1. Promotion Period

1.1 The Syfe Trade & Score promotion (the “Promotion”) is organised by Syfe Pte. Ltd. (“Syfe”), holder of Capital Markets Services Licence No. CMS100837.

1.2 The Promotion commences on 11 June 2026 at 8:00 AM SGT and the final qualifying day is 15 July 2026, with the final daily draw conducted by 16 July 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

1.3 Eligible clients who satisfy all requirements may, by participating, stand to win one (1) official national-team jersey per qualifying day, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1 To be eligible, a person must:

(a) be a legal resident of Singapore and at least 18 years old at the time of participation;

(b) hold an active Syfe Brokerage account (new or existing clients are both eligible) and have completed all standard account eligibility and KYC requirements;

(c) opt in to the Promotion via the campaign registration form (the “Form”) on the campaign landing page; and

(d) meet all other requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.

2.2 The following are excluded from the Promotion: employees of Syfe and their immediate family members (per Syfe’s exclusion list), corporate accounts and joint accounts.

2.3 Syfe reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to determine whether any person has met the eligibility requirements.

3. How to Participate

3.1 Participation requires a one-time opt-in: an eligible client must register once via the Form (providing their account email, preferred country and preferred jersey size). Registration is a one-time Expression of Interest and does not need to be repeated for each qualifying day.

3.2 After registering, the client earns raffle tickets by completing qualifying trades on qualifying days, as set out below.

3.3 Details cannot be changed after the submission has been made

4. Raffle Days

4.1 A “raffle day” is a calendar day on which BOTH conditions are met: (i) the U.S. equity market (NYSE) is open for regular or extended hours; and (ii) at least one FIFA World Cup 2026 match is scheduled.

4.2 There are 21 raffle days within the Promotion Period, from 11 June 2026 to 15 July 2026, excluding 19 June 2026 (Juneteenth) and 3 July 2026 (U.S. Independence Day observed), on which the U.S. market is closed.

4.3 For ticket-allocation purposes, each raffle day runs on an 8:00 AM–8:00 AM SGT window aligned with U.S. Eastern trading hours. 

4.4 A live raffle-day calendar is published on the campaign landing page.

5. Qualifying Trades and Raffle Tickets

5.1 A “qualifying trade” is a trade, or a series of trades, on Syfe Brokerage that collectively reach a total aggregate notional value of US$1,000 or more, executed on a qualifying day.

5.2 Cash management (Cash+), Managed Portfolios and non-Brokerage products do not qualify.

5.3 Both buy and sell trades count. Fractional shares count. For options, the notional value is premium X contract multiplier X number of contracts.

5.4 Only the executed notional value counts. Cancelled or rejected orders, and the unexecuted portion of partial fills, do not count.

5.5 A client earns one (1) raffle ticket for every US$1,000 of total aggregate executed notional value traded on a qualifying day, up to a maximum of 1,000 raffle tickets per qualifying day. Trading volume above the cap does not earn additional tickets.

5.6 Raffle tickets do not roll over. Each ticket is valid only for the draw on the qualifying day on which it was earned.

6. The Draw

6.1 One draw is conducted per qualifying day, run by the next business day following that qualifying day.

6.2 Each winner is selected at random from that qualifying day’s verified ticket pool using a documented random selection methodology, conducted on a livestream.

6.3 There will only be one (1) winner per qualifying day.

6.4 Syfe cross-verifies registration and trade activity in determining the eligible ticket pool. Syfe’s determination of the winner is final.

7. Prize

7.1 Each prize is one (1) official national-team jersey of the winner’s choice (team and size), up to a value of S$115, subject to availability. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable for cash value.

7.2 Prizes are subject to availability. If the chosen jersey is not in stock, Syfe will fulfil it once available or, at its discretion, provide an alternative jersey of equal value.

7.3 Shipping is within Singapore only.

8. Winner Notification and Forfeiture

8.1 Winners are notified by email and in-app notification within two (2) business days of the relevant draw, and will be asked to confirm their jersey choice (team and size) and Singapore shipping address.

8.2 If a winner does not provide their jersey selection and shipping address within thirty (30) calendar days of notification, the prize is forfeited. There is no redraw.

8.3 Delivery is typically within 3–4 business days of address confirmation.

9. Taxes

9.1 Any taxes arising in connection with a prize are the winner’s responsibility.

10. Anti-Abuse and Disqualification

10.1 Syfe reserves the right to disqualify any participant or adjust any allocation in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the Promotion, or attempts to game the mechanics.

10.2 Cancelled, manipulated or non-bona-fide trades will be disregarded.

11. Data Protection

11.1 Personal data collected for the Promotion (including account email, jersey preference, trade activity and shipping address) is used to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, conduct the draws and fulfil prizes, in accordance with the Syfe Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

12. General

12.1 Unless otherwise stated, the Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, voucher, campaign or giveaway.

12.2 Syfe reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time.

12.3 This material is not financial advice. References to specific securities are neither intended nor to be construed as a recommendation to buy any specific security.

12.4 Any third-party names and third-party intellectual property referenced are and remain the property of their respective owners and do not represent any endorsement by, or relationship with, Syfe. This advertisement has not been reviewed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
