Terms and Conditions


1. Promotion Period

  • The Syfe Payday Promo (“Promotion”) is organised by Syfe Pte. Ltd. (“Syfe”).
  • The Promotion will commence on 27 March 2026 at 12:00 AM SGT and end on 10 April 2026 at 11:59 PM SGT (the “Promotion Period”).
  • Eligible clients who satisfy all Promotion requirements will receive a promotional top-up equivalent to a total of 4.5% p.a. for 30 days capped on S$ 10,000 in their Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Promotion, a person must:

  • be a new-to-Syfe client, defined as either (i) an individual who has not yet registered for a Syfe account; or (ii) an individual who has registered for a Syfe account but has not yet funded any account with Syfe;
  • be a Syfe client who has not had any active portfolios since 1 August 2025;
  • for the purposes of this Promotion, have no active portfolio, where an active portfolio means any portfolio that holds funds in any of Syfe’s three verticals: Managed Portfolios, Cash Management, or Brokerage;
  • be a legal resident of Singapore;
  • be at least 18 years old at the time of participation;
  • successfully apply the designated promotion code in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
  • complete the required Qualifying Funding during the Promotion Period using Fresh Funds; and
  • meet all other requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, this Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, vouchers, campaigns, or giveaways.

Syfe reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to determine whether any person has met the eligibility requirements for this Promotion.

3. Promotion Cap

  • Participation in this Promotion is limited to the first 2,000 successful applications of the promotion code “PAYDAY” which meet the eligibility and qualifying criteria.
  • Once the limit of 2,000 applications has been reached, the promotion code will be deactivated and subsequent applications of the promotion code will no longer be possible.
  • Syfe reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether the cap has been reached and whether any application qualifies as one of the first 2,000 instances.

4. Application of Promotion Code

  • To participate in the Promotion, an eligible client must apply the designated promotion code before completing the Qualifying Funding.
  • Application of a promotion code does not by itself entitle a client to receive any reward. Clients must satisfy all eligibility requirements, Qualifying Funding requirements, and all other applicable conditions under these Terms and Conditions.

5. Qualifying Funding

  • Eligible clients who apply the promotion code and complete funding of their Brokerage account with a minimum of S$5,000 in Fresh Funds during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Funding”) will be eligible to receive the promotional top-up on their Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
  • Fresh Funds” means new monies funded into the client’s Syfe account from an external source during the Promotion Period. Only Fresh Funds will count towards the Qualifying Funding requirement. 
  • Transfers between Managed Portfolios, Cash Management, and/or Brokerage do not count towards Qualifying Funding. 
  • Any withdrawal, redemption, transfer out, or recycling of funds followed by re-funding will be disregarded by Syfe in determining whether the Fresh Funds requirement has been satisfied.
  • The following will not qualify for this Promotion: any funding using SRS monies, any SRS portfolios, any balances held in Cash+ Flexi USD, any balances held in Cash+ Guaranteed, and any other product not expressly stated as eligible under this Promotion.

6. Reward Mechanics

  • Eligible clients will earn promotional returns equivalent to 4.5% p.a. for 30 days on the first S$10,000 funded into a Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio.
  • A Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio must be successfully created and funded in order for the client to benefit from the promotional top-up. There is no minimum funding amount required for the client’s Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio itself. However, the client must satisfy the Qualifying Funding requirement in Brokerage in order to be eligible for the Promotion.
  • The Promotion applies only to the client’s Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio. Any funds invested into any other Cash portfolio or cash management solution, including but not limited to Cash+ Flexi USD and Cash+ Guaranteed, will not benefit from the promotional top-up.
  • The additional bonus (i.e. difference between 4.5% p.a. and Cash+ Flexi SGD actual return) will be credited in lump-sum to the same Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio within 30 business days after the 30-day holding period ends.
  • The difference is to be made up by Syfe and will be calculated based on the client’s daily balance. Daily bonus = daily balance * (4.5% p.a. – Cash+ Flexi SGD’s actual yield on the day) / 365).
  • During the promotion period, Syfe only tops up the difference between 4.5% p.a. and the actual return rate of Cash+ Flexi SGD for the first S$10,000 for up to 30 days. Any additional funds above S$10,000 will earn the actual returns of Cash+ Flexi SGD. Beyond S$10,000 for the first 30 days, the principal investment and return rate is not guaranteed and not covered by the top-up.

7. Bonus Period

  • The promotional bonus yield under this Promotion will be calculated for the period from 11 April 2026 to 11 May 2026, both dates inclusive (the “Bonus Period”).
  • The bonus yield will be calculated based on the client’s daily balance in their eligible Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio during the Bonus Period, subject to the first S$10,000 of daily balance.
  • Clients may fund or withdraw from their Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio during the Bonus Period, and the eligible amount for each day’s calculation will depend on that day’s portfolio balance.

