Application Steps

For the Referrer:

Register for a Syfe corporate account via this [link].
Wait for approval – you’ll receive confirmation once your account is opened.
A unique referral code will be generated and shared via email.
Share your referral code with as many of your contacts.

For the Referee:

Register for a Syfe corporate account via this [link].
Wait for approval – you’ll receive confirmation once your account is opened.
Create a new Cash Management portfolio.
On the Homepage, tap the menu icon in the bottom-right corner.
Select “Redeem Promo” and enter the referrer’s unique referral code.
Tap “Apply” to confirm.
Make a lump-sum deposit into your portfolio based on the reward tiers above.
Your fee waiver will be activated within 1 working day.

Promotion Period

The promotion period starts on 24 February 2025 at 12:00 PM SGT and ends on 31 December 2025 at 11:59 PM SGT. The promotion period may be extended, subjected to Syfe’s discretion.

Promotion Eligibility

As a Referrer:

Must be an existing customer with an active portfolio in either one of the following: Cash+ Flexi SGD, Cash+ Flexi USD, Cash+ Guaranteed SGD; and
The referee must complete all the referral criteria on their end.

As a Referee:

Must be a new-to-Syfe business who have never opened an account and/or deposited any funds before.
Must register for a Syfe corporate account and use a valid referrer code after account creation.
Must meet the stipulated minimum lump-sum first deposit tied based on the selected reward tier.

Promotion Mechanics & Rewards

Invite your contacts to Syfe for Business and mutually get benefits as per the table illustrated below.

For Referrers:

Cash rewards are calculated at the end of each calendar month and credited to your Cash+ Flexi portfolio at the start of the following month. If you do not have a Cash+ Flexi portfolio, one will be automatically created for you.

For Referees:

Once the referral code is applied, clients must make the minimum lump-sum deposit within 30 days before it expires.
Fee waivers are capped based on the initial deposit amount and will be applied within 1 working day after the funds are processed. Any additional investments will be subject to Syfe’s standard management fees.
This promotion cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions.

Terms & Conditions

The Syfe for Business Referral Programme (“Promotion”) is organised by Syfe Pte. Ltd. (“Syfe”). By participating in this Promotion, your corporation agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the terms outlined in the client’s customer agreement, and to accept Syfe’s decisions regarding all matters related to the Promotion.

Promotion Period:
The period to which individuals can register for the Promotion starts on 1 March 2025 at 12:00 PM SGT and ends on 31 December 2025 at 11:59 PM SGT (the “Promotion Period”).

Referrer Eligibility:
To be eligible for the Promotion, the person must:

be an existing Syfe for Business client with an existing Syfe portfolio in either Cash+ Flexi SGD, Cash+ Flexi USD, Cash+ Guaranteed SGD (“Active Portfolio”); and
meet the requirements set out below.

Referee Eligibility:
To qualify as a Referee, the referred individual must:

be a new-to-Syfe for Business client, defined as either:
(a) a business who has not yet registered for a Syfe corporate account, or
(b) a business who has registered but has not yet funded their corporate account; and
meet the referral requirements set out below.

Qualifying Action:
To participate in the Promotion, eligible Referrers must successfully Referees to:
(i) register for a Syfe for Business corporate account and complete the know-your-customer (KYC) process, then
(ii) register for the Promotion during the Promotion Period via applying your unique referral code, then
(iii) make a minimum lump-sum deposit of at least S$100,000 or more into either Cash+ Flexi SGD, Cash+ Flexi USD or Cash+ Guaranteed during the Promotion Period into their Syfe corporate account (“Qualifying Referral”).

Please note that the ability to benefit from the promotion is contingent upon successful account opening and know-your-customer (KYC) process completion with Syfe. Clients must apply the promo code only after the know-your-customer (KYC) process has been completed. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, unless specified herein.

Grace Period:
Clients who have already funded their account but did not apply the promo code at the time of funding will have a grace period of 30 calendar days from the date of their initial funding to apply the promo code.

Cash Bonus for Referrers:
Cash bonuses are calculated monthly and credited to the referrer’s Cash+ Flexi portfolio at the start of the following month. If the referrer does not have an active Cash+ Flexi portfolio, one will be automatically created.

Fee Waivers for Referees:
Fee waivers will take effect one working day after the minimum required funds have been processed. Any funds invested before this will incur management fees. During the fee waiver period, all funds invested will be exempt from management fees, up to initial deposit amount. Any amount exceeding this cap will be subject to Syfe’s standard management fees.

In the event of a full withdrawal or a partial withdrawal, past fee waivers will not be clawed back. However, any future fee waivers previously eligible for will be immediately forfeited.

Currency:
All currencies shown in these terms and conditions are in Singapore dollars.

Collection of Information:
By providing your information for this Promotion, clients understand and agree that Syfe will collect and use their personal information for the purpose of this Promotion, other marketing communications, as well as in accordance with Syfe’s Privacy Policy, available here. You may opt out of marketing communication at any time. Any questions regarding Syfe’s Privacy Policy or treatment of your personal information should be directed to [email protected].

Reservation of Rights:
Syfe reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or restrict the promotion at any time without notice. Syfe is the sole arbiter of these rules and any other issue arising under the promotion. If Syfe suspects fraudulent or abusive behaviour, gaming of the system, inappropriate, offensive, or derogatory language or information, or a violation of these terms, Syfe reserves the right to remove all promotions and take any other action it deems appropriate including, but not limited to, removing the Reward retail value from the client(s) account) or closing the client(s) account.

General:
In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity, and other materials relating to or in connection with this promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
