Terms & Conditions

The Syfe Private Wealth Promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by Syfe Pte. Ltd. (“Syfe”). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the terms outlined in the client’s customer agreement, and to accept Syfe’s decisions regarding all matters related to the Promotion.

1. Promotion Period

The Promotion is valid from 1st May 2025 till 31st December 2025, 23:59 SGT SGT (the “Promotion Period”).

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Promotion, the individual must become a Syfe Private Wealth member by fulfilling all of the following criteria during the Promotion Period:

successfully sign up as a Syfe Accredited Investor (AI);
maintain a minimum Assets Under Management (AUM) of SGD$350,000 with Syfe during the Promotion Period; and
invest a minimum of US$50,000 in Syfe’s Accredited Investor (AI) offerings

Post-Promotion Requirement
Following the end of the Promotion Period, clients must maintain a minimum AUM of SGD $500,000 with Syfe to retain their Private Wealth membership status.

3. Platinum Tier Upgrade

Eligibility: The Platinum Tier Upgrade is exclusively available to Syfe Private Wealth members.

Upgrade Activation: Upon successful qualification as a Private Wealth member, Platinum tier status will be reflected in the client’s account within 14 business days.

Platinum Tier Benefits: As a Platinum tier client, you will enjoy a 25% reduction in Syfe’s managed portfolio fees. For full details, please refer to Syfe’s pricing page.

Ongoing Eligibility:

Platinum tier status and benefits will be revoked if, at any point during the Promotion Period,
The client’s Assets Under Management (AUM) falls below SGD$350,000, and/or
They have less than US$50,000 invested in Syfe’s Accredited Investor (AI) offerings.

4. Cash Boost

Eligibility: The Cash Boost Promotion is exclusively available to Syfe Private Wealth members. Clients must join as a Private Wealth member on or before 31 December 2025, 23:59 SGT to be eligible.

Qualification Criteria:
To qualify for the bonus return,

Clients must fund their Cash+ Flexi USD portfolio with fresh funds.
Clients must maintain a 2:1 ratio between their total investments in Syfe’s Accredited Investor offerings and the amount eligible for the Cash Boost.

Example: To receive bonus returns on up to US$25,000 in fresh funds in the Cash+ Flexi USD portfolio, a client must invest at least US$50,000 in AI offerings.

Bonus Return Details:
Eligible clients will receive an additional +0.25% p.a. return on top of the prevailing Cash+ Flexi USD yield.
The bonus return is applicable for a period of 90 calendar days.
The bonus period begins on the 1st of the month following the month in which the client qualifies as a Private Wealth member.
Example: A client who qualifies in May will start receiving bonus returns from 1 June.

Fresh Funds Requirement:
Only fresh funds deposited during the promotion period are eligible.
Existing holdings in the Cash+ Flexi USD portfolio prior to the promotion period will not be eligible.

Bonus Cap and Calculation:
The +0.25% p.a. bonus return is capped at the first US$100,000 in fresh funds.
Any amount exceeding US$100,000 will earn only the prevailing yield.
The eligible amount is calculated based on the daily average balance of fresh funds during the 90-day bonus period.

Bonus Return Credit:
The bonus return will be credited as a lump sum to the client’s Cash+ Flexi USD portfolio within 30 business days after the end of the 90-day period.
To ensure accurate and timely crediting, clients are advised to keep their Cash+ Flexi USD portfolio active with a minimum balance of at least US$0.10 until the bonus is credited.
If there is no active Cash+ Flexi USD portfolio at the time of crediting, Syfe will automatically create one; however, this may lead to delays.

Ongoing Eligibility:
The bonus return will be suspended if, at any point during the Promotion Period,
The client’s Assets Under Management (AUM) falls below SGD$350,000, and/or
They have less than US$50,000 invested in Syfe’s AI offerings, and/or
They do not maintain the required 2:1 ratio between AI investments and Cash+ Flexi USD fresh funds.

5. New-to-Syfe 2025 Fee Waivers

Eligibility:

The New-to-Syfe 2025 Fee Waivers Promotion is exclusively available to new-to-Syfe clients, defined as,

Individuals who have not registered for a Syfe account; or
Individuals who have registered but have not funded their account.

How to Qualify: To enjoy the fee waivers, eligible clients must complete the know-your-customer (KYC) process and apply the unique promo code “PWWAIVER” before funding their account. In the event that the client forgets to apply the promo code before funding, they have 14 days to do so.

Promotion Details:

The fee waiver applies exclusively to investments in Syfe’s Managed Portfolios, and excludes SRS and Accredited Investor (AI) portfolios.
The waiver is capped at a maximum investment of S$100,000.
Standard management fees will apply initially and be rebated at the end of each calendar quarter.
Unless stated otherwise, this promo code cannot be stacked with another active promo code.

Rebate Process:

Rebates will be credited to any of the client’s active Managed Portfolio (excluding SRS and Accredited Investor portfolios) on a monthly basis.
To ensure accurate and timely crediting, clients are advised to keep at least one their Managed Portfolio active by maintaining a minimum balance of at least US$0.10 until the rebate is credited.
If there is no active Managed Portfolio at the time of crediting, Syfe will automatically create a Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio to facilitate the crediting; however, this may lead to delays.

Fee Waiver Validity: The fee waiver is valid until 31 December 2025, 23:59 SGT. After this date, standard management fees will apply.

