How to Participate

1. On the platform where you are viewing the post, ensure you:
   • Follow Syfe’s official account on that platform;
   • Comment on the post by tagging 2 friends;
   • Like the post; and
   • Share/repost the post.
2. Repeat on additional platforms if you wish to submit more than one entry (see Clause 5 on multiple entries).

1. Participation Period

The Syfe Mid-Autumn Lucky Draw Contest (“Lucky Draw Contest”) is organised by Syfe Pte. Ltd. (“Syfe”).

The Lucky Draw Contest will run from Friday, 18 September 2026, 12:00 PM SGT to Tuesday, 22 September 2026, 11:59 PM SGT (the “Participation Period”).

Syfe reserves the right to extend the Contest Period and/or amend these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. Any such changes will take effect from the date of publication, unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw Contest, a person must:

• be a legal resident of Singapore;
• be at least 18 years old at the time of participation;
• hold a valid, active account on the relevant social media platform (Instagram, TikTok, X, and/or Facebook) on which they are submitting their entry; and
• meet all other requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.

Participation in this Lucky Draw Contest constitutes an Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions and Syfe’s decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Lucky Draw Contest, save for any rights a Participant may have under applicable law. Syfe will use the social media account handles associated with the Entrant’s submission at the time of entry. Entrants are not allowed to (i) change their social media account handle used for submitting their entry after submission or (ii) use more than one account per social media platform to submit multiple entries; one person is allowed one entry only per social media platform.

Syfe reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to determine whether any person has met the eligibility requirements for this Lucky Draw Contest.

3. Qualifying Actions

3.1 To submit a valid entry, a participant must, on a single social media platform (Instagram, TikTok, X, or Facebook), during the Contest Period:

(a) follow Syfe’s official account on that platform;

(b) like the designated campaign post;

(c) comment on the designated campaign post and tag 2 friends in that comment; and

(d) share or repost the designated campaign post,

(collectively, the “Qualifying Actions”).

3.2 A participant must complete all Qualifying Actions on the same platform for that entry to be valid. Completing only some of the Qualifying Actions on a platform will not constitute a valid entry on that platform.

3.3 Syfe will determine, in its sole discretion and based on its own records, whether a participant has satisfied the Qualifying Actions.

3.4 Participants’ comments, posts, and profiles used to submit an entry must be set to public for the duration of the Contest Period and until winners have been announced, to allow Syfe to verify entries. Syfe will not be able to verify, and may disqualify, any entry that it cannot access due to privacy settings.

3.5 By tagging any other individual in a comment, the participant represents and warrants that they have obtained that individual’s clear and unambiguous prior consent to be tagged in connection with this Lucky Draw Contest. The participant is solely responsible for obtaining such consent, and Syfe accepts no liability in connection with any failure to do so.

3.6 Syfe reserves the right, without notice, to disqualify or hide any entry that it considers, in its sole discretion, to be incomplete, illegible, incomprehensible, misleading, deceptive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

4. Multiple Entries

Participants may submit up to one (1) entry per platform. Each platform counts as a separate entry, so a participant who independently completes all Qualifying Actions on Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook may have up to 4 entries in total — one per platform.

Only one entry will be counted per platform per participant. Additional or repeated comments, likes, shares, or follows on the same platform by the same participant will not increase that participant’s number of entries on that platform.

If any fraud or abuse by an Entrant is found or suspected by Syfe (including but not limited to the utilisation of multiple fake accounts), or if any entry does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or is deemed to be of poor quality, incomplete, illegible, incomprehensible, misleading, deceptive, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate in the opinion of Syfe, Syfe reserves the right to disqualify that participant’s entry without notice, through deleting or hiding such comments, and to take any necessary legal action.

5. Lucky Draw and Winner Selection

5.1 At the close of the Contest Period, Syfe will compile a single consolidated pool (the “Draw Pool”) comprising all valid entries collected across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X, where a valid entry is one submitted by a participant who has completed the Qualifying Actions in full on at least one platform (each, an “Eligible Entry”).

