Equity Alpha Launch Promotion – Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

To participate in  the promotion, you must be a new or existing Syfe client; 

Promotion Period

  • 26 February 2026 to 31 March 2026, 23:59 SGT, both dates inclusive
  • Input promo code ‘ALPHALAUNCH’
  • New funds into Equity Alpha portfolio must be made between 26 February 2026 to 31 March 2026, 23:59 SGT, both dates inclusive
  • To qualify, net new funds into Equity Alpha portfolio must be above the client’s total AUM of 25th February 2026 23:59 SGT
  • Only “net new funds” into Syfe Equity Alpha portfolio qualify. Internal transfers, switches, or rebalancing from existing Syfe Managed Portfolios, Brokerage and Cash Management portfolios are excluded.

Holding Period

  • The Holding Period starts from 1st April 2026 and ends on 30th June 2026 (both dates inclusive), 
  • During the Holding Period period, balances in Equity Alpha must be higher or on par with the reward tier a user had qualified for during the Promotion Period
  • Additional net new funding into Equity Alpha will not contribute to unlocking rewards of a higher tier during this period
  • Net new funding’s daily weighted average must be equal or higher than the tier of rewards (eg. if a user funds S$7,000 into Equity Alpha during the Promotion Period, the daily weighted average during the Holding Period must be higher than S$5,000)
  • Any withdrawals or redemptions made between 1st April 2026 to 30th June 2026 (both dates inclusive) will reduce your average balance and would disqualify that portion of the funding from receiving rewards.

Rewards

  • New Client Rewards
    • Fee waivers apply to all qualifying eligible existing and new users, but cash rewards and free U.S. trades are exclusive to new-to-Syfe clients who fund Equity Alpha as their first portfolio using the promo code.
    • New-to-Syfe clients must make their first net new funding into the Equity Alpha portfolio to qualify for new client rewards. New client cash rewards are capped at the first 100 users who meet all eligibility criteria. New-to-Syfe clients will receive 90 days of commission-free U.S. trades, starting from the date of their Syfe Brokerage KYC completion.
  • Existing Client Rewards
    • Successful fee waivers will be made to Managed Portfolio fees: an email will be sent to successfully qualified users after the holding period.

Holding Period: Weighted Average Calculation Sample

A user made a qualifying net new funding during the Promotion Period of S$27,000. During the Holding Period, the user then makes the following transactions from Equity Alpha:(Day 1 – 9 Balance: $27,000)
– $5,000 Day 10 (Day 10-40 Balance: $22,000)+ $6,000 Day 40 (Day 41-70 Balance: $28,000)- $15,000 Day 70 (Day 71-91 Balance: $13,000) 		Daily weighted average balance
[($27000×9 Days)+($22000×31 Days)+($28000×30 Days)+($13000×21 Days)] / 91 Days = S$22,937 Weighted Average
User qualifies for the $10,000 tier of rewards

Reward Calculation Example

Sample of reward calculation for S$50,000 tier of rewards[S$50,000 x %0.55 (Black Tier Management Fees)/12 months X 6 months of fee waivers] + S$100 (New User Cash Reward) + [$1.49 x 12 New User Free Brokerage Trades)]= S$255.38 worth of cash and rewards
  • Fee Waiver Structure
    • Fee waivers apply on and from July 2026 following the Holding Period of qualifying net new funding
    • Fee waivers only apply to the minimum net new funding amounts that meet the holding period requirements.
    • Example: If you make a net new average funding of SGD 49,000 and the minimum qualifying amount for the tier is SGD 25,000, the fee waiver will only apply to SGD25,000.
    • Fee waivers apply to Syfe management fees only and do not include underlying fund fees, custody fees, or other third-party charges.
  • Reward Calculation and Distribution
    • Promotional rewards will be calculated after the holding period is completed.
    • Cash Rewards for eligible new-to-Syfe clients will be credited to your Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio in the month following the holding period. If you do not already have one, a Cash+ Flexi SGD portfolio will be automatically created for you. By participating in this promotion, you consent to the creation of this portfolio for reward disbursement.
    • All rewards are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
    • Syfe reserves the right to withhold or claw back rewards if eligibility requirements are not met or if fraudulent activity is detected.
    • Fee waivers will be distributed across users Managed Portfolios fees
    • Brokerage free US trades: “Free US trades” refers to a waiver of Syfe’s commission for eligible buy and sell orders of US-listed securities placed via Syfe Brokerage, for 90 days, starting from the date the participant’s Syfe Brokerage account is successfully opened in Syfe’s records. Regulatory, exchange, clearing, pass-through, miscellaneous and/or third-party fees (and any FX-related costs) will still apply, where applicable, and remain payable by the user.
  • General Terms & Conditions
    • These Terms and Conditions, promotions, and rewards are organised by Syfe Pte. Ltd. (“Syfe”). By taking part in this promotion, you agree to be bound by the Promotion Terms and Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions, existing terms and conditions in the Syfe customer agreement, and the decisions of Syfe Pte. Ltd. concerning and in connection with this promotion.
    • By participating, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data to third parties by Syfe for the purposes of this promotion and agree to the terms and conditions of Syfe’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.syfe.com/legal.
    • Syfe reserves the right to amend the Promotion Terms and Conditions and/or the General Terms and Conditions, including changing the reward benefits of the promotion, terminating the offer before the stated period, changing the details of the promotion, or any other changes in order to protect the interests of the company or under circumstances of abuse.
    • For new-to-Syfe clients, eligibility is contingent upon successful account opening and the completion of Syfe’s know-your-customer (KYC) verification process.
    • Syfe reserves the right to withhold or revoke promotional rewards if a client fails to meet any requirement set forth in these Terms & Conditions.
    • In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