8. Holding Period and Maintenance of Qualifying Funding

  • A holding period of 30 days applies to the client’s Qualifying Funding in Brokerage (the “Holding Period”). Clients must maintain their Qualifying Funding during the Holding Period in order to receive the full reward of the bonus yield.
  • Any withdrawal, transfer, redemption, or other reduction that results in the client’s average daily balance falling below the qualifying amount of S$5,000 during the Holding Period will result in forfeiture, withholding, revocation, adjustment, and/or clawback of the reward, in whole or in part.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, market movements that change portfolio value will not, on their own, affect eligibility, provided that the participant does not withdraw or transfer funds such that the participant’s average net funding falls below the qualifying amount, as assessed by Syfe in its sole discretion.
  • Syfe reserves the right to disqualify clients or adjust rewards in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, abuse of the Promotion, or attempts to game the system, including but not limited to withdrawals and re-funding of monies for the purpose of artificially satisfying the Promotion criteria.

9. Reward Crediting

  • The promotional bonus yield will be credited as a lump sum into the client’s Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio within 30 business days after the Bonus Period has ended.
  • To ensure that the reward can be processed efficiently and credited accurately and on time, clients should keep their Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio active until the reward has been credited.
  • Clients should maintain a minimum balance of at least S$0.10 in their Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio until the reward has been credited. After the Bonus Period has ended, clients may withdraw their funds if needed, provided that at least S$0.10 remains in the Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio for the purpose of receiving the later reward credit.
  • If there is no active Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio at the time of reward crediting, where permitted under applicable law and internal policies, Syfe may automatically create a new Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio for the purpose of crediting the reward. This may result in administrative or processing delays.
  • If a client fails to satisfy any eligibility condition, Qualifying Funding requirement, Holding Period requirement, or any other applicable requirement under these Terms and Conditions, Syfe will withhold, adjust, revoke, or decline to credit the reward.

10. Communications

  • Clients must ensure that they remain subscribed to Syfe communications in order to receive notification emails relating to their participation in the Promotion.
  • Clients who have unsubscribed from Syfe communications may not receive updates regarding their participation. Syfe may use reasonable efforts to contact such clients through alternative methods where available, but delivery of notifications through such alternative methods is not guaranteed.
  • Failure to receive any communication, notification, or update will not by itself entitle any client to any reward if the client has not otherwise satisfied the requirements of this Promotion.

11. Currency

  • All monetary values stated in these Terms and Conditions are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

12. Collection of Information

  • By providing information for this Promotion, clients understand and agree that Syfe will collect and use their personal information for the purpose of administering this Promotion, for marketing communications, and in accordance with Syfe’s Privacy Policy.
  • Clients may opt out of marketing communications at any time. If a client chooses to opt out, the client may not receive updates regarding participation in this Promotion.

13. Release and Indemnity

  • By participating in the Promotion, each client agrees that Syfe shall not be liable for any loss or damage which may arise in connection with participation in the Promotion.
  • Without limiting the foregoing, each client releases and discharges Syfe and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related and associated entities, and each of their employees, directors, officers, suppliers, agents, sponsors, and administrators (collectively, the “Releasees”) from and against any and all claims, actions, costs, liabilities, judgments, damages, obligations, losses, penalties, and expenses of any kind or nature whatsoever, including legal fees, arising directly or indirectly out of any loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with, participation in the Promotion or any promotion-related activity, including the use of any reward.
  • Each client further indemnifies, defends, and holds harmless the Releasees from and against any and all damages, loss, and expenses, including legal fees, suffered directly or indirectly by reason of the client’s own negligence or wilful misconduct during or in connection with participation in the Promotion.

14. Reservation of Rights

  • Syfe reserves the right to amend, withdraw, suspend, or restrict the Promotion at any time without notice, subject to applicable law.
  • Syfe is the sole arbiter of these Terms and Conditions and any other issue arising under the Promotion.
  • If Syfe suspects fraudulent or abusive behaviour, gaming of the system, inappropriate, offensive, or derogatory language or information, or any violation of these Terms and Conditions, Syfe reserves the right to remove a client from the Promotion and take any other action it deems appropriate, including but not limited to removing the value of any reward from the client’s account or closing the client’s account.

15. General

  • In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity, FAQ, or other materials relating to or in connection with this Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  • Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions shall be referred to and finally resolved by the Courts of Singapore, and both the client and Syfe hereby unconditionally and irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.

16. Disclaimers