5.2 Syfe will conduct a random lucky draw from the Draw Pool within 7 business days after the end of the Contest Period (the “Draw Date”). 

5.3 Ten (10) winners will be randomly selected from the Draw Pool. For the avoidance of doubt, all Eligible Entries across all platforms are consolidated into a single Draw Pool, and a participant who submits valid entries across multiple platforms shall not thereby increase their chances of selection beyond the number of Entries validly earned. Each participant may win a maximum of one (1) prize under this Lucky Draw Contest, regardless of the number of Eligible Entries submitted by that participant across platforms.

5.4 If fewer than ten (10) Eligible Entries are received, Syfe reserves the right to award fewer than ten (10) prizes accordingly.

5.5 Syfe’s decision on the selection of winners is final and binding, save for any rights a Participant may have under applicable law.

6. Lucky Draw Prize

6.1 Each of the 10 winners selected under Clause 5 will receive one (1) set of Syfe mooncakes (Single Yolk White Lotus Baked Skin) (the “Prize”), subject to these Terms and Conditions.

6.2 The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, in whole or in part. Syfe may substitute the Prize with an item of comparable specification at its sole discretion, including where the specified flavour or product is unavailable for any reason.

6.3 Syfe reserves the right to publicise the social media handle(s) of winners across its own platforms, and to archive and reuse posts, stories, comments, or other content related to this Lucky Draw Contest (including mentions or features of winners) at its sole discretion.

7. Prize Fulfilment and Collection

7.1 The Prize is available for collection only. Syfe will not schedule or arrange delivery of the Prize to any winner.

7.2 Winners will be notified of the collection address and available collection window at the time of winner notification under Clause 8. A winner may be required to present identification for verification purposes at the point of collection.

7.3 A winner may, at their own discretion, cost, and responsibility, arrange for a third party (including but not limited to a courier or delivery service of the winner’s choosing) to collect the Prize from the Syfe office on the winner’s behalf, or to arrange their own onward delivery after collection. Syfe accepts no responsibility for the condition of the Prize, or for any loss or damage, once it has left the Syfe office, whether collected by the winner or by a third party on the winner’s behalf.

7.4 If a winner fails to collect the Prize within the collection window notified by Syfe, the Prize will be deemed forfeited, and Syfe reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining Eligible Entries under Clause 8.2.

7.5 As the Prize is a perishable food item, Syfe advises winners to collect and consume the Prize within the timeframe communicated at the point of collection. The Prize may contain egg, wheat/gluten, and other common allergens; winners with dietary restrictions or allergies should check with Syfe before consuming.

8. Winner Notification

8.1 Winners will be notified by Syfe via direct message on the platform on which they entered and/or reply to their winning comment, within 14 business days of the Draw Date. 

8.2 Winners who do not respond to Syfe’s notification within 14 days of being notified may forfeit their Prize, and Syfe reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining Eligible Entries.

9. Multi-Platform Disclosure

This Lucky Draw Contest is conducted across multiple third-party social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook). Participation requirements, including the specific comment, tag, like, and share/repost functions, are governed by the respective terms of use of each platform, in addition to these Terms and Conditions. Participants are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with the terms of use of any platform on which they choose to participate.

10. Platform Disclaimers

This Lucky Draw Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (including Instagram and Facebook), TikTok Pte. Ltd., or X Corp. Participants acknowledge that they are providing information to Syfe and not to any of these platforms.

11. Communications

Winners must ensure that the contact details or platform account through which they are notified remain active and accessible, in order to receive notification of their win and collection instructions.

Syfe will use the social media account handles associated with the participant’s submission at the time of entry. Participants are not allowed to change their social media account handle used for submitting their entry after submission.

Syfe may use reasonable efforts to contact winners through alternative methods where available, but delivery of notifications through such alternative methods is not guaranteed.