Ongoing Eligibility:

Fee rebates will be suspended if, at any point during the Promotion Period:

The client’s Assets Under Management (AUM) falls below SGD$350,000, and/or
They have less than US$50,000 invested in Syfe’s Accredited Investor (AI) offerings.

6. Referral Bonus

Eligibility Criteria:

To qualify for the Referral Bonus, the referrer must meet all of the following conditions:

Be an active Syfe Private Wealth member.
Successfully refer a friend to sign up and qualify as a Syfe Private Wealth member.
Submit the referral form, including the mobile numbers of eligible referees.

Referral Bonus Calculation and Credit:

Syfe will calculate the number of successful referrals at the end of each calendar quarter.
The corresponding referral cash bonus will be credited at the start of the following quarter.
Bonuses will be credited and invested into any of the referrer’s active Managed Portfolio or Cash Management portfolio.
To ensure accurate and timely crediting, clients are advised to keep at least one their portfolios (excluding SRS, Cash+ Guaranteed or Accreditted Investor portfolios) active by maintaining a minimum balance of at least US$0.10 until the bonus is credited.
If there is no active portfolios at the time of crediting, Syfe will automatically create a Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio to facilitate the crediting; however, this may lead to delays.

Usage Guidelines:

Referrals must be used strictly for personal and non-commercial purposes, unless expressly approved by Syfe.
Referral codes must not be published or distributed on commercial platforms such as coupon websites, Reddit, Wikipedia, or blogs, without prior written authorisation from Syfe.
Clients are strictly prohibited from “spamming” others with referral invitations. This includes: mass emailing, texting, or messaging individuals who are not personally known to the client, using automated systems or bots to distribute referral codes, and paying for advertisements to promote referral codes.

Referral Limits: There is no limit to the number of referrals a client may make. We encourage clients to share Syfe with friends and family to maximise their referral rewards.

7. Curated Wine Package

Eligibility: The Curated Wine Package is exclusively available to Syfe Private Wealth members.

Gift Details: Eligible clients will receive a curated wine bundle worth approximately S$120, presented in partnership with BoundbyWine. Please note that this is a one-time welcome gift and is non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash or other items.

Redemption Process:

Clients will receive the wine redemption code and instructions via email on the 1st of the month following the month in which they qualify as a Private Wealth member.
Example: If a client qualifies in May, they will receive the email on 1 June.
Clients must join as a Private Wealth member on or before 31 December 2025, 23:59 SGT to be eligible.
The wine package must be redeemed by 31 March 2026, 23:59 SGT.
Codes not redeemed by this date will be forfeited. No extensions, replacements, or reissues will be provided for expired, lost, or unclaimed codes.

Vendor Fulfillment & Responsibility: Syfe is not responsible for the fulfillment, delivery, quality, or availability of the wine bundle. All issues regarding redemption, product quality, or delivery should be directed to BoundbyWine.

Age Requirement: Clients must be 18 years or older to redeem the wine bundle. By participating in this offer, clients confirm they meet the legal drinking age in Singapore and agree to consume alcohol responsibly.

Data Privacy: To facilitate redemption, the client’s email address will be shared with the vendor (BoundbyWine) solely for the purpose of fulfilling this perk, in accordance with Syfe’s Privacy Policy.

8. Others

Collection of Information: By providing your information for this Promotion, clients understand and agree that Syfe will collect and use their personal information for the purpose of this Promotion, other marketing communications, as well as in accordance with Syfe’s Privacy Policy, available here. You may opt out of marketing communication at any time. Any questions regarding Syfe’s Privacy Policy or treatment of your personal information should be directed to [email protected].
Release: By participating in the Promotion, Referrer assumes all risk of injury, illness, disease, death, or any other damage which may arise in connection with their participation in the Promotion. Without limiting the foregoing, Referrer hereby:(a) forever releases and discharges Syfe and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related and associated entities and employees, directors, officers, suppliers, agents, sponsors and administrators of each, from and against any and all claims, actions, costs, liabilities, judgments, damages, obligations, losses, penalties, and expenses of any kind or nature whatsoever (including legal fees) in any way arising directly or indirectly out of any injury, loss, or damage that Referrer may suffer as a result of, or in connection with the participation in the Promotion or any promotion-related activity, including the use of the Reward; and (b) indemnifies, defends and holds harmless the Releasees from and against any and all damages, loss and expenses, including legal fees, which may be suffered directly or indirectly by reason of the Referrer’s own negligence or willful misconduct during or in connection with the participation in the Promotion.
Reservation of Rights: Syfe reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or restrict the promotion at any time without notice. Syfe is the sole arbiter of these rules and any other issue arising under the promotion. If Syfe suspects fraudulent or abusive behaviour, gaming of the system, inappropriate, offensive, or derogatory language or information, or a violation of these terms, Syfe reserves the right to remove all promotions and take any other action it deems appropriate including, but not limited to, removing the Reward retail value from the client(s) account) or closing the client(s) account.
Currencies: All monetary values stated in these Terms and Conditions are denominated in either Singapore Dollars (SGD) or United States Dollars (USD). For USD-denominated requirements, please note that the final amount may vary due to foreign exchange (FX) fluctuations. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the USD-equivalent value meets the stated USD thresholds, and Syfe shall not be liable for any discrepancies arising from currency conversion rates.
General: In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity, and other materials relating to or in connection with this promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. No content herein shall be considered an offer, solicitation, or recommendation for the purchase or sale of securities, futures, or other investment products.
