How to Redeem Your Fee Waiver

  1. Register for a Syfe corporate account via this [link].
  2. Wait for approval – you’ll receive confirmation once your account is opened.
  3. Create a new Cash Management portfolio.
  4. On the Homepage, tap the menu icon in the bottom-right corner.
  5. Select “Redeem Promo” and enter the promo code <SFBNEW>.
  6. Tap “Apply” to confirm.
  7. Deposit a minimum lump-sum of S$100,000 into your portfolio.
  8. Your fee waiver will be activated within 1 working day.

Promotion Period

The promotion period starts on 1 March 2025 at 12:00 PM SGT and ends on 31 December 2025 at 11:59 PM SGT. The promotion period may be extended, subjected to Syfe’s discretion.

Promotion Eligibility

New-to-Syfe businesses/corporations who have never opened an account and/or deposited funds before.

Promotion Mechanics

New-to-Syfe businesses can enjoy a 1-month fee waiver by making a minimum lump-sum deposit of S$100,000 into either Cash+ Flexi or Cash+ Guaranteed by applying the promo code <SFBNEW>.

Notes:

  • The promo code must be applied before funding your account.
  • If the promo code is not applied beforehand, clients have a 30-day grace period from their first funding date to apply it.
  • Once the promo code is applied, clients have 30 days to make the minimum lump-sum deposit before it expires.
  • Fee waivers apply only to the first S$100,000 of investments. Subsequent sums invested will be subject to Syfe’s management fees.
  • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

Terms & Conditions

The Syfe for Business Welcome Bonus (“Promotion”) is organised by Syfe Pte. Ltd. (“Syfe”). By participating in this Promotion, your corporation agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the terms outlined in the client’s customer agreement, and to accept Syfe’s decisions regarding all matters related to the Promotion.

Promotion Period:
The period to which individuals can register for the Promotion starts on 1 March 2025 at 12:00 PM SGT and ends on 31 December 2025 at 11:59 PM SGT (the “Promotion Period”).

Eligibility:
To be eligible for the Promotion, the person must:

  • be a new-to-Syfe business, defined as either:
    (a) a business/corporation who has not yet registered for a Syfe account, or
    (b) a business/corporation who has registered but has not yet funded their account, and
  • meet the requirements set out below.


Qualifying Action:
To participate in the Promotion, eligible clients must:
(i) register for a Syfe corporate account and complete the know-your-customer (KYC) process, then
(ii) register for the Promotion during the Promotion Period via applying the unique promo code “SFBNEW”, then
(iii) initiate a lump-sum deposit of S$100,000 or more into either Cash+ Flexi or Guaranteed (“Qualifying Action”).

Please note that the ability to benefit from the promotion is contingent upon successful account opening and know-your-customer (KYC) process completion with Syfe. Clients must apply the promo code only after the know-your-customer (KYC) process has been completed. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, unless specified herein.

Grace Period:
Clients who have already funded their account but forgot to apply the promo code can request to have it applied by submitting a request to our customer service team at [email protected] within 14 calendar days from their initial funding date.

Fee Waivers:
Fee waivers will take effect one working day after the minimum required funds have been processed. Any funds invested before this will incur management fees. During the fee waiver period, all funds invested will be exempt from management fees, up to the specified cap of S$100,000. Any amount exceeding this cap will be subject to Syfe’s standard management fees.

In the event of a full withdrawal or a partial withdrawal, past fee waivers will not be clawed back. However, any future fee waivers previously eligible for will be immediately forfeited.

Currency:
All currencies shown in these terms and conditions are in Singapore dollars.

Collection of Information:
By providing your information for this Promotion, clients understand and agree that Syfe will collect and use their personal information for the purpose of this Promotion, other marketing communications, as well as in accordance with Syfe’s Privacy Policy, available here. You may opt out of marketing communication at any time. Any questions regarding Syfe’s Privacy Policy or treatment of your personal information should be directed to [email protected].

Reservation of Rights:
Syfe reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or restrict the promotion at any time without notice. Syfe is the sole arbiter of these rules and any other issue arising under the promotion. If Syfe suspects fraudulent or abusive behaviour, gaming of the system, inappropriate, offensive, or derogatory language or information, or a violation of these terms, Syfe reserves the right to remove all promotions and take any other action it deems appropriate including, but not limited to, removing the Reward retail value from the client(s) account) or closing the client(s) account.

General:
In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity, and other materials relating to or in connection with this promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
