Terms & Conditions:
- The Syfe x Singapore Night Race Giveaway (“Promotion”) shall be governed by these Terms. The organiser of the campaign is Syfe Pte Ltd (“the Organiser”). The Organiser shall be solely responsible for the execution and administration of this Promotion.
- Promotion Period: The Promotion shall take place between 19 August 2024 and ends on 30 August 2024, 23:59 (SGT) both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”), unless specified herein or notified otherwise.
- Eligibility: This Promotion is open to all Syfe Brokerage users with Syfe Brokerage who: (i) is a legal resident of Singapore, (ii) is at least eighteen (18) years old at the age of joining the Promotion. Each such individual who participates in the Promotion is an “Entrant”.
Employees of the Organiser are not eligible to enter this Promotion or win any prizes.
- How To Enter:
To participate in the Promotion, the Entrant must fulfill the following pre-requisites:
(i) During the Promotion Period, Entrants must
- possess an existing Syfe Brokerage account or
- create a new Syfe Brokerage account
(ii) fund their account and successfully complete a single purchase of any Bundle during the Promotion Period.
For each Bundle successfully purchased during the Promotion Period, the Entrant will earn one entry into the draw. Please note that all stocks within the selected Bundle must be fully executed for the purchase to qualify as successful and to count as a valid entry. There is no limit to the number of entries an Entrant can earn.
Take note that the ability to make an investment on the platform is contingent upon an Entrant successfully opening an account with Syfe. Syfe reserves the right to decline new client accounts that do not meet our know-your-customer (KYC) and funding requirements.
- Winner Selection:
At the end of the Promotion Period, Entrants will be entered into a prize draw and one (1) winner will be selected randomly in adherence to these Promotion Terms. The draw will occur within thirty (30) business days following the conclusion of the Promotion Period.
The winner will be rewarded with 2 x Formula One Singapore Grand Prix 3-Day Passes (“Prize”).

- Prize Distribution:
The winner will be notified within seven (7) business days from the date of the prize draw via their email that is registered with their Syfe account. Failure by a winner to provide all required information in their reply within fourteen (14) business days from the date of notification may result in forfeiture of that winner’s right to claim his/her Prize, and may result in the Prize being awarded to an alternate winner, in the Organiser’s sole discretion. If a winner is disqualified, found to be ineligible, is uncontactable, or not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions, or declines to accept a Prize, the Prize may be forfeited. If a Prize is forfeited, the Prize may be awarded to an alternate winner in the Organiser’s sole discretion. If, after a good-faith attempt, the Organiser is unable to award or deliver a Prize, the Prize may not be re-awarded. Any portion of a Prize not accepted by a winner will be forfeited. All other costs and expenses not expressly set forth herein shall be solely each winner’s responsibility. The Prize will only be awarded to a winner whose eligibility is verified by the Organiser.
The Organiser reserves the right to not allow participation by any person, at its discretion. In addition, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant that is suspected of any fraudulent or improper activity including, but not limited to, creation of fake accounts.
The Organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions including changing the reward benefits, terminating the offer before the stated validity date, or changing details of the Promotion in order to protect the interests of the company or under circumstances of abuse at any time without giving prior notice to you.
- By entering this Promotion, each Entrant agrees: (i) to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including entry requirements; (ii) to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to these Terms and Conditions; (iii) to waive all of his/her rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against any of the Released Parties in connection with the Promotion; and (iii) to forever and irrevocably agree to release and hold harmless each of the Organiser and/or its related entities from any and all claims, lawsuits, judgments, causes of action, proceedings, demands, fines, penalties, liability, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) related to or that may arise in connection with: (a) this Promotion, including, but not limited to, any Promotion-related activity or element thereof, and the Entrant’s entries, participation or inability to participate in this Promotion; (b) the violation of any third-party privacy, personal, publicity or proprietary rights; (c) acceptance, attendance at, receipt, travel related to, participation in, delivery of, possession, defects in, use, non-use, misuse, inability to use, loss, damage, destruction, negligence or willful misconduct in connection with the use of a Prize (or any component thereof); (d) any change in the prizing (or any components thereof); (e) human error; (f) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorised act or omission on the part of any of the Organiser and/or its related entities; (g) lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged or destroyed prizing (or any element thereof); or (h) the negligence or willful misconduct or deliberate breach of these Terms and Conditions by the Entrant.
- General:
Whilst we will always use our best endeavours to honour our promotions, events beyond our control may occur that would render the award of the promotion impossible. Accordingly, the Organiser will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of any event outside of its control.
By entering the Promotion, entrants agree and acknowledge that all personal data submitted may be collected, processed, stored, disclosed or otherwise used by the Organiser and its affiliates for the purposes of conducting and administering the competition.
