility and qualifying criteria.
  • Once the limit of 1,000 applications has been reached, the promotion code will be deactivated and subsequent applications of the promotion code will no longer be possible.
  • Syfe reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether the cap has been reached and whether any application qualifies as one of the first 1,000 instances.

4. Application of Promotion Code

  • To participate in the Promotion, an eligible client must apply the designated promotion code before completing the Qualifying Funding.
  • Application of a promotion code does not by itself entitle a client to receive any reward. Clients must satisfy all eligibility requirements, Qualifying Funding requirements, and all other applicable conditions under these Terms and Conditions.

5. Qualifying Actions

  • To qualify for a Reward under this Promotion, a participant must, within the Qualifying Funding Window, successfully deposit a single lump-sum of Fresh Funds into one or more Eligible Products such that the net funding amount meets one of the applicable deposit tiers. Deposits must be successfully received by Syfe and reflected in the participant’s account. Syfe will determine the time of deposit based on Syfe’s records and systems, which shall be final and conclusive.
  • The minimum Qualifying Funding tiers are as follows (each assessed separately for each Eligible Product category): S$25,000; S$50,000; S$100,000; S$250,000; and S$500,000.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, the minimum single lump-sum deposit requirement applies separately to each Eligible Product category (Managed Portfolios, Cash Management and Brokerage). Accordingly, participants may qualify for multiple Rewards across product categories if they satisfy the eligibility criteria and qualifying actions for each category independently. 
  • Transfers between Managed Portfolios, Cash Management, and/or Brokerage do not count towards Qualifying Funding. 
  • Any withdrawal, redemption, transfer out, or recycling of funds followed by re-funding will be disregarded by Syfe in determining whether the Fresh Funds requirement has been satisfied.
  • The following will not qualify for this Promotion: any funding using SRS monies, any SRS portfolios, and any other product not expressly stated as eligible under this Promotion.
  • Clients have thirty (30) days from the date the promo code is successfully applied to meet the funding requirements, after which the promo will no longer be valid.

6. Reward Structure

  • Subject to full compliance with these T&Cs, eligible participants will be entitled to the following rewards (each, a “Reward”) for eligible Managed Portfolios and Brokerage based on the Eligible Product funded and the Qualifying Funding tier achieved.

7. Holding Period and Maintenance of Qualifying Funding

  • A holding period of 90 days applies to the client’s Qualifying Funding in Managed Portfolio, Cash Management or Brokerage (the “Holding Period”). Clients must maintain their Qualifying Funding during the Holding Period in order to receive the full rewards for Managed Portfolio, Cash Management or Brokerage.
  • Any withdrawal, transfer, redemption, or other reduction that results in the client’s average daily balance falling below the qualifying amount for the respective tiers during the Holding Period will result in forfeiture, withholding, revocation, adjustment, and/or clawback of the reward, in whole or in part.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, market movements that change portfolio value will not, on their own, affect eligibility, provided that the participant does not withdraw or transfer funds such that the participant’s average net funding falls below the qualifying amount, as assessed by Syfe in its sole discretion.
  • Syfe reserves the right to disqualify clients or adjust rewards in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, abuse of the Promotion, or attempts to game the system, including but not limited to withdrawals and re-funding of monies for the purpose of artificially satisfying the Promotion criteria.

8. Reward Crediting

  • Managed Portfolios Fee Waiver: Upon the participant’s successful completion of the Holding Period and Syfe’s verification that the participant has achieved at least one Qualifying Deposit in the relevant Managed Portfolio product, Syfe shall apply a fee waiver to the participant’s account in accordance with the applicable Reward tier set out in Clause 6 (Rewards Structure) within thirty (30) working days. The fee waiver shall be capped as specified in the Rewards Structure for the relevant tier, and shall be effective for the corresponding number of consecutive calendar month(s) stated for the relevant tier, commencing upon completion of the Holding Period following Syfe’s final verification. For the avoidance of doubt, the fee waiver shall apply only to Syfe’s management fee(s) or product fee(s) (as applicable) and shall not apply to any third-party fees, transaction costs, taxes, duties or other charges.
  • Brokerage Free US trades: “Free US trades” refers to a waiver or rebate of Syfe’s commission for eligible buy and sell orders of US-listed securities placed via Syfe Brokerage starting from the participant’s sign-up date (or, where applicable, the date the participant’s Syfe Brokerage account is successfully opened, as determined by Syfe’s records). Regulatory, exchange, clearing, pass-through, miscellaneous and/or third-party fees (and any FX-related costs) will still apply, where applicable, and remain payable by the user.
  • Brokerage Cash Credit Rewards: Please note that cash credits are credited in USD. The system will process the cash credits within thirty (30) working days after the 90-day holding period completion.
  • If a client fails to satisfy any eligibility condition, Qualifying Funding requirement, Holding Period requirement, or any other applicable requirement under these Terms and Conditions, Syfe will withhold, adjust, revoke, or decline to credit the reward.

9. Communications

  • Clients must ensure that they remain subscribed to Syfe communications in order to receive notification emails relating to their participation in the Promotion.
  • Clients who have unsubscribed from Syfe communications may not receive updates regarding their participation. Syfe may use reasonable efforts to contact such clients through alternative methods where available, but delivery of notifications through such alternative methods is not guaranteed.
  • Failure to receive any communication, notification, or update will not by itself entitle any client to any reward if the client has not otherwise satisfied the requirements of this Promotion.

10. Currency

  • All monetary values stated in these Terms and Conditions are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

11. Collection of Information

  • By providing information for this Promotion, clients understand and agree that Syfe will collect and use their personal information for the purpose of administering this Promotion, for marketing communications, and in accordance with Syfe’s Privacy Policy.
  • Clients may opt out of marketing communications at any time. If a client chooses to opt out, the client may not receive updates regarding participation in this Promotion.

12. Release and Indemnity

  • By participating in the Promotion, each client agrees that Syfe shall not be liable for any loss or damage which may arise in connection with participation in the Promotion.
  • Without limiting the foregoing, each client releases and discharges Syfe and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related and associated entities, and each of their employees, directors, officers, suppliers, agents, sponsors, and administrators (collectively, the “Releasees”) from and against any and all claims, actions, costs, liabilities, judgments, damages, obligations, losses, penalties, and expenses of any kind or nature whatsoever, including legal fees, arising directly or indirectly out of any loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with, participation in the Promotion or any promotion-related activity, including the use of any reward.
  • Each client further indemnifies, defends, and holds harmless the Releasees from and against any and all damages, loss, and expenses, including legal fees, suffered directly or indirectly by reason of the client’s own negligence or wilful misconduct during or in connection with participation in the Promotion.

13. Reservation of Rights

  • Syfe reserves the right to amend, withdraw, suspend, or restrict the Promotion at any time without notice, subject to applicable law.
  • Syfe is the sole arbiter of these Terms and Conditions and any other issue arising under the Promotion.
  • If Syfe suspects fraudulent or abusive behaviour, gaming of the system, inappropriate, offensive, or derogatory language or information, or any violation of these Terms and Conditions, Syfe reserves the right to remove a client from the Promotion and take any other action it deems appropriate, including but not limited to removing the value of any reward from the client’s account or closing the client’s account.

14. General

  • In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity, FAQ, or other materials relating to or in connection with this Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  • Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions shall be referred to and finally resolved by the Courts of Singapore, and both the client and Syfe hereby unconditionally and irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
