Effective: 16 October 2026 – 15 November 2026, 23:59 SGT (“Flash Promotion Period”)
This addendum supplements the Syfe Referral Program Terms & Conditions and governs the temporary uplift of the Referrer cash bonus during the Flash Promotion Period. All other terms and conditions of the Syfe Referral Program remain in full force and effect.

In the event of any inconsistency between this Addendum and the Main T&Cs in relation to the Referral Mystery Box Bonus, this Addendum prevails.

A1. Referral Mystery Box Bonus Period

A1.1 The “Bonus Promotion Period” runs from 16 October 2026, 00:00 hours (SGT) to 15 November 2026, 23:59 hours (SGT), both dates inclusive.

A1.2 During the Bonus Promotion Period, a Referrer who has a Successful Referral (as defined in Clause A2) will receive one (1) Mystery Box for each Successful Referral (the “Referral Mystery Box Bonus”), subject to the cap in Clause A3.

A1.3 The Referral Mystery Box Bonus is in addition to the standard Referral reward payable under the Main T&Cs.

A2. Successful Referral

A2.1 A “Successful Referral” means a referral in respect of which all of the following are satisfied:

(a) the Referee applies the Referrer’s referral code and completes the Referee’s first one-time funding that meets the qualifying funding requirements under the Main T&Cs, in each case on or before 15 November 2026, 23:59 hours (SGT);

(b) the Referee completes the full thirty (30)-day Holding Period under the Main T&Cs and maintains the required funding amount throughout (for a Referee who qualifies on 15 November 2026, the Holding Period ends on 30 November 2026);

(c) the Referee satisfies all other eligibility requirements under the Main T&Cs; and

(d) the Referrer is eligible under the Main T&Cs and remains in good standing as at the Mystery Box Issue Date (defined in Clause A5).

A2.2 A referral made or qualifying funding completed after 15 November 2026, 23:59 hours (SGT) is not a Successful Referral for the purposes of this Addendum, even if the Referee’s Holding Period has not yet been completed. 

A2.3 A Referee’s qualifying funding that fails to complete the Holding Period (for example, due to withdrawal) does not count towards the Referral Mystery Box Bonus, and no Mystery Box will be awarded for that referral.

A3. Cap on Mystery Boxes

A3.1 Each Referrer may receive a maximum of five (5) Mystery Boxes under this Addendum, regardless of the number of Successful Referrals the Referrer achieves.

A3.2 Successful Referrals beyond the fifth (5th) do not earn additional Mystery Boxes under this Addendum, but remain eligible for the standard Referral reward under the Main T&Cs (subject to any cap in the Main T&Cs). 

A3.3 Where more than five (5) Successful Referrals are determined at the same time, Syfe determines, using its records, which Successful Referrals count towards the cap.

A4. Nature of the Mystery Box

A4.1 Each Mystery Box contains a fractional share reward with a randomly determined promotional value between S$5 to S$9,000. 

A4.2 The reward value of each Mystery Box is randomly allocated in accordance with the probability distribution determined by Syfe. The average reward value is a statistical average across the reward pool. It does not represent or guarantee the reward value received by any individual Referrer.

A4.3 The underlying fractional share is randomly selected by Syfe from Syfe’s campaign stock pool. Syfe does not select or influence which security is allocated to a specific Referrer or Mystery Box. The Referrer is not entitled to select or request a particular security. 

A4.4 If a security allocated to a Mystery Box is unavailable, suspended, delisted, restricted, no longer supported on the Syfe platform, or otherwise cannot reasonably be credited, Syfe will substitute it with another fractional share reward of equivalent promotional value, as determined by Syfe at its discretion.

A4.5 The allocation or substitution of any security does not constitute financial advice, an offer, a solicitation, a recommendation or an endorsement by Syfe to buy, sell or hold that security.

A5. Issue, Opening and Crediting of Mystery Boxes

A5.1 Issue. Syfe will add the Mystery Box(es) to the Referrer’s Syfe account manually, on the back end, within sixty (60) days after 30 November 2026, being the date on which the Holding Period ends for a Referee who qualifies on the last day of the Bonus Promotion Period (the “Mystery Box Issue Date”). No action is required from the Referrer for the Mystery Box to be added.

A5.2 Batch issue. Mystery Boxes are issued in a single batch for all eligible Referrers, regardless of how early in the Bonus Promotion Period the Referrer’s Successful Referral was achieved. A Referrer will not receive Mystery Boxes before the Mystery Box Issue Date. 

A5.3 Opening. Mystery Boxes can be opened only in the first quarter of 2027 (the “Opening Window”). Syfe will notify Referrers by email and/or in-app notification when Mystery Boxes are available to open. 

A5.4 Syfe may change the Opening Window on notice via official channels, including the Syfe app, website or email.

A5.5 Reveal. Neither the underlying fractional share nor its monetary value is revealed to the Referrer before the Mystery Box is opened. Both are revealed together upon opening.

A5.6 Crediting. The fractional share reward is credited to the Referrer’s Syfe Brokerage account within 30 Business Days after the Mystery Box is opened. The reveal and the crediting are separate events.

A5.7 Brokerage account. A Referrer must have an active Syfe Brokerage account to receive the fractional share reward. 

A6. Eligibility and Compliance

A6.1 The Referrer must be eligible under the Main T&Cs at the time of the referral and at the Mystery Box Issue Date, and must hold an active, fully verified Syfe account in good standing when Mystery Boxes are added and when they are opened.

A6.2 If, before the Mystery Box is credited, a Referee’s funding is reversed, withdrawn or otherwise falls below the required amount, or the Referral is found to be in breach of the Main T&Cs, Syfe may withhold, revoke, cancel or reduce the Mystery Box entitlement.

A6.3 Syfe may recover the value of any Mystery Box or fractional share reward already granted where it determines that the Referral did not qualify, including through set-off against amounts held in the Referrer’s Syfe account where permitted by applicable laws and regulations.

A6.4 Self-referrals, referrals between accounts controlled by the same person or related parties, and artificial, circular or non-genuine referrals or funding do not count as Successful Referrals.

A7. Non-Transferability and Stacking

A7.1 Mystery Boxes and all resulting rewards are personal to the Referrer, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value. They cannot be substituted by the Referrer for another reward.

A7.2 This Addendum may be combined with the standard Referral reward under the Main T&Cs.

A7.3 A Referee’s participation in another Syfe promotion, including the Syfe Trade & Grow Brokerage Campaign, does not itself prevent a Successful Referral, unless the terms of that other promotion expressly say otherwise. 

A8. General

A8.1 Syfe’s records and determinations regarding Successful Referrals, the cap, the Mystery Box Issue Date, the allocation of Mystery Boxes and the reward value are final and binding, except in the case of manifest error.

A8.2 Syfe is not responsible for non-receipt of communications about Mystery Boxes caused by unsubscribed communications, spam or junk filters, blocked addresses, or inaccurate or incomplete registered contact details. Referrers should keep their contact details current.

A8.3 The Mystery Box Bonus and related materials are for general information only. They do not constitute financial advice, an offer or a recommendation to purchase or sell any security. All investments carry risk, including the risk of loss.

A8.4 Syfe may amend, suspend, shorten, extend or withdraw this Addendum, including the Bonus Promotion Period, the Opening Window and the Issue Date, in accordance with Section 14 of the Main T&Cs, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

A8.5 Personal data is processed in accordance with Syfe’s Privacy Policy for the purposes of administering the Mystery Box Bonus, determining eligibility, allocating Mystery Boxes, fulfilling rewards and preventing fraud.