Syfe is not responsible for any undelivered direct messages, comment replies, or other notifications, including where such notifications are diverted to a spam, junk, or requests folder as a result of a winner’s own privacy or spam filter settings.

Failure to receive any communication, notification, or update will not by itself entitle any participant to any Prize if the participant has not otherwise satisfied the requirements of this Lucky Draw Contest.

12. Collection of Information

By participating in this Lucky Draw Contest, participants understand and agree that Syfe will collect, use, disclose and otherwise process their personal information (including information visible on their public social media profile and comments) for the purposes of administering this Lucky Draw Contest, verifying entries, contacting winners, and for other marketing communications, as well as in accordance with Syfe’s Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time; however, if a participant opts out, they may not receive updates regarding their participation in this Lucky Draw Contest, including winner notifications.

13. Release and Indemnity

By participating in the Lucky Draw Contest, the participant agrees that Syfe shall not be liable for any loss or damage which may arise in connection with their participation in the Lucky Draw Contest, including (without limitation) any technical issues, system outages, delays, or any act or omission of any third party (including any courier or delivery service arranged by the winner under Clause 7.3).

Without limiting the foregoing, the participant hereby: (a) forever releases and discharges Syfe and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related and associated entities and their respective employees, directors, officers, suppliers, agents, sponsors and administrators (collectively, the “Releasees”) from and against any and all claims, actions, costs, liabilities, judgments, damages, obligations, losses, penalties and expenses of any kind or nature whatsoever (including legal fees) in any way arising directly or indirectly out of any loss or damage that the participant may suffer as a result of, or in connection with, participation in the Lucky Draw Contest or any related activity, including the collection, delivery, or consumption of the Prize; and (b) indemnifies, defends and holds harmless the Releasees from and against any and all damages, losses and expenses (including legal fees) which may be suffered directly or indirectly by reason of the participant’s own negligence or wilful misconduct during or in connection with participation in the Lucky Draw Contest.

14. Reservation of Rights

Syfe reserves the right to amend, withdraw, restrict, suspend or terminate the Lucky Draw Contest at any time where reasonably necessary (including for legal or regulatory reasons), with notice to Participants where required under applicable law. Syfe is the sole arbiter of these Terms and Conditions and any other issue arising under the Lucky Draw Contest.

If Syfe suspects fraudulent or abusive behaviour, gaming of the system (including the use of multiple accounts by the same individual to submit multiple entries per platform), inappropriate, offensive, or derogatory language or information, or any violation of these Terms and Conditions, Syfe reserves the right to disqualify the relevant participant, remove them from the Lucky Draw Contest, and take any other action it deems appropriate, including but not limited to withholding or reclaiming the Prize.

15. General

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Lucky Draw Contest, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Lucky Draw Contest and/or these Terms and Conditions shall be referred to and finally resolved by the Courts of Singapore, and both the participant and Syfe hereby unconditionally and irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Singapore law.

These Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with Syfe’s prevailing account terms, product terms, promotional terms and any other applicable terms and conditions available on Syfe’s website and/or in the Syfe application. Participants remain bound by those terms at all times.

16. Disclaimers

This content is intended solely to provide general information and should not be viewed as financial advice, nor is it intended to market any specific investment or to offer or recommend the purchase or sale of any specific investment product or security.

This content is directed at and restricted, as applicable, to individuals resident in or entities having a place of business or operations in Singapore. Syfe makes no representation that the material and information contained herein are appropriate or available for use in other jurisdictions.

No warranty whatsoever is given and no liability whatsoever is accepted for any loss arising, whether directly or indirectly, as a result of any person acting based on this information.

17. Additional Provisions

This Lucky Draw Contest is intended for residents of Singapore only. Syfe makes no warranty about the suitability or accuracy of any information and is not liable for losses resulting from participation in the Lucky Draw Contest. Clients should seek independent advice where appropriate.
